Pros
The interface is clean and attractive making it super easy to get new team members up and running quickly. You get a comprehensive set of tools that really simplify facility management tasks.
Cons
Been using this since the beta launch and honestly can't think of anything I dislike about it.

“Useful parts inventory feature
Pros
I appreciate how it maintains work orders in real-time status. The parts inventory feature has been useful too, letting us rapidly search through our stock whenever we need something.

Pros
Ease of use stands out. There's really no way to mess things up! It helps me stay organized and keeps my service tech on the right track. The interface is tidy and I haven't seen any bugs or issues. Everything runs smoothly without any hiccups.
Cons
I wish there was a weekly task view separate from the regular to-do lists so I could see what needs attention this week. Would also love a customer and vendor database. I think it might already exist but I can't find it. Having that would make creating QuickBooks invoices so much easier and a direct link to QB would be incredible! Also really need a third status for completely finished work orders (scheduled, completed, invoiced and paid) since right now we only have two lanes and need somewhere for the fully closed ones to go. Just my thoughts though. Still love using this!

“Regular upgrades with new features
Pros
I must say they have a very well-trained support staff. I appreciate how the software keeps evolving with new features being added regularly to make it even better.
Cons
The upgrade system is pretty inflexible. You can't just add pro features for specific users without bumping everyone up to the full plan which gets expensive fast.

“Techs can do everything remotely
Pros
The remote access is so helpful. My technicians can pull up work orders, schedules and job plans right from their phones or tablets wherever they are. Having everything at there fingertips has been a game changer for our workflow.
Cons
KPI reporting could use more detail and tracking man hours is annoying since we can't put multiple techs' hours on the same job simultaneously.

“assigning WOs to staff members is easy
Pros
Simple to handle when setting up work orders and assigning them to different categories and staff members.
Cons
The start and due dates function is not ideal. I should be able to set both dates and let technicians log their actual time spent which would help track how long jobs really take for better scheduling.

The calendar features could definitely be stronger and more comprehensive. That said, the team is really responsive when you reach out about improvements. They actually added a calendar component I requested after I mentioned it to them.

Pros
I managed to deploy this across a relatively large team with different skill levels and still gather all the necessary information I needed.
Cons
I really wish there was a way for just admins and maybe some senior users to get the premium features while keeping regular users on the basic plan instead of forcing everyone onto the same tier.

Really impressed with how this program works overall. The real-time communication with my team is superb and tracking work orders and parts couldn't be easier. What really stands out is how responsive the support team is. They're super easy to reach and get back to you quickly.
Cons
The main downside is there's no translation feature available. Many of my staff members who'll be using this as requestors don't speak English fluently so having it in Spanish while sending me info in English would make things way easier. The team mentioned they're working on this functionality so hopefully we'll see it soon.

“Mobile functionality is perfect for younger members
Pros
I find it simple to get the hang of especially for newcomers who pick it up without much training. Being able to create work orders straight from my phone is a plus. No more waiting around to get back to my desk. The mobile interface works perfectly for our younger team members who are already comfortable with smartphone apps so they jump right in and start contributing immediately.
Cons
Searching for past work orders to check equipment history isn't as simple as I'd like. While you can track maintenance records, it means adding every single piece of equipment to inventory first which gets pretty tedious.

“Layout feels natural
Pros
I can find what I need without jumping through hoops. The layout makes sense and honestly the customer service blows me away. When I send a message, I get responses within an hour instead of waiting days like with other platforms I've tried. The mobile app works just as smoothly too. Our maintenance program runs much more efficiently now and we can spot equipment trends to prevent downtime before it happens.
Cons
The calendar feature is pretty disappointing. While it works well for viewing things month by month, I really wish there was a weekly view option. Also, it would be much better if there was a built-in print function rather than having to take screenshots all the time.

Everything I need is right here in one place which makes my work so much easier. There's virtually no limit to what this tool can handle whether I'm assigning tasks to team members or just setting up reminders to keep myself organized, it all gets done in minutes.
Cons
I haven't found much to complain about honestly. Only spotted one bug during my time using it but the team fixed it before I could even reach out about it. Really solid application overall.

Web version feels more user-friendly but there's no dark mode option. Would also benefit from a time tracking feature for technicians working onsite.
