Good tool

Pros

NetFacilities is a useful tool for work orders, inventory, and preventive maintenance.

Cons

Our IT department set up the infrastructure without input from the Maintenance department. Now that we outsource IT, no one here knows how to update or modernize the program to keep up with building changes.

A powerful toll for facilities management

Pros

I enjoy the detailed tagging of equipment and the location of issues. It makes it easy to pinpoint exactly where the problems are.

Cons

The interface is a bit cumbersome. I'm not sure how to improve it, but graphical tweaks, such as better tooltips when hovering over items, could help.

Netfacilities review

Pros

As an administrator for NF at our facility, I like how easily I can change passwords and oversee my team's activities at a glance. Being able to discuss issues directly within the ticketing system is fantastic.

Outstanding support and product!

Pros

The greatest benefit of this program is its simplicity. It simplifies training for both our maintenance and regular staff who submit work requests. When we encounter uncertainties, Net Facilities support is always just a quick call away.

Cons

The trickiest part was setting up the chargeback area. We needed a "cost centre" attached and used "class" for this, which works adequately.

My experience....

Pros

I like the convenience of being able to log on to NetFacilities and swiftly place a work order for urgent matters at my site. All necessary information is included in the order, saving me additional effort. Plus, it's easy to access completed work records, which is valuable for audits.

Cons

I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this software. It's very simple to use.
