“reliable asset tracking
Pros
this tool gives me a trustworthy, well-organized view of all the assets and resources a company owns and the way everything is managed feels properly structured. What I also like is that it brings together the company's needs in one place which gives me a more complete solution and helps improve the overall efficiency of business operations.
Cons
From my experience the business asset valuation part feels a bit slow and not quite as refined as it should be. I'd really like to see more specific, strategic and concise valuation features added especially since those are the kinds of details business investors usually need.

Pros
The wide range of features impressed me, especially what you can do with asset entries. The software has always felt intuitive to me.
Cons
While using this software, I encountered a bug that prevented me from copying assets and their PM schedules, resulting in an error message. AMT support did address my issue and resolved it, but unfortunately, they didn't inform me when it was fixed. I had to find out on my own.

I really like that the NETfacilities team continually updates the platform based on customer feedback! This has kept me loyal to the platform year after year. Customer service is excellent, very intuitive, and they keep improving the ease of searching for information on my site.

What stood out to me most was the wide range of features available. I was genuinely impressed by how much I could do with the asset entries and that flexibility made the software feel very capable. From my experience the interface also felt simple so I was able to find my way around without much frustration.
Cons
One issue I ran into while using it was a bug that prevented me from copying assets along with their PM schedules and I kept getting an error message. In fairness, AMT support did pay attention to my request and eventually fixed the problem which I appreciated. What frustrated me though, was that I was never notified once it had been resolved so I ended up finding out on my own.

something that keeps me using this platform year after year is how consistently the team improves it based on customer feedback. I really appreciate that they actually listen to users and keep updating the tool in ways that matter. their customer service has also been outstanding. I find the platform very simple and it feels like they are always refining it so I can search my site and find the information I need even faster.
Cons
Honestly I have not come across much to dislike about this software. From where I stand, there really are not any major downsides worth pointing out.

software is very user-friendly from the start which made it simple for me to get comfortable using it in daily work. What really stands out to me though, is the customer support. In my experience it's honestly some of the best support I've received from any software company. They've been genuinely helpful, they clearly take support seriously and whenever I've reached out, I've gotten a response in a reasonable amount of time.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is more flexibility when it comes to customization. For my team, it would be really helpful to have more control over how data is displayed, how reports are set up and how the forms are designed for staff submitting work requests and related information.

This software is intuitive and even people without a facilities background can easily log in and create a work order. It's a budget-friendly option.
Cons
There should be better prompts to ensure that when certain trades are selected, an asset must be tagged before creating a work order. The mobile interface is costly and not very effective. This was the most affordable option, and it shows. Customizable reports are needed.

Finally, a place to organize all the parish and school assets. This system helps the staff remember to do PMs and seasonal tasks by organizing, tracking, and reminding us of the work.
Cons
Navigation is improving but remains somewhat awkward. I wish I could control the order and selection of fields across the top, such as prioritizing the work description over the work number.

the platform feels pretty user-friendly and even people with no background using this kind of tool can log in and create a work order without much trouble. I also found the pricing appealing since it works well if you are trying to stay within a budget and need a lower-cost service.
Cons
What stood out to me is that the system really needs better prompts in place. “all assets in one place
Pros
I finally have one place where I can store and organize all of our parish and school assets and that has made a big difference for me. Instead of staff trying to remember preventive maintenance and seasonal jobs on their own, I can rely on a system that sends reminders, keeps everything organized and tracks the work from start to finish. That alone has helped me feel much more in control of ongoing tasks.
Cons
From my experience the navigation has improved over time but it still feels a bit clunky in places. I'd really like more control over the fields shown across the top especially being able to choose both which ones appear and the order they appear in. For me the work number is not nearly as useful at a quick glance as the description of the work so I'd prefer to prioritize that instead.

I found the software easy to use and I can tailor it pretty well to match what the end users actually need. From my experience the programming side is flexible enough that I'm able to adjust it for specific user requirements without too much trouble.
Cons
What really holds it back for me is the instability. I keep seeing the program crash and log users out and that still happens even after I've cleared the cache and switched browsers.

it is very user-friendly and it lets me create new work orders without any hassle. From my experience the overall workflow feels easy which makes day-to-day use much more convenient.
Cons
there should be better clarity around certain report types, because that part can be a bit confusing when I need specific information. I've also noticed that deleting users who are no longer with the company becomes difficult if they still have open work orders tied to their account.
