work orders done right

Pros

One thing that stands out to me about this tool is how easy it is to put together work orders. I can add as much detail as I want, so everything stays clear and organized. That really helps me keep track of things and makes the whole process feel fast and efficient.

Cons

Honestly, I do not have any major issues with this tool. The only small thing I could mention is that the visuals could look a little better but that is pretty minor to me.

user-friendly and efficient tool

Pros

this tool was simple to get the hang of right from the start and that made a big difference for our team. It's helped me clean up our work order process and organize our overall tech operations better. Getting everyone on board didn't take much effort either, since the layout feels easy and natural for everyday use. Day-to-day tasks have been quicker and more manageable because of it.

Cons

really user-friendly update

Pros

the newer version felt very easy to use. Creating a work order was simple and the layout made sense without a lot of digging around. Day to day, it was comfortable to work in and didn't leave me confused when I needed to get something done.

Cons

My main issue was having to jump back into the older version for a few specific tasks. That part was a little annoying since not every feature had made it over to the new version yet.

keeps work orders on track

Pros

This tool has been really great for managing work order tasks. Everyone involved can see what needs to get done, so the responsibility is shared instead of falling on one person. That helps keep the whole team on the same page and makes it a lot faster to coordinate work orders.

Cons

One thing I've noticed is that new users can have a little trouble with the app at first. Some parts aren't super clear so adding a basic tutorial would make onboarding a lot better and help first-time users get comfortable faster.

Pros

One thing that stands out to me is how simple this app makes it for the whole team to stay connected and on the same page during the day. It really helps keep communication clear and organized across the staff which has been a big plus for us.

Cons

main area that could use some work is the date filter. I'd like to have a few more options there so searching feels more flexible and useful.

fast work orders to the crew

Pros

Sending detailed work orders to the crew is really quick with this tool and the info shows up on their tablets right away. That has made day-to-day communication a lot better for us and helps keep jobs moving without those little delays that slow everything down.

Cons

some crew members still get confused about how to properly mark their jobs as finished, so I end up closing them out myself. That takes extra time and it would help a lot if the system let me close multiple jobs at once instead of handling them one by one.

maintenance planning that actually works

Pros

This tool has made it a lot easier for me to get our preventive maintenance program up and running the way I wanted. It helps me stay on top of tasks, keep things organized and make sure nothing gets missed along the way.

a huge win for us

Pros

Getting this tool up and running was really easy and day-to-day use has been just as simple. It works well for both regular users and the admin side which has made things a lot less stressful. We used to handle all of this manually, so moving over to this system has been a big relief for my organization.

Cons

works well on any device

Pros

it has been really simple for me to use this and the best part is that it works just as well on my desktop as it does on my phone. That kind of flexibility makes things a lot more convenient since I'm not stuck using only one device to keep up with everything.

Cons

One feature I'd still want is the ability to set an earlier date when an order was supposed to be entered on a previous day but got missed by mistake. Having a backdate option would make it much easier to go back and fix those errors.

clear ticket updates every time

Pros

Using this tool day to day has been really easy for me. The status updates and completion notices on tickets are very clear, so it is simple to keep up with what is happening and stay on top of everything.

Pros

This tool has been a really great fit for our whole team, even the office staff who are usually the ones taking calls about problems or new requests. It helps management keep track of everything better so things do not get missed and it makes it very clear which requests need attention right away and which ones have been waiting longer. The mobile app is also a huge benefit. Our staff can keep it on their phones, get notified right away when something new comes in, update jobs while they are in progress and close them out once the work is done.

Cons

The main thing I would like changed is the checklist feature. A better setup for step-by-step task lists would be really useful. When we are resetting sites, there are multiple jobs that have to be done, like clearing out fire ash, picking up trash, mowing and other items. It is the same with cabin cleaning, where there is usually a full list that needs to be completed. It would help a lot if those lists were simpler to manage and if workers had to mark each item off before they could close the task.

Pros

This app has been a big help when it comes to keeping up with problems in this tool and it makes sure everyone on the team gets notified right away when something important goes wrong. Cons

great for getting started

Pros

Getting started with this CMMS felt pretty manageable. The system is simple to follow, so new users usually pick it up without much trouble and the setup never felt too intimidating. Training has been fairly easy too since the platform makes sense right away. Another big win for us is the pricing. They charge by facility instead of by user which has worked out much better than a lot of other options I looked at. The mobile app has also been really useful when I need to take care of service work away from my desk.

Cons

A couple things have been frustrating. Adding photos to work orders is not very clear, so some people get stuck there. We've also had login issues with a few team members and even after spending time trying to track it down, I still don't know what's causing it.

everything in one place

Pros

This platform really does it all for us. Our team has a lot going on at the same time, with different needs across different areas and this keeps everything organized in one spot. It matches the way we work really well and helps us handle all those moving parts without needing to jump between a bunch of different tools.

Cons

main thing I'd want changed is the navigation, since it feels like it could use a more updated look. It would also be nice to have a way to remove items we don't use anymore, because that would help keep things cleaner and less cluttered.

very user-friendly and reliable tool

Pros

Getting started with this tool felt pretty easy and the system has been reliable for what I need. It does what I expect without causing extra hassle which has made it a good fit for my day-to-day use.

Cons

with training I have got some difficulties. A few people on our team needed more time to figure out the app, so it took some extra effort to get everyone fully comfortable using it.

super handy for work orders

Pros

One thing that stands out with this tool is how easy it is. Putting in work orders takes no effort and pretty much anyone can do it without getting confused. Being able to send updates to users is also a big plus and that has made communication a lot better for me.

Cons

It won't handle every single need a Facility Manager may have in one platform. Still, I get that it's built for a specific job and for that purpose, it does exactly what I need and I really like using it.

clean layout and simple navigation

Pros

Getting around the system feels really natural, especially on the interface side. Everything is laid out in a way that makes sense, so using it day to day doesn't take much effort. Tasks feel pretty easy and that makes the whole experience a lot more manageable for me.

Cons

The main thing that needs work is how PM schedules link between Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual cycles. It would be a lot more useful if those schedules were connected and updated automatically based on the PM close date. As it stands, when one interval takes an extra month to complete and I need to push everything back, I have to go into four different schedules and change each one by hand which takes more time than it should.

really handy for staying organized

Pros

One thing that stands out right away is how well this tool keeps all my vendor details in one place. Being able to check vendor info along with open and close ratios has helped me stay a lot more on top of my work. Day to day, it makes things feel more organized and I'd definitely suggest it to anyone looking for something like this.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have much to complain about with either the website or the app. The only thing I'd want added is the option to handle invoicing directly inside the tool.
