“Takes no time to create work orders
Pros
From day one I could use this without any trouble. It helps me handle issues faster and get them sorted out efficiently. And since making a work order only takes me a moment I can keep jobs moving and make sure nothing gets stuck waiting on me. That immediate, smooth utility saves me time and cuts out frustration every single day.
Cons
Up till now things have been pretty good for me. I don't have any downsides to share yet.

Pros
What I noticed first is the clean layout. I can pull up a work order quickly whenever I need it.
Cons
Correcting mistakes isn't very easy on my end. I'd really like better editing tools so changes don't feel so annoying.

Pros
For me sending work orders to my crew, logging problems and staying on top of inventory has been really convenient.
Cons
Honestly there's nothing major to complain about. I just keep thinking we should've started using this a long time ago.

Pros
I like that it supports two languages so I don't need to translate every task before handing it off to my team. Using it day to day feels simple.
Cons
Some files are tough for me to upload and I'm still trying to get better at tracking inventory the correct way.

“adapts according to our needs
Pros
One thing I enjoy is how much it can adapt to our needs. We have lots of fields we can use which matters a lot as our inventory keeps growing.
Cons
After using it for a few months I still haven't found anything I truly dislike. It could use a bit of fine-tuning in places but I've noticed things getting better and support has been helpful.

When I first started I picked it up pretty fast. It didn't take long before I felt comfortable using MaintainX.

Pros
I rely on a lot of the tools inside the system and they've helped our facility run better. Work orders and preventive maintenance for equipment now move along much smoother.
Cons
I haven't had anything ignored so far. Whenever I needed something adjusted the rep I work with made changes to fit what I needed.

Pros
It feels easy on the user side. The overall design is clean and it doesn't make me feel lost while I'm working.
Cons
We use the time option on work orders and while the web app starts a timer, it doesn't record that time automatically. I have to enter it myself. Same thing when I move a work order from open to in?progress time isn't tracked unless I do it manually.

Pros
I've found it easy to teach new employees and keeping things updated inside the system is simple. Support has been solid whenever I've needed help.
Cons
I can't set up locations on my own without sending the info to a MaintainX rep first which slows things down. I also don't see any option to set different time zones.

I value its ease of use. Our circumstance is special; we're renovating sections of a school while simultaneously building new ones. MaintainX has made managing maintenance requests from teachers throughout the entire school much smoother. This enables us to differentiate between issues related to new construction and those concerning existing maintenance. Before, we were overwhelmed with phone calls, but now, each teacher can submit a work order via MaintainX, allowing us to track and handle them directly.
Cons
I really wish for a PDF printout of filtered work orders, complete with their descriptions. Currently, the summary printout only displays the title, leaving much to be desired.

Using it is easy which allows you to start working instantly. The customer support is outstanding, with nearly instant query handling. Its flexibility ensures that information is accessible across the organization, resulting in a highly satisfying experience with both the product and service.
Cons
There's not much lacking, but improved step-costing would be beneficial. For instance, having different pricing tiers based on user numbers would encourage wider adoption within our organization.

Pros
It seamlessly connects suppliers to purchase orders to spare parts inventory, which in turn links to assets, inspections, and downtime tracking. The mobile app allows operators to request service and automatically records it on the relevant asset.
Cons
My only gripe is when ordering parts with more than two decimal places in cost. I've heard they're addressing this issue, though.
