better oversight for work orders

Pros

Work request tracking has become much more efficient for me because the system makes it easy to review open and overdue work orders while the KPI view helps me monitor performance and progress over time.

Cons

The implementation process with our tenants took longer than I originally expected.

centralized dispatch that works

Pros

We've been really happy with how this lets us dispatch work requests from one central call center. From my experience our maintenance team finds the system easy to use and that's been a big advantage compared with a lot of other PM programs that haven't worked as well for us.

Cons

Renaming or customizing certain work order field titles is a feature I'm still hoping to see.

versatile tool with responsive support

Pros

What I like most about this program is how little time it takes to learn. I was able to start using it quickly and having access to every site in our district lets me sign into other locations and troubleshoot issues right from my office. That has made problem-solving much faster for me and has helped me respond more efficiently. I also keep finding new ways to use the system so we can rely less on paper and I really appreciate that customer support is willing to adjust the program to fit our needs. From my experience having one system handle several different tasks saves us from juggling multiple programs that constantly need updates, replacements and extra training. For me that has been a very cost-effective solution. On top of that, the staff has always been pleasant to deal with and their quick responses have consistently been appreciated.

Cons

My only concern relates to whether I'll still be able to use the program if reporting requirements change.

fast work orders and simple training

Pros

I found this tool very user-friendly and it didn't take me long to learn how to use it well. From my experience training on the system was easy and it helps me produce work orders quickly when I need them.

Cons

Sometimes the program feels a bit slow during use which I notice while working.

packed with features and support

Pros

What stood out to me right away was how much functionality this platform offers without making it feel overwhelming to learn. In my experience it has more features and capabilities than most clients would probably ever need, yet I was still able to get comfortable using it without much trouble. The system gives me a clear written trail along with time stamps which has been really valuable for keeping records organized and accountable. I also appreciate that it includes preventive maintenance tools and supports multiple user logins since that fits well with how our team works day to day. From my side, the software also looks modern and polished and I like that it includes outside user access, invoicing and reporting that pairs really well with work orders. There are honestly so many positives that I could keep going but those are the ones that have had the biggest impact on our business. On top of the software itself, I felt like the Netfacilities team truly paid attention to our specific needs and helped tailor the experience to match how we operate. What I especially value is how responsive the staff has been and having a dedicated representative who is available, helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely supportive has made me feel like I matter as a customer.

Cons

At this point, I honestly can't point out any drawbacks.

better work order control

Pros

Keeping work orders organized has been much easier for me with this tool and I've noticed that it reduces duplicate entries while improving billing accuracy.

Cons

The large number of options can feel overwhelming at first especially when I'm still learning the system.

Pros

Getting started with this tool was simple for me and I find that updating information, scheduling tasks and managing assets or inventory can all be handled quickly and efficiently.

Cons

Entering assets tends to feel slow for me when I'm adding many items from different sites.

Pros

mobile asset tracking that delivers

Pros

Cost-effectiveness is something I really value about this software and I like that I can get started quickly without installing host software while still managing assets efficiently.

Cons

One thing I've noticed is that I can't use it to determine or generate reports on the total value of assets for a site or an entity when it comes to financial reporting purposes.

simple setup and quick adoption

Pros

From my experience this software was very easy to implement and use. I didn't need much training to get comfortable with it which made the onboarding process feel much lighter. The system also feels very simple in day-to-day use so I was able to find my way around without much effort.

Cons

What frustrated me most was that the page refreshes after every application. In my workflow, that really slowed processing down and made repetitive tasks feel more time-consuming than they should have been.

quick setup and flexible use

Pros

I was able to get started as a service requester without much training at all which made the rollout feel very approachable from the beginning. What I also like is that the platform stays useful whether I'm only using one part of it or taking advantage of the full set of features so it doesn't feel limited based on how deeply I use it.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is an icon-based navigation bar added alongside the current tabs or title links. In my experience that would make moving around the system feel a bit more simple and visually clear.
