Cons

Pros
We were looking for a CMMS that would not eat up our budget and this one turned out to be a really great match. I was able to set everything up on my own without much trouble and the pricing stayed very fair for what we needed. It felt like a practical choice for our team and worked out well overall.
Cons

Pros
Getting into a CMMS for the first time, I was really happy this was the tool I started with. One of the first things that jumped out at me was how simple it felt to use and that made a big difference since my team has all kinds of comfort levels with tech. Because of that, everyone has been able to learn it without a lot of frustration and feel pretty comfortable using it. Any time I hit a roadblock or need help figuring out the best way to set things up, the team has been there for me. They've been helpful, patient and always open to talking through ideas so I can keep things moving. Based on how things have gone so far, I'd absolutely recommend it.
Cons
A few features, like changing role details, aren't part of my current plan but our Customer Success Manager has helped find workarounds to get things done effectively.

Pros
it really works for me to have work orders and preventive maintenance together in the same system. That makes it a lot easier to keep track of everything without bouncing between different places. The layout is simple to figure out too so people can start using it without a bunch of extra training. Another big plus for me is the mobile app. I can reply to requests and assign jobs even when I'm not on site and that has been super helpful.
Cons
The only issue I've seen is the usual cloud-based limitation, if the internet goes down, access to the system is affected.

One thing that really works for me is being able to tell planned items from the unplanned ones so it's a lot simpler to stay on top of everything going on. The layout feels pretty easy and when I need help, the tutorials usually point me in the right direction without much hassle. Pros
Honestly the biggest thing for me has been the people behind this company. A great team really shows in how well the product works and I've even kept in touch with my rep because the whole experience felt personal, not just like another vendor relationship. My input and suggestions have always seemed welcomed and I can tell they're putting real effort into making the platform better over time. That kind of approach makes the system feel very natural to use. Creating records and finding what I need has been simple and the layout is clear whether I'm on my computer or using my phone. One part I really like is being able to enter details straight into the system while I'm standing at the machine. I can also upload PDFs and pictures from my computer, then bring them up later right at the equipment. It helps a lot that the whole team can see the same information so everyone stays on the same page.
Cons
The main thing I'd still want is more of the web features available on mobile. It would help me a lot if I could create and update PMs right from my phone or tablet while I'm out by the equipment.

I could tell this software had a clean feel but still did a lot and that got our whole team excited to start using it. The cost matched what we were already spending on other tools but honestly, we're getting way more out of this one. I'm also glad they offered a free trial because it let us test it for real and see how user-friendly everything was before making a decision. After looking at more than 12 CMMS options, this was the one that covered everything we wanted. Having all the info we need in one spot has made a big difference for us and helps us stay on top of our work. The support has been another huge plus. I've been really impressed with how responsive they are, no matter the time of day. Even when we've asked about unusual needs or custom requests, they've been willing to help and usually come back with a way to make it happen.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into anything I flat-out dislike. They seem to keep improving the platform and adding features based on what customers ask for which makes me feel like it will keep up over time. If I had to point out one small drawback, it's that when something new needs to be requested, there can be a bit of a delay before it gets added.

This platform has given me a lot more freedom than I expected. Instead of feeling locked into one set way to use it, I've been able to use it like a full set of tools and try out different ideas around its database strengths. They've been really helpful and encouraging especially when I've used the product in ways that aren't exactly typical. Rather than pushing back, they've been supportive and that made me feel comfortable trying new things and seeing how far I could take it.
Cons
The biggest drawback for me is pretty standard for any online platform. If my internet starts acting up, everything can slow down or stop fast. Even with that, the flexibility and convenience I get from it have still made it more than worth using.

Pros
Running maintenance at a food packaging plant means I need a system that keeps very detailed records for job history, work orders and sanitation tasks before anything touches a machine. The last software I used just was not built for that kind of paperwork and state inspections turned into a real headache because of it. I put up with that pricey setup for eight months and even then, it came with only 10 hours of startup training and basically no real help after that. A lot was promised but it never lived up to it. Any time something urgent happened, I had to email support and then sit around for hours sometimes until the next day, waiting for a reply. A lot of the time, they still did not fix the problem or offer a useful workaround. Things changed when I started looking for another CMMS in December 2020 and found this one. After talking with their sales team, I was told the move from my old system would be much less tough. They gave me a free two-week trial and helped during the switch which made me feel a lot better right away. After trying it myself, I knew I wanted to move ahead. Since then, I have gotten the training and support I actually needed from the start. There is weekly live help and when something urgent comes up, I can even text a real person. Appio has been my main contact there and he has been incredibly helpful with both setup questions and technical issues. The biggest thing for me is how this system performs when a state inspector is standing there and I need maintenance logs and cleaning records fast. This software has made a huge difference. Their team worked with us to adjust the system around our operation and now I have much better visibility into service history, PM scheduling, spare parts, sanitation steps and maintenance costs. During our latest inspection, I was able to pull up everything the inspector asked for almost immediately and it ended up being the fastest inspection we have had. That really showed me how valuable this software has been for our department. At this point, I would absolutely recommend this tool and the people behind it to anyone shopping for maintenance software. I am very thankful for the support and I am glad we made the switch.

Pros
One thing that really works for me with this software is how much product info I can keep in one place. I can save the item name, part number, OEM info, OEM part number and even our own internal company number without any hassle. The best part is that I can look things up using any of those details and still get to the right item fast. Even when I only remember a basic name, it pulls up the related records so I can browse through and find the exact one I need. That kind of search freedom has made my day-to-day work a lot more practical and a lot less frustrating.

really do not have any complaints about it. Any time I have needed help, I have gotten answers pretty fast and that has made using it even better. For me, it has been a really positive experience overall and the software has done exactly what I need it to do.

Cons
