NetFacilities is a useful tool for work orders, inventory, and preventive maintenance.
Cons
Our IT department set up the infrastructure without input from the Maintenance department. Now that we outsource IT, no one here knows how to update or modernize the program to keep up with building changes.

Cons

Pros
The greatest benefit of this program is its simplicity. It simplifies training for both our maintenance and regular staff who submit work requests. When we encounter uncertainties, Net Facilities support is always just a quick call away.
Cons
The trickiest part was setting up the chargeback area. We needed a "cost centre" attached and used "class" for this, which works adequately.
