Pros

This is honestly one of the best software tools I've ever worked with. I find it very user-friendly overall and what really stands out to me is the customer support. Whenever I need help, I feel well taken care of especially by techs like Jessica Salazar, who has been particularly helpful and supportive.

responsive support that stands out

Pros

this tool has great customer service. Jessica Salazar has consistently been available whenever I've had questions and I usually get clear, helpful answers right away. From my experience that level of support has made a real difference and has been one of the strongest parts of using the software.

Cons

Too many steps are required for certain tasks which slows me down and the dashboard could be simplified to make navigation clearer.

helpful setup and accessible software

Pros

There was definitely a lot to handle at the beginning because of how much material had to be covered in a limited timeframe to meet our goals. Even so, I felt well supported throughout the startup process. Shawn and Jessica were both incredibly helpful and responsive while getting Springstone's account up and running. Once I got familiar with everything, I found the software very accessible and simple to use.

excellent fit for utilities

Pros

Although the software was originally designed for building and grounds maintenance, I've been using it to manage asset tracking and maintenance for our water and wastewater utilities and so far the experience has been very positive while the representative working with me has remained attentive and open to adapting the system for our needs.

Cons

One thing I've noticed is how effectively the platform allows me to replicate Jessica's workflow approach which helps train our customer service and technical support teams to follow the same successful standards.

patient training made all the difference

Pros

Getting started with this tool came with a real learning curve for me but I was lucky to have Patricia Ramirez helping along the way. She recommended online training, stayed incredibly kind and patient throughout the process and helped me learn how to handle everything my company needed from the system. I'm not someone who picks things up quickly so there were plenty of times when I needed Patty to go back over certain steps and she always did without making me feel rushed. After cross-training my team, I realized I had been asking Patty to slow things down almost to a complete crawl. From my experience her support is exactly why we never even thought about moving away from this tool.

Whenever I run into issues, I really appreciate how Patty takes the time to guide me through each step with so much patience. Her calm, helpful approach honestly makes the whole experience much better for me and takes a lot of the stress out of troubleshooting.

loving the new work order system

Pros

new work order system this tool provided, is great. For our campus, the transition felt much more manageable thanks to the training Patricia Ramirez gave us. From my experience the setup process was easy because all we had to do was place the requested information into a spreadsheet and the data was uploaded into the maintenance work order system very quickly. After that, we were able to jump right in and start using the program without much trouble. I'm genuinely thankful to the whole team for making the rollout go so well.

helpful support and setup guidance

Pros

What stands out most for me is the support team especially Patty. Whenever I have a question or need help, I know I can rely on her to point me in the right direction and provide the support I need. From my experience it really helps to have your assets, services and miscellaneous items clearly organized before getting started. As we got more familiar with the platform, we realized we needed to regroup some of our services to take full advantage of all the tools available in the system. In my opinion, it is much better to walk through the setup process with an expert rather than assume it is easy enough to handle entirely on your own.

quick work order visibility

Pros

What I like most is that I can pull up work orders really quickly which helps me stay on top of our service schedule and make sure everything is happening on time.

Email alerts for overdue work orders are still missing and that's something I would find very useful.

clear layout and helpful training

Pros

I found the layout really simple to follow and easy to get into. From my experience most of what I needed was right there on the main page and the operations side could be handled from just two pages instead of making me click through layer after layer. That alone made the system feel much less frustrating to use. I also felt that our trainer made a big difference because she was patient, knowledgeable and very good at explaining things in a way that actually stuck with me.

Cons

For me the toughest part was still entering all the vendor and inventory information. Honestly that seems to be a challenge with every MMS I've used so I can't say this one is unique in that regard. Even so, I did think this system handled that process better than the other three I've worked with before. Still, it's the kind of task that takes a lot of time and effort and if I ever had to go through the setup again, I'd seriously consider paying the vendor to handle that part for me.

well-designed dashboard and reporting

Pros

What stood out to me right away was how thoughtfully the interface is laid out. The menus and tabs are organized in a really efficient way so I can get to what I need without wasting time digging around. I also really like the dashboard because it gives me a clear snapshot of the most important information and keeps high-priority items visible. On top of that, the progress reporting tools have been very useful for tracking updates and staying informed.

Cons

The option to choose the exact vendor used to exist and having that capability again would be something I'd personally appreciate.

user-friendly with excellent support

Pros

From my experience this has been a really impressive product. I found the interface very user friendly so getting around the system felt natural right away. What stood out even more to me was the customer service, because every interaction I had was helpful, responsive and pleasant. I also appreciated the excellent communication throughout which made me feel supported and confident using the product.

audit trail and history shine

Pros

What I like most about this tool is how user-friendly it feels while still fitting our company's needs really well. For me the audit trail stands out as the strongest feature because it makes it so much easier to track what has happened. I also appreciate being able to go back through the history and pull up older work orders to review what has already been completed which has been a big advantage for our team.

Cons

Printing a work order from my phone sometimes results in two pages instead of one which is something I've noticed during use.

bulletin board kept everyone informed

Pros

I used the bulletin board to post an urgent update and email all of my users as soon as we were given an airport evacuation order. From my experience it worked really well for getting the message out quickly and making sure everyone stayed informed during a critical situation.
