Pros

Using this tool has been a really positive experience for us. The whole system has worked out well and the support team has been one of the best parts. Whenever we reach out with a question, need help or even share ideas for product updates, they get back to us quickly and actually pay attention. I've also been really happy with the training and guidance available when we need it. It feels nice dealing with real people who take the time to help instead of getting stuck with generic automated replies. The care and follow-through from the team have made a big difference for us.

Cons

Everything has gone very smoothly and our representative has been attentive, helpful and available whenever we needed support.

happy with the setup

Pros

Getting started with this software was a really positive experience for me. It feels user-friendly but still packed with a lot of useful tools. The whole rollout went well and having a customer success manager there made everything feel more organized and a lot less stressful during setup. Once our business started growing, I needed a better system to handle maintenance in a more detailed and structured way. After looking into a bunch of other options and trying a few out, I landed on this one because it was simple to work with and fit into our process pretty fast. My team got comfortable with it and the setup, configuration and data input were not a headache for me at all. At this point, I'm really glad we chose it. I'd definitely recommend it to any company that wants maintenance, asset tracking and repair requests all in one place.

Cons

Sometimes it can be a little slow when making changes or setting things up, likely due to it being cloud-based but it hasn't caused any serious problems.

Pros

I liked how natural this tool felt to use. The mobile app has handled everything I needed while I was away from my desk which made a big difference for me. The whole setup feels clear and uncomplicated so getting things done has been pretty hassle-free in my day-to-day use.

really convenient and helpful tool

Pros

This software clicked for me pretty fast and I was able to use it with confidence without much of a learning curve. Any time I've reached out for help, the support team has been super reliable and gone beyond just fixing the one issue I had. They've also walked me through other features and showed me better, faster ways to manage the information I keep track of. That extra help made a big difference for me and it's honestly made the whole product feel even more useful.

user access works really well

Pros

Using this software has made my day-to-day work a lot less stressful. The layout feels clear and I was able to get around it without much effort. One thing I really like is being able to set different permission levels for users because it helps me keep everything more organized and gives me better control when several people are in the system.

Cons

There's occasionally lag between handheld devices and the main system which can be a little frustrating though the source isn't always clear.

Pros

I noticed how much freedom this software gives me. Compared to other tools I've used, it lets me set things up the way that works best for me. The layout also looks clean and feels simple to get around which makes using it a lot more enjoyable. up and running fast tool

Pros

When we needed a CMMS at Pennant Ingredients, I spent a lot of time checking out different systems and comparing what each one could do before picking this one. After all that, this was the one I went with and it was live in just a few days. Day to day, it feels very natural to use. Setting up work orders, preventive maintenance, assets and everything else did not take much effort. I never felt like someone needed a tech background or any special training to work in it well. Another thing that helped a lot was that my technicians did not have to be stuck at a desk for long just to use the system. Because of that, the team got comfortable with it pretty quickly. Within about a month, I had the whole thing set up and working the way I wanted.

Cons

Choosing this software took more time than necessary while evaluating other options but once we started using it, it quickly became clear it was the right fit and no major issues have arisen.

this platform has felt really natural every day. When I'm not sure how something works, the video guides walk me through it and take a lot of the stress out of learning. really handy for PM work

Pros

it felt pretty natural for me and I didn't have to fight with it to figure things out. A big plus is how well it works with different kinds of equipment so I can use it for a lot of different situations. Cons

Pros

I felt comfortable using this tool. It helps me keep up with maintenance by organizing assets, spare parts and all the work that's already been done. super handy for our techs

Pros

This tool has been really simple to use and that's a big reason my technicians actually like working with it. They picked it up fast without needing a lot of help and having it available on their phones makes things a lot more convenient when they're out in the field. Cons

powerful tools with no complaints

Pros

this system felt friendly to use without losing any of its depth. I got the hang of it pretty fast and in my experience even techs who are not very comfortable with software can still learn it and use it with confidence. Whenever I needed help, the support team was there and really came through. Another big plus for me is the custom dashboards. When I have good data in place, they cut down a lot of extra work and help me get through daily tasks much faster.

Cons

I haven't found anything negative and nothing has caused frustration or given me a reason to dislike it.

fun calendar and mixed dashboards

Pros

The calendar part is one of my favorite things in Book and I also enjoy the little GIFs that show up after I finish work orders. Those small details make it feel more lively and make the day-to-day work a bit more fun while I'm using it.

Cons

Some dashboards are tricky to navigate especially since only certain users have access to all features making parts of the system a bit confusing.

I liked how customizable the work request setup is. It gives me the freedom to shape things around how our team actually operates instead of forcing us into one fixed way of doing things. That makes the tool feel more useful in everyday work and a lot more practical for us.

Cons

The way outside emails are sent can be unclear, as our company name doesn't stand out in the sender details which can create uncertainty for recipients.
