Great tool for maintenance alerts

Pros

Getting this program set up was pretty quick for me and training our team didn't take much effort either. We use it across almost 60 locations to send maintenance alerts about store issues and it has done a really nice job keeping everything in one place. Another big plus is how it helps the maintenance crew sort out what needs to be handled first so from what I've seen they stay more organized and get through work faster.

Cons

One big gap for me is that there's no clear way to schedule who's on call for weekend coverage. I'd really like to see a feature that shows exactly who is supposed to take those calls during that time.

so simple to get running

Pros

this tool felt really natural to use. When our plant switched over, I ended up handling the setup, programming and rollout and the whole thing was way less of a headache than I expected. Very little hand-holding was needed because everything made sense and was laid out in a clear way. Nothing felt hidden or overly complicated to track down. After spending almost 30 years in power generation and using platforms like Maximo, SAP and MP3, I can honestly say this has been the most user-friendly system I've worked with. On the few times I needed help, I also liked knowing support was there in plenty of ways. I had a technical coach, a success manager, chat help during most of the day and lots of YouTube videos to fill in the gaps.

Cons

Actually, I can't really name any big negatives. Nothing has stood out to me as missing or disappointing so far.

Submitting maintenance requests is fast and linked

Pros

Submitting maintenance requests takes a lot of the usual back-and-forth out of the process for me. Work orders go in fast, supervisors can track and hand out tasks without confusion and the maintenance team can clearly see what needs attention. I also get follow-up updates once the job is done so the whole thing feels a lot more linked together. From what I've seen people across the board have reacted really well to it.

Cons

The difficulty of building advanced reports for specific data is the main downside for me. Since the system is built to stay easy and user-friendly, it gives up some flexibility with deeper reporting. I can usually export the data into Excel and handle the extra digging there.

simple maintenance platform

Pros

I felt like this platform was simple to get around for maintenance work. The layout makes work orders and asset tracking a lot less confusing so it fits well for teams with different levels of tech know-how. To me, it's a great option for industrial maintenance because everything feels clear, useful and like it keeps getting better over time. A big plus has also been our customer success manager, Ciro Cuellar. He stays on top of things, walks us through features clearly and really tries to help improve our day-to-day use of the system.

Cons

Having more built into the dashboards is something I'd still want, even though they already cover the main info I need. I'd also love to see some AI features added especially if they could handle repetitive setup work and take some of that boring manual effort off our plate.

visual setup that keeps me on track

Pros

The layout is really visual and simple to follow and that helps me sort through work orders without feeling lost. Staying on top of priorities and due dates feels a lot more manageable so I can quickly see what needs my attention first.

Cons

No real issues have cropped up for me so far. Nothing has stood out as a downside for me yet but if that changes later, I'd have more to say next time.

Really simple tool

Pros

Getting around this tool felt natural and I did not have to spend much time figuring things out. Training other people on it has also been pretty easy for me which makes getting everyone on board a lot less stressful.

Cons

Pleasant is the best way to describe my time using it so far. I have only been using it for a short time but up to this point, I have been really pleased with how it has worked.

flexible setup and stellar support

Pros

One thing that really stood out to me was how adaptable this tool is. We were able to shape it around the way our site works instead of changing everything on our end to fit the software. That made a big difference for my team. Another huge plus was the help we got from Customer Success Manager Ciro Cuellar. His training felt calm organized and very down to earth so learning the platform and getting through setup felt way less overwhelming. It was also obvious to me that he knows the system inside and out. Along the way, he showed us features we probably never would have found or tried by ourselves and that made the whole experience even better.

Cons

This tool hasn't given me anything to complain about since we started.

helpful tutorials and quick learning

Pros

It did not take me long to feel comfortable using this tool which was a big plus. The setup of the program felt logical and I could find my way around without a lot of stress. Another thing I liked was having tutorials in every section so whenever I got stuck, I usually had an answer right there. That really made learning the system feel a lot less intimidating for me.

Cons

The confusing part was setting up hours tied to a PM. Even after I spent more time working in the system, that step still felt confusing and not very natural to figure out. I really wish that process was more clear and a lot simpler to handle.

Pros

Cons

great tool.... It didn't take much effort to get everything set up and that made a really strong first impression on me. Clear layout

Pros

I felt comfortable using it because the layout makes sense. I can tell where everything is without having to stop and figure things out which makes the whole experience feel really user-friendly. That clarity makes my work a lot more relaxed and convenient when I'm in the software.

Cons

Adding a new PM is the specific part that still slows me down. Every time, I have to delete the default word "instructions" before I can paste in my own content and that gets pretty repetitive and time-consuming when I'm entering a lot of PMs in a row.

flexible for all kinds of needs

Pros

One of the biggest reasons I like this software is the number of ways we can use it. It gives our team a lot of room to work in different situations and that flexibility has made it valuable for more than just one purpose.

Cons

More templates showing how companies like ours actually use the software would be a huge plus. Since I'm not from the maintenance side some parts have been a little hard for me to fully explain or break down for my maintenance team. I chose this tool in the first place because it felt very easy so having more real-world examples would make it even better.

Live tracking that finally delivers

Pros

This software won me over pretty fast because it can handle a lot without feeling overwhelming. The live data tracking has been a big deal for me and the setup was quicker than I expected. With our old CMMS, data was always a couple of days behind and running reports felt like a hassle every single time. Now my dashboard updates every five minutes and I can set it up to show exactly what I want and the way I want to see it. My techs have also been a lot better about closing out work orders, adding useful notes and logging their time correctly. Another huge plus for me is the mobile app. Since it comes from the same company, going back and forth between the desktop version and the app feels very natural. Our old system used a separate app that felt patched together and created more problems than it solved so this has been a major step up for us.

Cons

Finding a few menus and settings has taken me longer than it probably should as they aren't always where I expect. Still, whenever that happens, support has been quick to help through live chat and usually gets me sorted out right away. I have also liked having help articles, videos and documents linked right on the page I am using because it saves me from hunting around for answers. The asset setup and data entry part was a bit tedious for me but a lot of that came from cleaning up bad and outdated info from our old system. The import tool made that process much more manageable. It lets me export everything into Excel, clean up the data there and then import it back so the system can automatically create or update the records from the spreadsheet.

all our requests in one place

Pros

Keeping up with work requests across all our offices has been a lot more manageable with this. I can see everything in one spot instead of dealing with requests being all over the place and that has made my day-to-day workflow feel much more organized and efficient. It's been a really handy tool for staying on top of things.

Cons

Positive is how I would describe my experience so far. My experience has been really positive and there honestly isn't anything I can point to as a downside right now.

Pros

We've only been using this platform for a few months so my team is still pretty new to it. Even so, my experience has been really positive so far. The software has impressed me and their support crew has been amazing to work with since day one. Throughout setup, I felt guided the whole way and that made a huge difference for our team. Our CSM has also been awesome and has helped keep things on track. From everything I've seen so far, I really believe this tool is going to be a strong fit for our team and where we want to head next.

Really happy with the support

Pros

it is great that how much I can adjust in the system. It gives me a lot of room to set things up the way I need, whether I'm handling tasks or keeping track of people. That kind of control makes my daily work feel a lot more organized and practical.

Cons

adaptable access and picky search

Pros

One thing I really enjoy is being able to use this from pretty much anywhere. Whether I'm on my laptop, tablet or phone, I can sign in and get to work without being stuck using one device or having to be in one place.

Cons

The part that gets annoying for me is the search. It feels pretty exact so if I don't already know how something was entered, I can waste extra time digging through folders and filtering stuff down before I finally find it.

This tool has been really flexible for me. I can put in work orders from just about any device which makes everyday tasks a lot more convenient. Another big plus is the support team. I've had a really good experience with them and it feels like help is there whenever I need it.

Cons

One thing that can be frustrating is how many setup choices there are. All that flexibility is useful but it can also make it harder for me to keep forms consistent across the whole team.

work orders and billing win

Pros

Work orders are very easy to manage for me and I can pull up completed jobs without any delay. I also like that I can bill customers directly from those work orders which simplifies my workflow.

Cons

The parts ordering feature just hasn't been very useful for me so far. it mostly goes unused on my end though I do plan to give it more of a shot later on.
