“Rules out any confusion
Pros
I'd say it is user-friendly and keeps all my work orders organized in one spot. Since I work with several people who assign me tasks, this tool lets each of them create orders independently. This cuts down on confusing email chains and messy text threads. I really appreciate getting instant notifications whenever someone assigns me new jobs.
Cons
After finishing an order I have to manually archive it since it doesn't automatically disappear from the queue. Would be nice if this happened on its own.

“this one is my favorite
Pros
Tracking maintenance has never been this simple for me. It's so easy to manage. After testing several alternatives, this is definitely the one I'm staying with.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind that bothers me about this software.

“Instant access to work orders
Pros
I can access work orders instantly and have all the necessary job information right there when I need it.
Cons
The only thing I'd change is adding time tracking for each work order.

“appreciate the calendar feature
Pros
The calendar feature really stands out for our team. Having that monthly overview of upcoming events and appointments makes planning so much easier.
Cons
I'm still pretty new to using this so I haven't found much to complain about yet. One thing that would be helpful though is having a weekly view option for work orders on the calendar. Right now we only get the monthly view which can feel a bit limiting.

“entries automatically get routed to the right place
Pros
it lets me add entries anytime and they automatically route to the right place to resolve my problems.
Cons
The only downside I can think of is that maintence has to approve it first before they can see it.

Pros
Works great no matter where I am. Simple to use and the mobile version runs smoothly on my phone.
Cons
Missing email tracking features and contact management. The asset status functionality could also use some work.
