handles high-volume work fast

Pros

this tool made dealing with a big number of requests a lot more manageable for me. It helps me keep up with each task as it comes in and I can reply in real time without feeling buried. The whole setup feels very simple to use, so working in it every day has been really enjoyable.

Cons

Honestly, I haven't come across any real downsides with this software. I use it daily and it's been something I genuinely like having as part of my routine.

really helpful for repeat orders

Pros

One thing that stands out about this tool is how natural it feels to work in. I'm able to pull up and sort all of our closed work orders fast, without dealing with extra steps and that makes everyday order handling a lot less stressful. It's been even more useful when the same products come back over and over, since I can keep better track of everything and manage repeat orders much more efficiently.

Cons

My biggest issue is that our company's inventory system doesn't seem to carry over into it. At this point, I'm still not sure if that's a problem with this software, something related to Syspro, or just a question I need to bring to customer support. Based on what my former manager told me, it sounded like it just couldn't be done, so that part has definitely been frustrating.

all-in-one maintenance that delivers

Pros

Having my work orders and preventive maintenance tasks all in one spot has made things a lot more manageable. One of the first things that stood out was how fast I could get comfortable with the system and the price felt reasonable compared to some of the other products I checked out. Whenever something comes up, the support team has been quick to respond and actually helpful which has made a big difference.

Cons

One issue that keeps coming up is how careful I have to be when creating assets and detsets, because after they're saved there are very few ways to remove them. That gets even more annoying in bigger facilities where the number of detsets is capped, so fixing setup mistakes can turn into extra work. Printing anything made with a table matrix has also been tough since there's no PDF option to make that process simpler.

real-time work orders shine

Pros

The biggest win for me has been keeping up with work orders live from the mobile app. That's been a big help for our team since we can stay connected, ask questions and get updates fast without stopping what we're doing to track someone down. It also does a nice job of keeping everyone on the same page throughout the day. That said, the mobile app still feels a little limited compared to the desktop version and the look of it seems somewhat dated.

Cons

My main issue is that we still can't make our own custom forms without paying to have one created. I've tried using datasets as a workaround but there's only so much I can add, especially when I need more questions. Because of that, it still falls short for what we need. It would be a lot more useful if we could just build our own forms anytime we wanted.

handy maintenance reminders

Pros

this tool felt very easy to use. Getting around the system is simple, so daily tasks don't feel confusing or frustrating. One feature that really stands out to me is the preventive maintenance scheduling. It sends alerts automatically when something needs attention which helps me keep track of everything without having to remember every due date on my own.

Cons

The main thing I'd like to see improved is the mobile app. It would be a lot more useful if the admin and scheduling tabs were included there too. That way, admins could make changes and updates straight from their phones instead of needing to jump over to another platform.

Pros

Having everything for all 12 of our locations in one central system has made a big difference. The whole setup feels a lot more organized now and day-to-day work runs more efficiently because of it. Another thing that stood out to me was the team behind it. They answered fast, were pleasant to work with and gave us a lot of help while we were getting used to the platform. Support has been outstanding the entire time.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any real issues to point out. It feels well worth the cost, the interface is very user-friendly and everything on the site has worked the way it should. Overall, we've been very happy with it.

clean setup and handy portal

Pros

Getting this up and running took less work than I expected which was a nice surprise on the admin side. The request portal is also simple to navigate, so using it day to day feels pretty approachable and not confusing.

Cons

vendor email feature feels a bit awkward right now and could use some cleanup. The daily snapshot also isn't as user-friendly as it could be. One thing I'd really love added is QR code assignment for both locations and assets, because that would make tracking a lot more convenient.

simple tools and fast support

Pros

the layout felt natural to use but it still has all the features I need. The tools are flexible and powerful without feeling like too much for me or the rest of the team that uses it the most. Any time something new comes up, customer support gets back to me fast and helps me figure it out. Getting everything set up also went really well and the whole rollout felt simple from beginning to end.

Cons

biggest thing for me has been the learning curve around tracking parts, especially in the mobile app.

The mobile app has been the best part for me. Day-to-day use feels really simple and everything is laid out in a way that just makes sense. It didn't take much time to get comfortable with it and the whole experience has felt very user-friendly.

Cons

main thing missing for me is being able to edit a work request after it's been created. If the person who submitted it could go back and make changes later, that would make the process a lot more convenient.

Pros

Getting to work orders takes almost no time and the platform feels very simple to use during the day. Everything makes sense when I click around, so it didn't take long to get comfortable with it. So far, using it has been hassle-free and easy for me.

Getting started with this tool was really easy which mattered a lot to me since I'm not super tech-savvy. It didn't take long to understand how things worked and I never felt lost or overloaded. The whole setup feels very approachable and comfortable to use.

Cons

Pros

One of the best parts for me is having all the customer details in a single spot. It makes my day a lot simpler since I'm not jumping back and forth between a bunch of different tools just to find something. That saves me a good amount of time during the day.

preventive maintenance is a win

Pros

Coming back after my earlier review, I can honestly say we're still very happy with this software and everything included in our setup. Since then, we upgraded to the Enterprise Edition and it's been even more impressive. The feature that stands out most to me is the ability to plan and track preventive maintenance. That addition has made the system a lot more valuable for our daily operations and has helped us stay on top of things.

Cons

There are still a few areas that feel a little limiting. Some form fields don't allow enough characters which can be frustrating and a few report names seemed confusing to me at first. Still, after spending more time in the system, it all started to make sense and felt pretty manageable to learn.

One thing that stands out right away is how easy this tool is for everyone on the team. Whether I'm logging a problem, assigning jobs, tracking progress, or handling planned and urgent tasks, everything feels clear and simple to work with. The mobile app has been a big help too since it keeps everyone in the loop in real time, so staying coordinated is a lot less of a hassle. Another big plus is being able to add as many users as needed without getting hit with extra fees. On top of that, the support team has been friendly, quick to respond and actually knows the product well during sales, setup, training and day-to-day use. helpful for tracking tasks

Pros

Keeping tabs on daily work has been a lot better with this. It helps me stay on top of what's getting done each day and that's made staying organized much more manageable. Even as our team gets bigger, I'm still able to follow active jobs and work issues without letting things get missed.

Cons

One thing that's missing is a built-in alert feature so my team and I know right away when a work order comes in. Right now, we're stuck using two different tools, one for standard requests and another for urgent ones and that setup just feels clunky. My main complaint is pretty much the same as what I mentioned in the last question.

really useful web interface

Pros

The web interface stands out the most to me since it lets me get to everything quickly without any trouble. The reporting tools have also been really helpful, giving me a clearer way to handle tasks and follow progress without feeling lost.

fantastic routing and support

Pros

Switching to this system was a big step up for our team. The one we had before was confusing and cost way too much but this one was simple to get up and running, not hard to learn and much more fairly priced. We use it all day long and after several years with it, it has stayed reliable the whole time. One thing that really impressed me was how well it handles requests for different departments like plumbing, housekeeping and IT. Getting everything set up felt pretty easy and anytime we had a question, someone was there to help. On the requester side, not needing a login has been a huge plus because people can send in requests fast without extra steps. We were also able to change the required fields over time so we could gather exactly the details we needed. The system then sends each request to the right technician automatically based on what was entered which has cut down a lot of manual work. Managing tickets has also been very convenient since I can move them through statuses like pending, delayed and closed without any hassle. Scheduled tasks have saved me a lot of time too. Another thing that has helped a lot is keeping parts and assets tracked in one place which makes everything feel more organized. The mobile app has also been great for us and helps the team keep up with work when they are away from their desks. Even after implementation, the customer service stayed strong and I've always felt like support was there when we needed it. Overall, I've been really pleased with this software.

Cons

My biggest complaint is that after a request is submitted, the main description cannot be changed. That becomes a problem in situations like event setups, where details may shift as the date gets closer. I can leave notes on the request but I'd rather be able to update the original request itself so all the important information stays in one clear place.
