The asset monitoring segment allows us to easily monitor the model and serial numbers, streamlining service requests for our equipment.
Cons
While the reporting feature is functional, it could benefit from more flexibility. Exporting data and manipulating it in Excel is possible, but having more selectable fields and grouping options within the software itself would be more convenient.

Currently, someone has to manually send them via email, and we have to upload them manually to the work order.

This tedious process was repeated multiple times a day, and urgent matters could be delayed. MaintenanceCare eliminated these steps and streamlined our entire workflow.
Cons
There is a lack of feedback provided to the person who submits a work order. They receive notification of task completion, but nothing about the steps taken or pending completion, such as requiring additional parts or subcontractors. Having this feature would greatly improve communication between staff, management, and maintenance personnel.

There are areas that could be enhanced to assist smaller organizations in their growth, such as improved information inputting, tracking vital statistics related to facilities management, and creating an accounting portion or report that tracks time, average time, and cost of work orders on an individual, weekly, monthly, and annual basis. This would be immensely helpful in demonstrating our expenses and time allocation for each of our programs.

While the reporting feature is functional, it could benefit from more flexibility. Exporting data and manipulating it in Excel is possible, but having more selectable fields and grouping options within the software itself would be more convenient.

There is a lack of feedback provided to the person who submits a work order. They receive notification of task completion, but nothing about the steps taken or pending completion, such as requiring additional parts or subcontractors. Having this feature would greatly improve communication between staff, management, and maintenance personnel.
