“Well-organized interface”

I'm finding the interface very well-organized and simple to use and it lets me build the exact maintenance programs I had hoped to create.

I would like the capability to create a detailed maintenance plan and to control it using graphical indicators that show the performance of our manufacturing system.

I find the level of detail impressive. It includes practically everything I need to run a thorough equipment analysis.

It takes me a while to learn the system. There's a lot of functionality I have to get comfortable with.

Honestly I didn't have much chance to enjoy the features offered by this piece of software.

Setting this up was incredibly tedious and took so much time that I ended up quitting after two days. Juggling more than ten vehicles plus several large machines and welding gear, I realized it might take me months to configure everything by myself. It's clearly not aimed at the typical user.

Pros

It's really easy to manage work orders, track asset savings and handle preventive maintenance.

Cons

I have no complaints at all and every section satisfies me sufficiently.

ive found the software to be thoughtfully put together overall, with some really useful scheduling functions and the ability to keep track of nearly everything. It also provides spots to log troubleshooting details and that capability has been especially important for me.

there isn't a solid set of instructions or a full operations manual so it can take a while to get the system figured out. setting up workflows requires time and there's a noticeable amount of data entry so if you're starting completely from scratch you should expect a bit of a time investment.

I find it really simple to look up information and manage maintenance work orders with this system.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any complaints. Everything is in perfect order and so far I haven't faced any issues.

Its very easy to use. Even as a first-time user, I was able to get comfortable with it quite quickly.

There aren't any tooltip pop-ups explaining each feature and I couldn't find a built-in help or assistant database to guide me.

“Enforces standardized procedures”

Pros

Really handy for creating OTs and keeping a complete history of objects. It has helped me reduce costs and cope with equipment unavailability and it enforces standardized procedures.

Cons

The biggest gaps are integration with other apps and the need for more reports and statistics so I can analyze performance better.

I found the presentation appealing and it looks simple and convenient.

At this early stage, I still need to investigate and test the system more thoroughly before I can confirm how well it fits our company's workflows.

Still getting the hang of it. I expect that after using it for a while I'll become more familiar and efficient with it.

So far nothing major but some parts are too hard to follow and I'll need support to fully understand how the program works correctly and efficiently.

I find this product extremely in-depth which is exactly what I need for thorough data analysis when managing a company. Truly excellent software!

For me it was really easy to set up, configure and use. For maintenance scheduling it perfectly fits my needs.

I can't think of anything missing. Everything currently feels essential though I'd like to see more reports, financial, manhour, costing and graphical ones.

I find it really simple to use and the informatics requirements aren't a major hurdle for me at all.

What bugs me is that I'm not permitted to reprogram unfinished tasks into a new work order which ends up imposing limits on lubrication scheduling, for example.
