Pros
Custom tags for each machine, repeated issue and operator have been game changers. Now I can spot patterns like which machines fail most often, recurring problems or issues tied to certain operators. With everything labeled clearly, coaching has become more targeted because I can quickly see trends across the team.
Cons
The system has been great overall and the support team, including Appio and Gabriella, has been incredibly helpful, responsive and reliable.

One thing that really stood out to me is how simple this tool is for our techs, customers and management team to use every day. The mobile side has been really handy and the layout feels clean and clear instead of packed with extra stuff we do not need. We were able to build out our asset tracking and preventive maintenance setup pretty fast which saved us a lot of time getting started. It has also been really useful that customers can submit their own work requests and get automatic updates when anything changes or gets finished. On top of all that, I've had an awesome experience with the support team. Any time I've needed help, they've replied fast and worked through the issue with us right away.
Cons
The team actively listens to user feedback through the suggestion board and updates happen quickly sometimes within 48 hours for smaller requests which has impressed me.

Tutorials were really helpful for learning the tool. I didn't feel confused getting started and when I needed a little extra help, the chat feature was there. The admins have also been really kind, patient and supportive in my experience. Even if they're busy and can't reply I usually come back later and see a response waiting for me.
Cons
Some areas of the platform open slowly and I've suggested adding page navigation arrows to improve usability while waiting to see if that gets implemented.

The best part for me is having a clean history of every repair that got done, plus the parts used and which vendors they came from. That kind of tracking helps me stay organized and it's been a real improvement over how we used to handle everything.
Cons
One small problem I've had is with printing work orders. I still can't make the printed font bigger and that issue seems to only show up when I print them out.

Pros
I had a really good experience with this software. Whenever I reach out with a question, the support team gets back to me fast and it didn't take long for me to get comfortable using the system. One of my favorite parts is having both the big-picture dashboards for overall numbers and the flexible dashboards I use to keep track of my technicians' hours and finished work. I can also adjust the Work Request form, Work Order form and PM instructions so our own processes and SOPs are built right into the platform. Another thing that helps me a lot is being able to pull data into Excel when I want to look closer at the details. There's a lot more I could say but for me the best part is the overall feel of the software especially with how helpful and responsive the team has been.
Cons
don't have many issues with it. The mobile app acts up a little every now and then and I've run into a few small bugs here and there. Still, nothing has felt serious to me and it seems more like a handful of minor things that will likely get cleaned up over time.

Keeping up with equipment service has been a lot better for me with this tool. The layout feels user friendly and it makes it simple to log completed maintenance and stay on top of upcoming scheduled work. The main thing I'd want changed is the PM scheduling, mainly the lead-time setup. That part still feels a little less clear than I'd like and I think it could be made more simple.

this software felt very natural to use and that made a big difference for me. Even the technicians on our team who usually avoid computer systems were able to get comfortable with it without much trouble. The support team has also been kind and very helpful whenever I needed anything even though I haven't had to reach out much. Another thing I like is the built-in video links on different screens because they give me quick training on specific features exactly when I need it. It honestly feels like this system has brought our maintenance shop up to date. I can also set up dashboards however I want and keep an eye on a lot of KPIs and financial numbers which has really helped us move toward predictive maintenance.
Cons
Toughest part for me was setting up the inventory side. We didn't have an older system before this so I had to put every part into the database one by one and that took a lot of time. The Excel import tool did help a lot when I was uploading bigger batches of similar parts like bearings, fuses and other stock items. To me though, that feels more like the normal startup work of any CMMS rather than a real problem with this software.

After trying a bunch of CMMS options, I ended up liking this one the most. It works really well for both our managers and techs and the system felt simple to learn without a lot of hassle. Another big plus for me was how well it could be adjusted to match the way our operation runs. The support team also made a huge difference. During the demos, setup and even after we were fully up and running, I felt like we always had someone helpful to reach out to. That kind of follow-through is hard to find and it made the whole experience a lot better.
Cons
have not run into any real downsides so far. If anything, I have seen the product keep improving over time with regular updates. It also means a lot to me that they actually pay attention to feedback from users and I have noticed that suggestions can end up shaping future changes.

We were looking for something that could keep up with daily maintenance checks and also give us one great place to keep documents on file and this has done both really well for me. Getting into the system didn't take long because it feels clear and simple to use right away. The biggest plus for us though, was the support and training team. They really went above and beyond and made the whole experience even better. I'd gladly recommend it to anyone who needs a dependable tool for operations tracking and record storage.

The only thing I still wish it had is video upload and storage support because we'd definitely use that feature if they add it.
