Nice but could be improved upon.

Pros

The software was smooth to setup , and updating the basic parameters was a easy process. Entering and creating PM work orders is also effortless.

Cons

There are areas that could be enhanced to assist smaller organizations in their growth, such as improved information inputting, tracking vital statistics related to facilities management, and creating an accounting portion or report that tracks time, average time, and cost of work orders on an individual, weekly, monthly, and annual basis. This would be immensely helpful in demonstrating our expenses and time allocation for each of our programs.

Pros

We have experienced helpful and responsive support whenever we needed assistance. Once the maintenance scheduling is established, it helps us stay on track and extend the lifespan of our equipment.

Love the work order system

Pros

I'm thrilled with the quick and easy process of submitting, reviewing, and processing work orders.

Cons

The most significant improvement I've observed is the ability to assign work orders as a manager and allow my staff to see the assigned tasks.

Maintenance Care review of CMMS.

Pros

This product offers almost everything we need to effectively manage our maintenance services, from preventive to scheduled and unscheduled tasks. It's incredibly easy for staff to submit requests.

Cons

The software lacks a good feature for inputting multiple temperature readings. While it's possible to input a reading for an asset, we have over 100 daily temperature reading requirements, and it would be burdensome to handle this in Maintenance Care.

It's fantastic that we now operate a paperless program. As a worker, I no longer have to worry about forgetting work orders.

Cons

When I'm on holiday, there is no one available at this facility to handle our program. Since it's a one-person operation, it would be helpful if I could pause it while I'm away.

Pros

Generating new work orders is not an issue anymore, and overall, it's easy to learn and use.

Cons

One improvement I would suggest is increasing the number of visible work orders at once. Currently, only 15 jobs are displayed, and scrolling is necessary. Additionally, it would be great if all "new" work orders, including older ones, appeared in the reports.

Pros

The web request form is user-friendly, simple to set up and utilize. The customer service is excellent, and the administration process is effortless. I appreciate the availability of multiple pre-set reports, and the software is web-based and mobile-compatible.

Cons

Versatile program being used for multiple facilities

Pros

Our organization benefits from the software's user-friendly nature and adaptable features for creating and assigning tasks. The inclusion of the "ME" button simplifies indicating who updated a task. Additionally, having the ability to attach documents, such as manuals or service reports, to equipment saves time and money when troubleshooting or preventing issues. The Preventative Maintenance features ensure that no equipment is overlooked during routine checks.

Cons

Personally, I'd like to see enhancements to the Inventory/Parts module. Our organization faced challenges aligning it with our vision of inventory tracking. Occasionally, an incorrect site is chosen due to our multiple sites. Unfortunately, the current functionality does not allow changing the site for a task, requiring the creation of a new replacement task.

Great and easy to use software

Pros

Maintenance Care is incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate. Generating and delegating work orders is a quick and simple process. The work order request link for other departments functions smoothly and requires minimal input to submit a request.

Cons

It would be beneficial if the program allowed assigning due dates for work orders. Customizing the work order template, including adding a company logo and selecting which fields are printed, would also be nice.

Our end users at different levels find the software incredibly user-friendly. It was crucial for us to select a platform that could be easily managed by users with varying skill levels, as our company didn't have a digital maintenance management system previously.
