Pros

The wide range of features impressed me, especially what you can do with asset entries. The software has always felt intuitive to me.

Cons

While using this software, I encountered a bug that prevented me from copying assets and their PM schedules, resulting in an error message. AMT support did address my issue and resolved it, but unfortunately, they didn't inform me when it was fixed. I had to find out on my own.

I really like that the NETfacilities team continually updates the platform based on customer feedback! This has kept me loyal to the platform year after year. Customer service is excellent, very intuitive, and they keep improving the ease of searching for information on my site.

Honestly, there's not much about this software that I dislike.

The software is highly intuitive. Their customer support is outstanding - they are helpful, take support seriously, and respond promptly.

I'd like more customization options for viewing data, generating reports, and in the forms our staff use to submit work requests.

Pros

This software is intuitive and even people without a facilities background can easily log in and create a work order. It's a budget-friendly option.

Cons

There should be better prompts to ensure that when certain trades are selected, an asset must be tagged before creating a work order. The mobile interface is costly and not very effective. This was the most affordable option, and it shows. Customizable reports are needed.

Pros

Finally, a place to organize all the parish and school assets. This system helps the staff remember to do PMs and seasonal tasks by organizing, tracking, and reminding us of the work.

Cons

Navigation is improving but remains somewhat awkward. I wish I could control the order and selection of fields across the top, such as prioritizing the work description over the work number.

System Is Unstable

Pros

The software is simple to use and can be tailored specifically to the end users' needs.

Cons

The software is unstable, frequently crashing and logging users out despite clearing the cache and switching browsers. It continues to provide intermittent, unreliable service.

It's easy to use and to create new work orders.

Cons

It's not clear how to generate specific types of reports, and it's difficult to delete users who have open work orders but are no longer with the company.

This software makes our work much simpler for both the person inputting the work order and the employee performing the work.

For a small company, the annual renewal cost can be off-putting. A scaled pricing model would be easier to manage.

It's easy for me to use, and I haven't received any complaints from users who use it more frequently, like our Airport Operations Center that runs 24/7.

Cons

I dislike how NetFacilities intermittently logs off automatically, making it hard to replicate and resolve the issue promptly.
