Easy web requests and reporting

Pros

The web request form on this tool is really easy to use. Setting it up took no time and once I got going, it was simple for both me and the team to manage. On the admin side, it's easy too which saves me time and makes my daily tasks run smoother. Having access to the canned reports has also made pulling information much easier. I also appreciate that it's web-based and mobile-friendly, so I can get to it from any device. The customer service has been excellent as well which makes the overall experience even better.

Cons

Since I'm working with a web-based system, I do feel limited when it comes to customization. In my case, that has made it harder to integrate this tool with other systems we use, especially Finance and HR. While it does a lot well, I've noticed that the flexibility on that side is not as strong as I would like.

Effortless task assignment

Pros

Using this software for our team has been a real plus because creating and assigning tasks is so easy. The "ME" button is super helpful since it clearly shows who updated a task, avoiding any confusion. Attaching documents like manuals, service reports, or invoices directly to equipment has saved us both time and money when troubleshooting or preventing issues. The preventative maintenance features are another big benefit because they help ensure no equipment gets overlooked.

Cons

One area where I'd personally like to see improvement is the Inventory/Parts module. In our case, it didn't roll out as smoothly as we had hoped because it didn't fully match the way we wanted inventory tracking to work. Since our organization operates across multiple sites, the wrong site does get selected from time to time. What's frustrating for me is that with the current MC functionality, once a site is chosen for a task, it can't be edited later. Because of that, I have to create an entirely new replacement task instead of simply correcting the original one.

Accessible work order tracking

Pros

I really like how easy it is to track work orders and manage depreciation with this software. It helps me keep our facilities running smoothly and allows me to make smarter decisions since the information is so accessible. On top of that, the support team has been consistently outstanding which makes the experience even better.

Cons

Smooth workflow navigation

Pros

This tool has been really simple to use and I can move around it without any trouble. Creating and assigning work orders is fast which keeps my workflow smooth. I also like the work order request link for other departments since it works well and doesn't require much info to submit a request.

Cons

Something I'd really appreciate is the ability to set due dates for work orders. Having that feature would make it much easier for me to keep track of deadlines. I'd also like more flexibility with the work order template, such as adding my company logo and choosing exactly which fields appear when the order is printed.

User-friendly for all skill levels

Pros

What stood out most is how simple the platform is for end users at the home level. Since we didn't have a digital system before, it was important to pick something people of all skill levels could use without struggling. This platform made that transition easy and approachable right from the start.

Cons

On the administrative side, a few areas of the system feel harder to work through than I expected. Building reports could be explained or organized better because that part isn't as easy to figure out as it should be. I'd also love to see digital check sheets included so everything can stay within one system without needing outside solutions.

Janitorial tracking and reporting

Pros

One thing I really like is how I can set up the software to identify janitorial needs and generate reports for them. It helps me figure out which areas are handled by our janitorial staff versus what the tool's team manages, making the process much clearer and easier to track.

Cons

What I feel is missing the most is a mobile app. I'd really like users to have the option to open and use the platform directly from their phones whenever they need it.

Valuable multi-site reporting

Pros

The reporting feature on this tool is something I really value. I can dig into what's happening across multiple sites which gives me a much clearer picture of overall performance and activity.

Cons

For me, the challenge is that it takes time to discover the most useful parts of the platform. The value is definitely there once I spend time exploring it but those really helpful features aren't always obvious right away.

Organized staff operations

Pros

This program makes it easier for our staff to complete work orders and stay informed about everything happening in the facility. It helps everyone stay organized and on the same page which makes day-to-day operations much smoother.

Cons

Some of our team members still struggle a bit when using the program through the mobile version. From what I've seen, they tend to understand the desktop version much faster, while the mobile side seems to take more time for them to get comfortable with.

Easy rollout across sites

Pros

Rolling this out across different sites has been simple. The features feel well thought out and useful and the support team has been very helpful whenever I've needed assistance.

Cons

Pros

Maintenance Care seamlessly integrates all aspects of building/property maintenance. It allows us to input and track an inventory, including purchase dates, repairs, and scheduled maintenance or replacements. The ability to electronically submit, assign, and monitor maintenance requests has been invaluable. No more lost notes or lack of follow-up! This software is a lifesaver for anyone managing property or buildings.

Cons

Entering our inventory manually was a lengthy process, which is less than ideal when doing it all at once. However, it's not a problem when adding new items as we purchase/replace them. Additionally, setting up our site within the program was more complex for our summer camp compared to a regular building. Nonetheless, the implementation team provided valuable assistance throughout the process.

Comprehensive property maintenance

Pros

I really liked how this tool brings almost every aspect of building and property maintenance into one place. We loaded our inventory and can track details like purchase dates, past repairs and yearly inspections with built-in reminders. The maintenance request feature is especially useful because we can submit issues electronically, assign them to the right person and track progress from start to finish. It's a huge improvement over writing things down and wondering what happened. For anyone managing a property or facility, this software can be a real lifesaver.

Cons

Entering all of our inventory took quite a while since the process had to be done manually. Doing everything at once wasn't ideal, although it feels much easier when I only add new items as they come in. Because we run a summer camp rather than a typical building setup, getting everything configured also took extra effort. That said, the implementation team was very supportive and helped us get everything set up correctly.
