At first, I liked how simple the installation was, requiring very little effort. As I started using the software, I discovered it to be highly intuitive, which streamlined asset management.

I would like the software to manage other document types, like CADs, and include features for managing assets similar to PLM.

Overall it's a solid piece of software. I find it simple to use and we were provided with a tutorial for this software.

I'm frustrated that I can't copy or save files directly to a USB drive, nor am I able to send the WO schedule to a student so they can mark it as completed.

It offers capabilities most other CMMS lack. Its mobile functionality really adds value for me and I appreciate how it displays assets and items in a clear hierarchical structure.

Another area they should improve is asset and item import. It lets duplicate entries slip through during import which happens when we re-enter already existing assets or items. This creates extra work and wastes my time.

It handles a wide range of scenarios. It's really adaptable and provides a comprehensive solution for our company's needs. Even though it goes pretty deep into maintenance details, I can still easily stick to using only the parts I actually need.

What I appreciated most was the clean layout of the system, how simple it is to register equipment and the fact that the dashboard truly works. In many platforms the graphs can't be exported into reports. Integration with our equipment was seamless and the website's implementation guide proved to be incredibly helpful and well done.
