“work orders feel effortless
Pros
What I like most is how easy this software is to use. It has really made our day-to-day work much more manageable, both for the person entering the work order and for the employee actually completing the job. From my experience it helps the whole process feel more efficient and less complicated.
Cons
Since my use of the software has been fairly limited so far, I honestly have not run into any issues or complaints worth mentioning.

“flexible websites that fit us
Pros
this tool is simple to use while still giving me the flexibility to build each site around our specific needs. I can shape things the way our team wants instead of forcing our process into a limited setup and that has made the experience much more satisfying for me.
Cons
One thing that gives me pause is the annual renewal price especially for a company with a small number of employees like ours. From my perspective, it would feel much more reasonable if there were a scaled pricing model, because that would make the cost a lot easier for me to justify year after year.

“reliable for round-the-clock use
Pros
this software easy to work with and honestly I haven't had any real issues with it. From what I hear, the users who spend much more time in it than I do especially our Airport Operations Center team that runs 24/7, have not raised any major complaints either.
Cons
the system logs me out automatically from time to time. Because it happens so intermittently, I find it difficult to reproduce the problem quickly enough which makes troubleshooting and resolving it more frustrating.

“less paperwork & better tracking
Pros
Using this software has really reduced the amount of paperwork I used to deal with and I now have a much clearer electronic trail for tracking everything. From my experience it has made recordkeeping feel more organized and a lot more manageable than before.
Cons
At times, I've noticed the system freeze but I can understand that happening with newer software. In my view, it's a minor issue that comes with the adjustment period and doesn't take away too much from the overall experience.

“accessible and user-friendly platform
Pros
What I like most is how user-friendly the software feels in everyday use. I can get into it from practically anywhere instead of being tied to the office and that flexibility has been really valuable for me.
Cons
The main drawback for me is the price that comes with it. If the cost were a bit lower, I'd find it even more appealing and easier to justify.

“asset tracking and maintenance win
Pros
keeping track of our assets is much more manageable with this software. From my experience the preventive maintenance scheduling really stands out and has been one of the best parts of using it.
Cons
One thing that has frustrated me though, is how long it can take when moving from one screen to another. In my use, those delays between screen changes can slow things down more than I'd like.

Pros
NetFacilities has a very intuitive interface that allows our clients to request building services or report maintenance issues effortlessly. It also has numerous tools to help our team manage and plan repairs, ensuring that requests are not overlooked.
Cons
I wish there were more options to customize reports. The ability to generate tailored reports would significantly enhance this software.

“simple requests and repair tracking
Pros
What I like most about this tool is how simple the interface feels. Our clients can quickly submit building service requests or report maintenance problems without any confusion which has made the whole process much more user-friendly for us. I've also found that it comes with a great range of tools that help our team organize repairs, plan work more effectively and stay on top of every request so nothing gets overlooked.
Cons
there should be more flexibility around reporting. From my experience having the option to customize reports in more detail would make the software even more valuable. I feel like tailored reporting features could really take it to the next level.

“helpful employee tracking and mixed performance

this tool is very user-friendly overall and training new users on it doesn't take much time. What stood out to me is that, while a lot of CMMS options are available in the market, many of them don't really offer a great way to keep track of employees. With this tool, I'm able to handle that much better. Another thing I appreciate is that it includes some reporting features that feel different from what I've seen in similar systems which adds extra value for me.
Cons
this tool does offer a mobile app but its functionality just doesn't feel worth the price. At times, I've also noticed the software can be slow when loading different items which gets frustrating during the workday. After using it continuously for a while, the system doesn't seem to perform very well either. Even though I felt it was fairly simple to learn in the beginning, I still ran into moments where actually using it became harder than expected.

I like the software's flexibility for our Facilities Department. We can track many different areas, workloads, and it provides great accountability for employees, tenants, and vendors.
Cons
I don't like that the software can't handle electronic signatures for key receipts and other important documents. Additionally, the mobile app doesn't allow sending out news, events, or important updates to keep everyone informed.

“flexible tracking with strong accountability
Pros
this software is very flexible for our department. I'm able to monitor several different parts of our operations, including workloads and other day-to-day responsibilities, without feeling boxed into one limited process. The system also gives me a great way to keep employees, tenants and vendors accountable which has been really valuable for staying organized and keeping visibility across the department.
Cons
system still does not support electronic signatures for key receipt forms and other important documents that need to be signed. I'm also not happy with the mobile app because I can't send news, event notices, or other important updates through the system to keep management and users informed. For me that limits communication more than it should.

Pros
I'm fascinated by its flexibility and ease of use, as it doesn't require much training to get accustomed to the system. It's very easy to manage work orders, assets, and inventory.
Cons
Not much to criticize. I'd like more improvements and customization options to meet specific needs. I recommend this product. Try it, and you won't regret it.

What stands out to me most is how flexible and user-friendly this software feels. I didn't need much training to get used to the system which made the onboarding process feel very natural. From my experience managing work orders, assets and inventory is very easy and I've been genuinely impressed by how quickly I could start using it confidently.
Cons
don't have many complaints about it. From what I've seen, there's still room for a few improvements especially when it comes to adding more customization options for specific business needs. Even so, I'd still recommend this product without hesitation because my overall experience with it has been very positive and I feel most users would be happy they gave it a try.

“user-friendly for work orders
Pros
I was able to understand it right away without dealing with anything overly complicated. I really love using it for all of my work orders and from my experience, pretty much anyone could pick it up quickly and start working in it without much trouble.
Cons
nothing negative to say, aside from the fact that closing a work order is sometimes handled differently than the others. In those cases, I just have to pay a little closer attention and check which work order falls under which criteria so I can finish the process correctly.

I like that it gives me a practical way to submit our work orders, make edits when needed and keep all the communication and discussion around the W.O.'s in one place. From my experience that makes it much easier for me to stay updated and coordinate with others without having to jump between different tools.
Cons
One thing I do feel is missing though, is a vehicle booking system. In my case, having that included would make the platform more complete, because I still have to rely on another method to handle vehicle scheduling.
