Slow, Buggy, Unreliable, Tedious
Pros

The user interface is generally effortless. Communication between mechanics and drivers through Limble is usually seamless. The desktop/web version is slightly superior to the app.

Cons

I experience significant time wastage due to frequent logouts and work order reloading issues with Limble. The software often closes unexpectedly or displays errors, requiring constant refreshing. It's frustrating to input parts multiple times as they frequently fail to save. Confirmed parts on a work order sometimes remain in inventory. The parts search page is poorly designed, resetting the list just as you're about to click on the desired part. Additionally, comments often fail to save or appear with words in a different order than typed. Overall, using the software feels tedious and exasperating. The automatic playback of a meme GIF upon closing a work order or preventive maintenance task feels juvenile and condescending. To top it off, an error message appears when attempting to disable this feature.

Limble for asset management at food production facility
Pros

I find it to be a simple-to-use platform that consolidates all financial aspects (parts, time, and human resources) and connects them to assets throughout the facility.

Cons

Our Limble executive promptly resolved issues I encountered with specific task types. However, there are certain aspects I dislike. Some actions require double clicks, such as editing or changing the date. If you fail to click both the "Change Date" and "Finish Editing" buttons, the date won't update. When viewing overdue tasks, I can't change due dates for multiple tasks simultaneously. Furthermore, the filters for lists, especially when looking at overdue tasks, lack sufficient personalization options. These seemingly minor issues could significantly improve the software's usability and make my life easier.

Rapid CMMS!
Pros

When a new software is introduced, employees often have reservations. However, Limble is extremely intuitive and has been effortless for our team to adopt. You don't need to be a tech expert to set up or utilize the software. Limble even allowed us to test it during a demo period, so a lot of the groundwork was already done when we signed up.

Cons

So far, our experience with Limble has been delightful!

Island Creek Oysters Limble Review
Pros

We manage 15 buildings/structures across 13 acres of land, ranging from 200 sqft to 10,000+ sqft. Keeping track of everything can be challenging. After extensive searching for an application that aligned with our workflow processes and budget, we found Limble, which was perfect! We're still discovering new features that we can take advantage of. Alex was incredibly helpful in emphasizing the importance of setting up the system correctly and not overwhelming ourselves in the beginning. Once you have a foundation understanding of how the application works, you can always explore additional functions.

Limble Review
Pros

Limble offers numerous features to love, such as vendor management, a work request system, preventive maintenance, budget tracking, and an easy-to-use interface. The mobile app is fast, and the system provides information tracking and an asset hierarchy. It has simplified my daily work, and I appreciate the ongoing reviews and updates.

Cons

The mobile app has been quite glitchy in the past, but I've noticed significant improvements recently. Within the asset hierarchy, the user interface for dragging items to specific "trees" could be enhanced to streamline the process.

Pros

Limble has allowed us to streamline building maintenance, concessions management, event planning, and compliance requirements into one platform. Managing a large historic building has become much more efficient. The ability to collect data enables us to plan budgets more effectively and communicate to the Board of Trustees where funds need to be allocated and why.

Cons

We haven't encountered many issues with Limble. Any performance concerns are swiftly addressed after filing a report. Their support staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The team consistently integrates updates and new features, making any initially clunky functions more streamlined or obsolete.

Cons

Pros

Limble has played a crucial role in implementing a maintenance reliability program at RIE. As a power user and for operators submitting work requests, the Limble system is incredibly intuitive. Pros

From a finance department perspective, there are a couple of aspects I appreciate about Limble: (1) the ability to track fixed assets, providing constant visibility of our operational assets, and (2) cost tracking, including downtime, repairs, and parts expenses.

Cons
