Pros

Getting started with this software felt really natural for me and it was just as simple when I had to show the rest of my team how to use it. There wasn't much explaining needed on my end because everything made sense pretty quickly. The layout and day-to-day use feel practical, so I was able to work in it without any hassle.

Cons

Up to now, I really haven't experienced any drawbacks. Nothing has caused problems for me and it fits nicely into the way I handle my work.

Pros

Pros

Using this tool has felt very natural for me from the start. Getting around the system is simple, nothing feels messy and I don't waste time trying to figure out where things are. The layout makes sense, so I can just get in and do what I need to do without any hassle. Another thing that has stood out is the support team. They've been very attentive with me and actually reach out to check if everything is going well or if I need help with anything. That kind of follow-up makes the whole experience feel a lot better.

Cons

One small thing I've noticed is that the system logs me out if I'm inactive for a while, so I have to sign in again. It's not a serious issue, just a minor inconvenience from time to time.

Pros

The biggest plus for me is how this software keeps tenants, office staff and field techs connected in a really interactive way. Because everyone can stay in touch more easily, communication has gotten a lot better on our side. That has helped us work together more efficiently and made day-to-day operations run better overall.

Cons

Since the platform is still developing, some extra tools and add-ons aren't available yet. Because of that, I sometimes find myself waiting for future updates and new features to be released.

Pros

One thing that really worked for me with this tool was how the whole system runs together, especially for the price. It feels worth the money and I've been able to use it for my regular everyday tasks without much trouble. The main features do what I need and that has made it a great option for day-to-day work.

Cons

What frustrates me the most is the support response time. When I reach out for help, it usually takes quite a while to hear back which can get annoying. I've also noticed that updates and fixes don't arrive very quickly, so I often have to wait longer than I'd like for improvements.

Pros

This tool has been really helpful for me when it comes to keeping track of documentation and making sure people stay accountable. That part has honestly made a big difference in my day-to-day work. I feel a lot more confident staying on top of RHRA requirements and it gives me peace of mind knowing the right records are being kept in place.

Cons

I have not run into any major problems with it. One thing that does stand out, though, is that residents and their family members cannot use the system. To me, that feels like a missing piece and something I would like to see improved later on.

Pros

The desktop version allows for easy access to the complete history of each hotel unit. The filtering options are extensive, making it simple to track the progress of team members on specific tasks. Additionally, the request form can be customized to suit our requirements effectively.

Cons

The app requires some improvements to better serve our needs. Currently, it's quite frustrating for our team working on-site with tools rather than in an office. The app rarely notifies us of new tasks and doesn't update/refresh frequently. Refreshing by pulling down often doesn't work, so we have to constantly close and reopen the app throughout the day. This is essential to avoid tasks piling up without our knowledge, leading to delays and frustrated guests. Additionally, the app lacks the ability to search for individual units; it only allows searching by building. For example, if there's an issue with a fireplace in a specific room, we can't search for previous related tasks easily. Instead, we have to go through over 150 tasks from the previous four weeks in that particular building. Furthermore, our customers, such as vacation management companies, can't filter their search as non-users when clicking the "task update" button. They have to go through all our ongoing tasks. It would also be beneficial if requesters received email notifications not only when tasks are created and closed but also when notes are added or modifications are made. Sometimes we have to leave a task pending due to parts being ordered or other reasons, and it would be helpful for them to be notified when we've been there temporarily fixed the issue and ordered parts.

Pros

Our maintenance personnel quickly grasp and utilize the software, eliminating the need for constant follow-up.

Cons

Personally, I don't face any issues, but it can be frustrating for the maintenance person to receive messages on their day off or during holidays. It would be beneficial if the system could be programmed to receive messages and deliver them the following day or after returning from holidays.

Pros

This work order task manager is excellent, and having all vendors in one centralized space is fantastic. I truly appreciate the feature that provides a link for everyone to submit work orders.

Cons

As someone in building management, it would be great to have an inventory tracker that enables better asset management. I'm currently seeking an alternative solution to keep track of my extensive collection of 1,600 keys.

Pros

The ease of job tracking, the diverse range of search options, and the ability to monitor inputs are impressive. Assigning tasks and tracking their progress is seamless. Having all the necessary information in a single location significantly streamlines communication with the entire team across various aspects.

Cons

The app lacks refinement, particularly in terms of usability (no search function) and the inability for third parties to search the request look-up page list. The spacing in the notes section is problematic, and new comments are inconsistently added at the top and bottom. There are countless small improvements that could significantly improve my work experience. For example, the ability to automatically generate detailed reports would be fantastic. Importing parts lists via Excel rather than manually inputting them for two weeks would be a time-saver. Additionally, I need a way to track billed and non-billed tasks, but the invoicing feature lacks Provincial Sales Tax (PST) support. Moreover, the invoicing feature doesn't allow for splitting coding/costs between parts and labor. I was under the impression that my team on the ground would have access to an information wiki about assets and common issues, but they can't even access the space center from their mobile devices.

Maintenance Care Overview

Pros

This program is exceptional for keeping tabs on work orders, assets, and equipment. It validates the amount of time we allocate to each task daily, offering valuable insights into where our time is dedicated. Furthermore, the cost analysis feature allows us to evaluate spending on each project, identifying potential overspending and determining if it's time to consider replacements instead of repairs.

Cons

The system becomes sluggish when closing off work orders beyond the sixth or seventh. I've personally experienced this issue, and I wonder if there's a way to speed up the process and make it more efficient (I suspect our internet service may also play a role).

reliable desktop, weak mobile app

Pros

The desktop side has been the best part for me. It gives me a full look at the history for each hotel unit and the filter tools make it a lot faster to narrow things down. That alone saves me time during the day. I'm also able to see what the rest of the team is working on without having to track people down, like checking if the electrician is already on a job or if purchasing has taken care of ordering parts. Another plus is the request form setup. We've been able to tweak it so it matches how our team actually handles work which has made the system feel more useful for our day-to-day needs.

Cons

The biggest problem for me is the mobile side and it still feels like it needs a lot more work before it really fits a field team like ours. Most of us are walking around the resort with tools in hand, not sitting at a desk, so phone updates matter a lot. The app hardly ever alerts us when new jobs come in and it also does a poor job updating on its own. Even when we try to manually reload it, that usually doesn't work, so we keep having to shut the app down and open it again all day long. When that doesn't happen, jobs can stack up without anyone noticing which slows us down and keeps guests waiting. Search is another sore spot. There's no direct way to look up a single unit, only the whole building. So if I'm in one room dealing with something specific, like a fireplace issue and want to see if that exact unit had the same problem before, I can't just pull it up. Instead, I have to scroll through more than 150 work orders from the last month for that building just to find the right one. I've also heard a lot of frustration from customers. People outside our team who use the task update link don't get useful filter choices and outside vacation management groups can't limit the view to only their own jobs. That means they have to dig through every open item in the system. One more thing that bothers me is the lack of status communication for requesters. Right now they only get an email when a job is opened and when it is closed. In my opinion, they should also get updates when notes are added or when the status changes. Sometimes we've already gone out, done a temporary fix and are waiting on parts but the person who submitted it has no clear way of knowing any of that.

really handy for maintenance

Pros

Getting started with this tool was pretty quick for us and even our maintenance guy knew what to do almost right away. That alone has saved me a lot of time since we're not constantly checking in or reminding him to take care of things. It just makes the whole process feel more organized and less stressful.

Cons

no big problems with it. The only thing that bugs me is that our maintenance person can still get contacted on his days off or during holidays. I'd like to see some kind of setting where requests still come through but they hold until the next workday or until he's back.

Pros

Being online is a big plus for me since I can sign in from almost anywhere and get to what I need. That kind of flexibility really helps because I'm not stuck in one place when I need to look at or handle things in the system.

Cons

Pros

This has been a really reliable work order and task management tool for me, especially because it keeps all my vendors in one place. The shared link feature has been a big plus too, since it lets people send in work orders without a bunch of extra messages and helps me keep everything more organized.

Cons

One thing I still want is some kind of inventory tracking feature, because that would help me handle assets a lot better from a building management side. I'm also still trying to find another option for key tracking since I have more than 1,600 keys to keep up with and this software doesn't fully handle that for me.
