“clear asset management setup”

Pros

It is very easy to manage inventory and assets in my experience because everything is centralized and clearly laid out. I also like that you can create another asset storage location from almost any existing asset which makes the whole system feel very flexible. The warehouse feature is well organized and I've found the automatic notifications for consumables simple to use and genuinely helpful.

Cons

Structural changes in the software could be communicated better for regular users especially when it comes to how tickets and deadlines are handled.

Pros

Working with this solution has been a real pleasure in my experience. It feels modern, basic and simple to use. I also find browser-based access a big advantage compared with a client-based application, since it allows use from any location without being tied to one site.

Cons

During the first few months of using it, the UI changed quite significantly. Just when you had gotten used to one layout, a few weeks later it looked completely different again. That said, the benefit of those changes and the improvements were noticeable, so it mostly just required a short adjustment period. The new UI kept getting refined over time.

We chose it because the solution impressed us in several ways in my experience. I find the inventory management clear, easy and time-saving in day-to-day work. The handover and return process is especially useful, as I find it well structured and simple. I also want to highlight the support which I've experienced as friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. Overall, I see it as a practical and dependable solution that meets our requirements.

Cons

Up to now, we haven't noticed any drawbacks, it's meeting our needs completely.

The platform feels very customer-focused and process-oriented in my view. I also find it makes it simple and clear to access large organizational units without things getting confusing.

Cons

There have been a lot of new changes introduced within just a few months. That can be challenging for long-time users who came into IT under a very different setup.

Pros

Managing the company's equipment feels much more collaborative in my experience with this tool. I can always see exactly what items someone has and where a specific object is located. I also find the history by person and by item very useful. Being able to log in through the web from any platform, whether Android, PC, or Mac, makes it even more convenient. On top of that, I've found the support team extremely responsive.

Cons

Haven't had any usage issues. All of the teams got comfortable with the tool very quickly because it's very simple.

Simplicity of the system is what stands out most in my experience. Whenever something comes up, I can reach out and I always get a solution.

Cons

It's a pity there still isn't an app in the App Store yet, although we're confident that will come. The bookmark on the home screen also hasn't made everyone happy.

Pros

Interface feels simple in my experience and I find the multilingual support a big plus. Search and filter functions can be customized really well and the inventory management is thoughtfully done. I also like that items can be assigned to both people and locations. Maintenance schedules, deadlines and expiry notifications help keep everything on track, while data import and export work reliably. The role-based access system is another valuable feature for managing permissions.

Cons

It offers a lot but the pricing is definitely on the expensive side.

Having all my assets managed in one place is, in my experience, the most convenient way to handle everything especially when I want it properly organized.

Even people with little to no digital experience can start working independently in the system after only a short introduction in my experience because the interface is very simple. On top of that, I find the customization options give process owners plenty of room to adapt the system closely to their needs.

Only minor things stand out, such as non-critical bugs or small missing details in certain functions here and there and those are usually fixed or added back in at a remarkably fast pace.

Creating and duplicating assets is very easy in my experience. I find assigning QR codes works without any hassle. It also gives the option to build custom tables and I find the search fast and self-explanatory. Multi-client support is another big plus.

Cons

After updates, it's often necessary to spend some time getting familiar with the layout again.

Using it feels very easy for me and since it's a SaaS solution, there's nothing to install.

From an IT standpoint, I find this a very great tool to use and configure. It provides plenty of logging and debugging detail and I can clearly track user provisioning and deprovisioning. I found setting up SSO easy and with the level of logging available, it's always clear what's happening in the system. The guides are up to date and the supported integration platforms are also easy to work with. Overall, I see it as a strong product and would definitely recommend it.

Cons

I haven't run into any issues with the tool or with the Timely team. My experience has been entirely positive.

The platform feels simple to use in my experience and I find it can be tailored quite flexibly to specific needs. Because of that, I see it as capable of covering almost any use case.

Cons

Since it's still a fairly young product, there are some growing pains, including a few annoying bugs. It's also worth knowing as a customer that, depending on your requirements, you may need additional paid features. That approach does make sense in principle, you only pay for what you actually want, but it can still get more expensive if you need more functionality.

It's a very dynamic platform in my experience, backed by a friendly team with quick and continuous development.

Cons

The team is currently working on a solution so we can map the electrical inspections in the system. It could be moving faster but progress is being made and we seem to be very close to having a working solution.

Even without being very tech-savvy, this software was really simple to understand. I also like that I can choose exactly what I want to see from the lists myself. Creating or adding something is very easy and being able to scan everything with a phone or tablet is a big advantage too. For construction site work, it fits perfectly.

Cons

One thing that bothers me is the search function with product numbers. If I assign a specific number to a product, I can't type that exact number into the search bar and get only the products marked with it. Instead, it shows every product that contains that number somewhere in it, for example when I search for 2.

“Flexible setup experience”

Pros

Thanks to the easy setup, I've found the inventory can be customized exactly the way I want. Even when something goes wrong, I've experienced the support team as excellent, responding quickly and usually having a solution ready right away.

Cons

Search function in the inventory overview still needs work. When you search for the inventory number 6, the program shows every entry that contains a 6, such as 26, 46 and so on.

“Efficient resource tracking software”

Pros

This has been an absolute game changer for us. The interface feels very simple and the wide range of features makes managing resources, inventory and processes incredibly efficient and easy. On top of that, the customer support is excellent and always available whenever help is needed. I'd recommend it 100%.

Cons

For our particular use case, we haven't come across any drawbacks.
