“perfect hub but needs work”
Pros
it really helps me to have all my job details in one spot instead of bouncing between different systems. The filter choices and trackable fields give me a few ways to keep an eye on updates and that makes daily follow-up a lot less frustrating. The assignment tool has been useful too, since I can see where things stand without digging around in other places. Having so much information together makes my normal coordination work feel a lot more doable. I also like the top result feature because it gives me a cleaner way to stay in touch with the team across different jobs and ongoing conversations.
Cons
platform still feels unfinished to me in a lot of areas. The overall layout can be frustrating to use and one of the biggest problems is not having the search option I need in the places where it would matter most. I've also run into issues with outside users not being able to look through the request lookup list which just adds more unnecessary back-and-forth. The notes area is another weak spot because the formatting looks awkward and comments do not show up in a consistent order, so it becomes harder for me to follow updates. There are also a lot of smaller changes that would make a big difference, like automatic reports that already include the right information. I would save a ton of time if parts lists could be uploaded from Excel instead of being typed in by hand for weeks. Another missing piece for me is the ability to see billed and non-billed work separately and the invoicing side is limited because PST is not supported. On top of that, I cannot split out coding or separate parts and labor costs in invoices. I also expected my field crew to be able to open a wiki with asset details and common problems but they cannot even access the space center on mobile devices.

“useful tracking and cost insights”
Pros
This has been really handy for me because it keeps work orders, assets and equipment together in one spot instead of having me bounce between different places. Another thing that helps a lot is being able to check how much time goes into each job. That has given me a clearer picture of how our day gets split across projects and where the hours are really going. I've also used it to look at spending, catch when a project is starting to run past budget and figure out when replacing a piece of equipment makes more sense than paying to fix it again.
Cons
What slows me down the most is when I try to close several work orders at once. After about six or seven, the system starts feeling laggy and it takes longer than expected to finish them. Part of that might be related to our internet connection but I still think there should be a faster way to enter or process them so closing work orders doesn't drag on.

“Best Maintenance Request System EVER!!!”
Pros
The software and system are smooth to use and configure. The enhanced communication through email notifications for received and completed tasks has proven incredibly helpful. The ability to attach documents and images to maintenance requests has been a resounding success, greatly assisting our team. Among our favorite features are the comprehensive task tracking, reporting, and analysis options, as well as the ability to assign priority levels and specify areas.
Cons
The software offers minimal additional features that could enhance its functionality. It would be beneficial to have more email notifications when changes are made to tasks. Additionally, greater flexibility and additional features in the maintenance request submission form could expand the software's potential uses.

This program effectively organizes all our work orders. I recently attended a webinar on reports, and I'm thrilled with the multitude of options available.

Pros
Getting this up and running took very little effort on our side and our team picked it up fast. The biggest win for me has been the better communication, especially the email updates when a task comes in and when it gets finished. Being able to add files and photos to maintenance requests has also helped a lot and made the whole process work better for us. On top of that, I can keep an eye on jobs, pull reports and look at everything by priority, location and other details which has been very helpful in daily work.
Cons
From my side, there really isn't much to complain about, though a couple of additions would make it even better. I'd really like to receive extra email notifications whenever a task gets updated so I can keep track of follow-ups more quickly. It would also help if the maintenance request form had more options, since that would give our team greater flexibility when using it.

“reporting options i really love”
Pros
Keeping all our work orders in one place has helped me stay on top of everything a lot better day to day. I also joined the reports webinar recently and that really showed me how many ways this tool lets me track things. The amount of flexibility here is something I've been really happy with.
Cons
At this point, I honestly haven't come across anything that feels like a real downside.

“Best Program for Managing Maintenance Requests”
Pros
With this program, all users can promptly alert me whenever attention is required. I receive an email notification and can easily record actions and add notes regarding the reasons behind them or if additional service is needed.
Cons
Honestly, I can't find any cons when it comes to this program. The free version meets my needs perfectly, and all users can access it without any issues.

One thing that really works for me with this program is how fast I get notified when something needs my attention. An email shows up and that helps me stay on top of things without missing anything. I can also record what was done and leave notes about the problem or mention if extra service is needed. That setup has made my follow-up a lot more organized and it keeps everyone in the loop.

Pros
This tool has been really helpful for me because the features cover a lot and the whole setup does what I need. Keeping track of issues feels much clearer now and I can stay on top of deadlines without things slipping through. Our process has felt more structured and dependable since we started using it.
Cons
One challenge I've noticed is that the system doesn't support Chinese characters. That has been inconvenient for some people on our team who aren't very comfortable working in English, so I'd definitely like to see that improved in the future.
