I find it really hard to update the system on a daily basis because of the way the software operates. To keep things running smoothly, we need formal training on this tool. Without it, I feel like we'll end up wasting man-hours.

What I appreciated most was the clean layout of the system, how simple it is to register equipment and the fact that the dashboard truly works. In many platforms the graphs can't be exported into reports. Integration with our equipment was seamless and the website's implementation guide proved to be incredibly helpful and well done.

Although I had no background with maintenance software, right from the very beginning I found the overall concept easy to grasp. Since I'm only just getting started, I can't yet judge the outcomes it will deliver but I'm optimistic and expecting it could lead to some pretty interesting results.
