“Benefits of ManWinWin”

Pros

At first, I liked how simple the installation was, requiring very little effort. As I started using the software, I discovered it to be highly intuitive, which streamlined asset management.

I would like the software to manage other document types, like CADs, and include features for managing assets similar to PLM.

Really impressed by how simple this software is to operate. I recommend it to anyone working in maintenance.

For the course, I feel there should be textbooks or supporting materials that explain every part of the curriculum.

Overall it's a solid piece of software. I find it simple to use and we were provided with a tutorial for this software.

I'm frustrated that I can't copy or save files directly to a USB drive, nor am I able to send the WO schedule to a student so they can mark it as completed.

Pros

It offers capabilities most other CMMS lack. Its mobile functionality really adds value for me and I appreciate how it displays assets and items in a clear hierarchical structure.

Cons

On my side, I frequently run into problems accessing files, images and documents stored on the server despite it being configured with the correct file path (IP address, filename and location). Another area they should improve is asset and item import. It lets duplicate entries slip through during import which happens when we re-enter already existing assets or items. This creates extra work and wastes my time.

It's very user-friendly, practical and simple to work with. I find it supports solid maintenance management that's both simple and effective.

I need to set aside a fair amount of time to input all the data.

It handles a wide range of scenarios. It's really adaptable and provides a comprehensive solution for our company's needs. Even though it goes pretty deep into maintenance details, I can still easily stick to using only the parts I actually need.

I wish I could customize the forms more and hide or remove fields that I don't use.

What I appreciated most was the clean layout of the system, how simple it is to register equipment and the fact that the dashboard truly works. In many platforms the graphs can't be exported into reports. Integration with our equipment was seamless and the website's implementation guide proved to be incredibly helpful and well done.

Up to this point I haven't found anything in the software that I dislike.

I really like the amount of information you have on the website. It makes deploying much simpler and helps me configure parameters far more efficiently.

The way the different features integrate genuinely impressed me. It was really simple to install and I found it simple to keep track of everything afterward.

I'm disappointed by the integration with Excel and the export options. They feel limited which is especially noticeable since I'm using the free version.

I find it very easy to use, with a clear, user-friendly interface, a helpful tree-style layout and detailed asset information, plus the ability to set my own coding system and to generate reports.

With so many different tools and capabilities packed in, I would really welcome something like a tooltip balloon or an interactive help assistant to guide me, at least for the less commonly used features that I only access occasionally.

The work orders feature and plant-state overview let me check the factory's condition quickly right there with just a single glance.

One thing I really love about the app is that I can clearly specify the exact tools, equipment and costs needed for each job or task.

There are parts of the setup I can't bypass, such as a required cost centre field and it can be annoying when I'm trying to move quickly.

Within a short period of time, I can quickly pull up the plant's KPIs and see performance at a glance.

I find it really hard to update the system on a daily basis because of the way the software operates. To keep things running smoothly, we need formal training on this tool. Without it, I feel like we'll end up wasting man-hours.

“Easy to grasp from day one”

Pros

Although I had no background with maintenance software, right from the very beginning I found the overall concept easy to grasp. Since I'm only just getting started, I can't yet judge the outcomes it will deliver but I'm optimistic and expecting it could lead to some pretty interesting results.

So far I've only run into a handful of minor issues, little quirks that I don't think will be significant once I become accustomed to using the tool.

I've found the pricing fair and the customer support adequate. It's easy to use when dealing with simple problems.
