Having everything in one organized place with SS-CMMS has been a big help for me. It keeps my maintenance work from feeling all over the place. The job tracking, equipment records and scheduled upkeep features help me stay on top of things and reduce a lot of the hands-on admin work I used to do. The layout also makes sense to me so using it day to day feels pretty comfortable for both managers and techs.
Cons
Advanced setup options have felt a bit limited, mainly around reports and workflow automation. Sometimes the system feels a little sluggish and I'd really like to see more outside app connections. Better dashboards and more flexible filter choices would also help me dig into the data in a more useful way.
