Pros
the dashboard and the support team have been the best parts for me. I've had a really good time using both and they've made the software feel reliable in day-to-day use. Another thing that has worked well is how I can message and work with vendors and clients inside the platform. That has made communication and coordination a lot better for me during regular tasks.
Cons
One thing I've noticed is that the platform gets frequent updates. Sometimes I need to restart the system during an update to make sure changes stay saved. It's not a huge problem but it can be a little annoying.

Pros
One of the best parts for me has been the real support behind this tool. The chat team has helped me put together the widgets and dashboards I use to keep an eye on company numbers and that has made a big difference. Cynthia especially left a huge impression on me. She spent hours with me, from late morning into the afternoon, helping me build an important widget for tracking our data. Throughout it all, she was patient, upbeat and very clear in the way she walked me through things. That made me feel comfortable asking questions and bringing up every concern I had. To me, she was fantastic and the rest of the support team has been just as helpful.
Cons
The widgets are very valuable but they can feel complex. There are lots of technical settings and combinations to figure out which can make tracking data a bit frustrating at times.

Pros
This is something I use every single day and it really helps me keep up with our maintenance tasks without a hassle. The setup feels simple to work with and I can see what's going on at all times which gives me a lot more visibility into the work. Everything feels easy and useful so staying on top of day-to-day jobs has been a lot less stressful for me.
Cons
The only downside I've run into is that user permission settings are only in the upgraded plan. I would have preferred those controls in the standard version.

Pros
Using this platform has been really pleasant for me. It's simple to figure out and doesn't feel confusing when I'm working in it. The support team has also been a big plus because they actually pay attention when I send in feedback. A lot of companies say they listen but here I can tell my input is being taken seriously and turned into actual updates. I also like seeing that the platform keeps getting worked on and improved over time which makes me feel like they really care about the people using it.
Cons
I'd like the tasks and parts functionality more developed. It would help if some tasks required parts but still allowed a no-parts option when needed. That would make the system feel more complete and useful daily.

We're in the platform every day and I'm still adding new items as we go which shows how useful it is for keeping all our assets in one place. Any time I've had an issue, the support team has been super friendly and very helpful and that made the rollout go really well for us.
Cons
I'd like the manager setup improved since the system only allows one at a time. When new items are purchased, that person doesn't always have access to add them immediately. A notification for switching manager access would help.

I'm able to add almost everything we use in my area and even things from other teams too, like contacts, pricing, lists, technical info, sales data and more. It also lets me sort through and review the information in different ways which makes it feel really adaptable for everyday tasks. Another big plus for me is being able to pull up what I need fast and the user roles are helpful when I need to control who can see or use certain parts of the system.
Cons
This platform works best when the entire company commits to it. If only some people use it, it doesn't feel as useful. Full adoption across teams is key to getting value.
