when I started using it, it was pretty quick and it didn't take much to figure things out. The search tool has a bunch of detailed filters, so it's fast to narrow things down and find exactly what I'm looking for. One feature that has helped a lot is being able to load preventive maintenance tickets in advance which makes planning ahead and staying on top of work much easier. The setup process also went well without a lot of hassle. On top of that, the support team has been fast to respond, helpful and reliable whenever I've reached out.
Cons
There are still a few things that could make it even better. More advanced smart features and stronger reporting would add a lot of value. It would also be really useful to have some kind of AI connection to help predict preventive maintenance work more accurately. Another upgrade I'd like to see is automatic report delivery on a set schedule, so there's less manual follow-up. Better compatibility with open-source BAS tools would also make the platform more flexible and connected.

Early on, there was one annoying issue because we're a French organization and accent marks didn't work correctly. That was frustrating at first but it's been fixed since then, so it's not a problem anymore.

After trying a bunch of other tools like this, this is the one that has worked the best for us by far. The layout is simple to get around and the mobile app is something I actually enjoy using. One feature that has really helped is being able to make a link people can drop on a desktop or tablet, so they can send in or create tickets fast. I've been using it for years now and have never had to contact support once which really says a lot about how reliable the software has been.
Cons
My only real complaint is that the app doesn't let me see all tickets in one view. Right now, I'm stuck choosing between 1-30 days or 30+ days and having an "All" option would make things better. Other than that, this has been an excellent fit for me.

One of the best parts of this tool is how flexible it is. Scheduling preventive maintenance and tracking work orders takes a lot less effort and it helps me keep everything in order during the day. Managing maintenance tasks feels a lot more under control with it.
Cons
