This software is incredibly easy to use and navigate. Very simple to show older, less tech-savvy employees how to use and understand it.

The software doesn't offer many options for displaying the dashboard. I'd like more options, like displaying only one location when used for multiple sites.

Most things work well; I have listed a few suggestions below that would help our business.

When navigating the website, if you're on page 5 and click on a work order, then go back, it takes you to page 1 instead of where you were. Also, if you sort by date and click on a work order, it resets the sort order. You get notified when a work order is completed, which is good, but it would also be beneficial to get notifications for any modifications, like "assigned to" or added notes. It would be useful to include other people's emails to receive these updates.

Functionality: It has all the essential features for maintaining a small or medium company. Mobility: A phone is almost always with you, making it the most convenient way to report or view breakdown descriptions. You can also attach photos to issue descriptions.

Cons

There are a few software bugs. One of the greatest strengths of SS-CMMS is its mobility, so I wish the mobile interface were more touch-friendly, with better button sizes and placements.

There are several reasons I enjoy using this software. It's very easy to navigate and use. I like all the features and the ability to add notes to work orders. The PM calendar feature helps me plan my week better. The support is amazing! I thought I lost two years of data by mistake, but they quickly recovered it and got me back up and running.

Not really a drawback, but I'd love a feature to view equipment information directly from an open work order.

SS-CMMS fits our needs perfectly. It offers work order generation and tracking, parts management, scheduled maintenance, and budgeting. Being cloud-based means we don't have to constantly load software. We use it to track work and update project statuses, and it's very easy to pull reports for metrics and weekly updates.

Cons

The main issue with the software is specific to my situation. I was leading the Facilities team and loved it, but after moving to a new role in Equipment Maintenance, I can't use it as my platform because it merges files using company email addresses. We'd prefer it to be usable by multiple departments without overlap. Hopefully, this will be addressed in a future update.

The price is exceptional for a basic method of tracking work orders and inventory.

I might have given it five stars if it had a couple more features. One important feature would be the ability to add parts from inventory to a work order using a barcode. I wish I could scan a barcode to pull up the part on the work order.

PMs repeat multiple times in work orders. You can't delete multiple lines at once, and it doesn't allow adding necessary columns in reports. Graphics could be better.

I wish it would stay on the site you're using until you're done navigating. Since the update a year ago, you have to wait for it to reach 100% between screens, which is time-consuming. Sometimes it gets stuck in the 90s. Not everyone has high-speed internet, especially in rural Virginia where our sites are located.

I like that you can have an unlimited number of users for the same price, and it's very easy to learn. It also comes with an app.

It's not as sophisticated as other software programs with more features. You can't create barcode labels, and the reports are plain.
