pm automation that really helps

Pros

What I've appreciated most is how preventive maintenance is built right into the regular breakdown work order process so everything feels more connected in day-to-day use. I also like the autopilot feature because it takes some of the manual effort off my plate and helps keep tasks moving without constant follow-up.

Cons

A proper budget module is something I still feel the system needs for my workflow.

tough inventory and confusing reports

Pros

From my experience the software is technically powerful and feels great on the backend which gave me some confidence in its core capabilities.

Cons

In actual day-to-day use, I found it difficult to work with especially when trying to add new parts or enter inventory. What frustrated me most was how tough those basic tasks felt and the reports only added to the problem because they were complicated and made it hard for me to find the information I actually needed.

reliable uptime and clean layout

Pros

I've had a consistently reliable experience with this software when it comes to uptime and overall performance. From my side, the interface looks clean, visually simple and easy to move through which makes day-to-day use feel more comfortable.

Cons

What I've struggled with is the lack of customization, because it limits how much I can tailor the system to my needs. In my experience there are also too many steps in certain workflows and that can be confusing for new users and ends up requiring a fair amount of training. Another drawback I've noticed is the inability to upload data or handle batch edits which makes some tasks more time-consuming than they should be.

detailed tracking everyone loves

Pros

What stood out to me right away was how detailed and user-friendly this system is. I can keep track of practically anything from anywhere and being able to view the full repair history for each individual item has been incredibly valuable. One of the biggest advantages for me was the hands-on support from actual people which made a huge difference while getting everything launched and running properly. My employees enjoy using it, my vendors are happy with it and even my accounts payable team has had a positive experience. Honestly I have so many good things to say about it.

Cons

From my experience there really are no major downsides to this system. The initial setup can feel a bit challenging at first but there is a tremendous amount of support available to help through that process. What I really appreciated was that much of the setup work was handled by the tool's staff for me which took a lot of pressure off and made implementation far more manageable.

helpful training and support

Pros

feature I really like is the training along with the help desk support. I've found both to be really useful and they've made it much easier for me to understand the system and get answers when I need them.

Cons

we lose the data on work orders that become overdue. In my experience that can be frustrating because it affects how reliably I can track late WO information.

Whenever I've needed help, I've never run into any issues getting support. I've always found the team friendly and my concerns have been handled quickly whenever anything came up.

flexible for many needs

Pros

What I like most about this tool is its flexibility. In my experience it adapts well to different needs and gives me room to work the way I prefer which makes using it feel more practical and user-friendly.

Cons

One area that still stands out to me is reporting. I've found that the reporting side could be stronger and I would personally appreciate more depth and better functionality there.

mobile-friendly work order boost

Pros

this tool can feel a bit hit-or-miss in the beginning and it is not completely customizable but it performs really well for most day-to-day needs. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants detailed insight into their work orders and reporting. What I like is that the system has a lot of different functions that actually apply to real workflows and help improve how the team operates. One of the strongest features for me is that it is mobile friendly which is a huge advantage for employees who rely on their cell phones since work orders are sent directly to them around the clock. The reporting side seemed a little quirky when I first started using it but once I got familiar with it, I found it easy to navigate and I appreciated being able to export results in multiple formats like Excel and PDF. In my use, support has also been great, with response times being reasonable and the team doing a good job of keeping me updated on the status of any issue being worked on. Overall I feel it is a worthwhile program that deserves the time and cost involved especially if the goal is to help staff respond faster and run a more effective department.

Cons

Personally, I have not run into any major downsides worth calling out.

simple interface and handy templates

Pros

I found the interface very easy and user-friendly which made it comfortable for me to work in the system. What I also liked was having multiple templates available for bulk data uploads since that gave me more flexibility and saved me time when handling larger sets of information.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is a model built around concurrent user access, because that would make the platform more practical for teams working at the same time.

fast, secure metrics platform

Pros

What stood out to me most was the combination of detailed metrics, strong performance and great security. I've had a really positive experience with how quickly the software responds and I also appreciate feeling confident about the protection it provides.

Cons

From my perspective, the main downside is the price since it feels a bit expensive compared with some other options.

fast setup for work orders

Pros

From my experience getting this tool up and running was easy and I was able to start creating work orders without any hassle. I liked that the setup process did not take much time so I could begin using the system right away.

Cons

In my use of the software, reporting has been the weaker area for me. I feel like the reporting side could be improved to provide more useful insights and a better overall experience.

responsive support and better work orders

Pros

it is great that how quickly the support team responds whenever I report a glitch. From what I've seen so far, most of the issues I've pointed out have already been corrected which gives me a lot of confidence in the product. I'm also really pleased with the added flexibility to edit a work order after it has already been created, because that makes day-to-day use a lot more practical for me. Another update I've genuinely appreciated is the larger font size which has made the interface much more comfortable to read. At times, I accidentally trigger the Action field when I'm only trying to preview the Work Order number in the Overview and the slower loading on new screens can definitely be frustrating but I understand the team is actively working on that. As with any new system, I know it takes a bit of time to get used to the navigation and I honestly feel my team will adapt within a week once the new version is fully live and end up being just as satisfied with it as I am. I'd also love full access to the complete Help manual since that would let me solve more things on my own instead of reaching out to support so often.

Cons

wouldn't say I have any major cons to call out. Most of the small issues I've noticed have either already been fixed or are being worked on by the support team so nothing feels like a serious drawback right now.

powerful cmms with standout support

Pros

Lately, I've been rolling out a domain for Transwestern in my region using this tool so we can standardize our CMMS-related operations and it has given me exactly the kind of regional visibility and reporting I was hoping for. From the start, I found the platform surprisingly simple, highly flexible and really convenient since it works both on the web and on mobile. What first grabbed my attention was how much capability and customization it offered. Over the course of my career, I've worked with a lot of different CMMS systems and after a business partner introduced me to this tool, I immediately saw how much potential it had to support my vision for standardization and give me a broader regional view of operations. Just as importantly, it let us take control of managing our own system instead of paying a large monthly fee to have someone else handle it. Once I connected with the team behind this tool, I was honestly impressed by how approachable, knowledgeable and understanding they were about CMMS workflows and operations. When I shared what I wanted to accomplish, they were able to map out a path to get there without overcomplicating anything and they did it within a budget that made sense. Because of that, all of my properties are now able to have a CMMS in place. For me the real hidden gem has been the support team. Not once have I called and failed to reach an actual person. I haven't dealt with voicemail loops, phone tag, or vague promises that someone would get back to me later. Instead, I've consistently reached a friendly and informed group of people who genuinely want to help. I'll admit I can be a demanding user, because when I get access to a tool this powerful, I tend to push it as far as I possibly can. Even so, the support team has always been willing to work with me and help me maximize what the system can do. I've especially appreciated working with Jessica. In my experience she has been incredibly patient, she listens carefully to what I'm trying to accomplish and then she stays with me through the process until I can make it work myself. She could absolutely just do it for me and move on but instead she helps me learn by having me go through it hands-on and that has made a huge difference in how well I understand the system. If someone asked me for a recommendation on a CMMS that is powerful, flexible, simple and backed by a support team that can help bring big ideas to life, I'd absolutely tell them to check out this product.

fantastic support and guidance

Pros

The software has been really impressive for me and the support behind it has been even more valuable. I've been working closely with Tony Gravett and he is always available whenever I need help. From my experience Tony explains everything in a clear step-by-step way which has helped me learn the system with a lot more confidence. What stands out most to me is how patient and detail-oriented he is throughout the process. In my opinion, Tony is a huge asset to this tool and makes the overall experience even better.

Pros

time-saving features and helpful reps

Pros

What I appreciate most is being able to cut and paste repetitive items which saves me a lot of time during the day. I also like that when I run into a question or have trouble with a feature, I can count on the reps to respond quickly and help me out in a timely way.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is the option to select more than one assignee at the same time. I'd also prefer a better flow between pages when I'm creating or editing a work order, because that part could feel more convenient.

support team goes above and beyond

Pros

Okay so..... I've been using this software for about five months now and recently I started introducing it to other departments with basic user roles so they can make use of the work order request form. Up to this point, I've found the system fairly easy to work with. Whenever I've needed to contact customer service, Tony has been outstanding. He not only helps me quickly and efficiently but he also follows up with an email that recaps our conversation and includes written instructions as an attachment so I can refer back to them later. To me, that really feels like service that goes above and beyond. On the occasions when Tony hasn't been available, I've still been taken care of because Selina is always kind, approachable and ready to help. Even though I have the full admin instructions on hand, I know from experience that when I'm buried in paperwork and trying to get through a busy day, having a real person on the other end of the phone to answer a quick question is often much more helpful than digging through a manual. For that reason, I genuinely want to thank the team because their support has made a real difference in my experience with the software.

Cons

At this point, I honestly don't have any real complaints to mention.

simple web-based platform

Pros

What I like most is that it's web-based so I can access it conveniently and the interface feels very simple. From my experience it's simple to move around the system and find what I need without any hassle. I've also been really impressed with the support, because whenever I needed help, the team was there and very responsive.

Cons

my only real complaint is that we didn't discover it sooner. From what I've seen, the staff especially Tony and Greg, have been incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our specific needs. I felt like the whole team went above and beyond for us and I'm genuinely thankful for both the product and the overall experience.
