Using this tool has been a really positive experience for us. The whole system has worked out well and the support team has been one of the best parts. Whenever we reach out with a question, need help or even share ideas for product updates, they get back to us quickly and actually pay attention. “happy with the setup”
Pros
Getting started with this software was a really positive experience for me. It feels user-friendly but still packed with a lot of useful tools. The whole rollout went well and having a customer success manager there made everything feel more organized and a lot less stressful during setup. Once our business started growing, I needed a better system to handle maintenance in a more detailed and structured way. After looking into a bunch of other options and trying a few out, I landed on this one because it was simple to work with and fit into our process pretty fast. My team got comfortable with it and the setup, configuration and data input were not a headache for me at all. At this point, I'm really glad we chose it. I'd definitely recommend it to any company that wants maintenance, asset tracking and repair requests all in one place.
Cons
Sometimes it can be a little slow when making changes or setting things up, likely due to it being cloud-based but it hasn't caused any serious problems.

When we needed a CMMS at Pennant Ingredients, I spent a lot of time checking out different systems and comparing what each one could do before picking this one. After all that, this was the one I went with and it was live in just a few days. Day to day, it feels very natural to use. Setting up work orders, preventive maintenance, assets and everything else did not take much effort. I never felt like someone needed a tech background or any special training to work in it well. Another thing that helped a lot was that my technicians did not have to be stuck at a desk for long just to use the system. Because of that, the team got comfortable with it pretty quickly. Within about a month, I had the whole thing set up and working the way I wanted.
Cons
Choosing this software took more time than necessary while evaluating other options but once we started using it, it quickly became clear it was the right fit and no major issues have arisen.
