Keeps staff accountable

Pros

Being able to track both time and costs is what makes this product amazing. Having visibility into how much time each maintenance team member spends on tasks helps us keep everyone accountable for their work.

Cons

I find it frustrating that there's no way to customize cost categories when adding extra charges to work orders. You're stuck with just three preset options, labor, travel and other which isn't nearly enough flexibility. It's odd because most other categories in the system can be customized but this particular feature doesn't allow it.

Transformed our fleet maintenance operations

Pros

The service quality here is outstanding. Response times are lightning fast, the staff really knows their stuff and they're attentive to what we need to keep everything running smoothly. Learning the program was not an issue and using it daily is just as simple. It's completely transformed how we handle our fleet maintenance operations.

Cons

Nothing really stands out as a negative. Whenever we've suggested improvements, they've been quick to listen and actually make the changes. They're constantly working to make things better.

Identifies when inventory is low

Pros

My go-to solution for getting the job done

Pros

I find this platform to be very user-friendly making it my go-to solution for getting work completed quickly and effectively. Whether I'm flagging something that needs minor attention or reporting urgent issues, the flexibility is outstanding. The photo feature lets me communicate exactly what needs fixing while priority settings and location tagging help organize everything. Being able to update details through comments when situations change is really helpful. The system minimizes mistakes which means projects get executed smoothly and without delays.

Cons

Right now I can't really think of anything negative to say. I've been using this for almost a year and everything has worked smoothly without any issues.

Unbelievably responsive team

Pros

The responsiveness from their team is incredible. Whenever we run into problems, they're right there to assist us. This app has been a game-changer for our operations. My team absolutely loves how it's gotten rid of all that tedious paperwork we used to deal with.

cool UI design and color choices

Pros

From my experience I can say that the interface looks very clean with cool design and good color choices.

Cons

A proper login portal is missing. We can't create user accounts for staff members who don't have company email addresses or phone numbers which limits our ability to get everyone on the system.

can see outstanding work-orders from my phone

Pros

I can check outstanding work orders from anywhere in the facility right from my phone. Almost as useful is being able to snap photos of problems and submit work orders on the spot without trekking back to the office.

Cons

My only issue is that there's no do not disturb mode for when I'm working weird shifts or trying to sleep.

Packed with so many useful features

Pros

At our company we love the ease of use that this software comes with, plus it comes packed with tons of useful features. The customer support team has been so cooperative whenever we've needed help.

Cons

I wish there was a way to go back and fix meter readings if we entered them wrong or need to backdate something. It's frustrating when you realize you made a mistake and can't correct it easily.

Focused tool with reasonable pricing

Pros

It is super user-friendly and works great on mobile devices. Everything loads quickly and I like that the pricing is fair. What I really like is that it's a focused tool. It doesn't try to do everything under the sun which keeps things simple. If you are looking for something with tons of features, this might not be the right fit but for our basic maintenance workflow, it handles everything perfectly.

Cons

I honestly can't come up with any complaints. We've been using it for a couple years now and they keep rolling out updates that make it even more valuable for our operations.

Pros

It's amazing how you can snap photos of problems and edit them to highlight exactly what's wrong. This gives our maintenance crew a clear picture of what they are dealing with before they even arrive at the location.
