The clear overview of all items, the simple day-to-day use and the automation of maintenance processes make this software really convenient to work with, among many other useful features in my experience.

Cons

At the moment, there's honestly nothing to complain about. Whenever something comes up, the support team is very committed and ready to help.

Pros

A wide range of features in this software has made managing our inventory much more efficient overall in my experience. I also find the notification function helpful because it keeps the team up to date on changes and upcoming tasks which improves coordination. On top of that, I've found the customer support outstanding.

Cons

Options for distinguishing between similar assets could be improved a bit, so it's easier to tell them apart more clearly.

Shared items used by the team can be planned and managed really well in my view. I've found organizing everything across the whole year has become much more easy.

An iOS app would make scanning, assigning and handling returns much more convenient.

Pros

After a year of using it, it's clear that this has become an indispensable tool for managing our equipment and devices. The centralized overview is excellent and the mobile access works really well. We're extremely pleased to have come across this software.

Pros

Thanks to the detailed overview and user-friendly interface, I've found we can manage inventory much more efficiently and quickly. The reminder feature for maintenance and other checks, along with the option to upload inspection documents directly, has also made workflows much easier in my experience.

Cons

There's hardly anything to complain about, although a feature that could predict maintenance needs based on usage data would be extremely useful.

Pros

Now we have a clear overview of all the items we own and can manage them without any hassle. Taking equipment in and out is recorded easily through check-in/check-out and tracking damage or defects has also become very easy with it.

Cons

Up to now, there's really been nothing to complain about. Even small bugs get resolved by the support team right away which is genuinely impressive.

The way the inventory can be organized into different structures is very flexible and can be adapted really well to our needs.

There are still a few software bugs present. Every now and then, when assigning objects, they end up being assigned to people who are not even part of the company.

“Standard advanced tool”

Right from the start, we were impressed by how clear and user-friendly the software is. It covers all of our requirements and still remains very simple to use. We looked at other software solutions as well but they were much more complicated and, above all, lacked many of the features that come standard with this one. We're genuinely thrilled with it and very thankful to the entire team behind the software!

Cons

This software fits our needs perfectly and up to now we haven't noticed any drawbacks at all.

“Stable everyday reliable system”

Pros

With it, we always have a clear overview of our assets. When it comes time for the annual financial statements, we know exactly which assets we have. In day-to-day use, we also really appreciate how simple the software is to work with and we haven't had a single error or any service downtime. It's extremely reliable which honestly can't be said about every other provider. Another big advantage for us is how easily items can be assigned to a property, a vehicle and/or an employee. It fits our needs perfectly!

Cons

Everything is going very well at the moment and we honestly don't have a single suggestion for improvement.

From my experience, the remote audit feature has been especially useful, as it saves a lot of time when I need to get started with it.

Cons

Nothing major comes to mind. Even when small bugs show up, they get resolved within a reasonable amount of time.

“Fast responsive asset management”

Pros

After switching from Hilti OnTrack to it, the difference has been huge. For the first time, I can actually get in touch with someone from the provider when I need help. The support is absolutely amazing and I get a response right away. With Hilti, I either heard nothing at all or had to wait what felt like forever. Checkouts in it now take just seconds, whereas before I had to put everything into a cart first and that honestly wasted several minutes every time. We also added our vehicles into it which has been really useful. On top of that, consumables are finally being tracked properly for us thanks to this software

Cons

Really can't point to any major flaws. The only downside is that I can't use it without an internet connection yet. I've heard there should be a solution for that soon, so I'm curious to see how it turns out.

Keeping track of our company assets has become much more transparent with Timely's inventory management. We can see exactly where devices are located and what needs maintenance at any time. After a short introduction, the team was able to start using it right away and by now the software is fully established across the whole company. People genuinely enjoy working with Timely. Another big plus is that all functions are also available on the go via tablet and smartphone. It has really become an essential tool for us.

Cons

A while back, we did run into some issues with loading times. Since the hosting was changed, though, that problem has been resolved and is no longer an issue.

“Mobile construction material tracking”

Pros

One of the best things for us is that everyone on the team can be involved when it comes to materials. Each employee is responsible for their own stock and can request and document materials through it in a very simple, easy way. It works really well and on construction sites people can access the data on the spot and record material exchanges right there. It's uncomplicated, mobile and quick to put into use. Really excellent.

Cons

We're completely satisfied overall, so we don't have any negative comments to add.

What really works well for us is how easy and uncomplicated the inventory process is to carry out. A big reason we chose it was the ability to run remote audits without employees having to come into the office. On top of that, the interface is kept very clear and simple, so it's easy to find your way around right away.

“Clear inventory visibility control”

Pros

Right away, I found this system gave us incredibly clear visibility into our inventory. Every detail I need to track is easy to access, from location and status to maintenance schedules and more. We've since trained the whole team on it and I've seen the response be overwhelmingly positive. At this point, it's become the system we rely on for our day-to-day inventory workflow and I've found the support team outstanding throughout.

Cons

At first, a few areas of the software were a bit slow to load, although most of those performance issues have been resolved over time. I'd also love to see additional integrations added in the future.

“excel chaos finally gone!!”

Pros

At this point, the software has completely replaced our Excel sheets, folders and even the homemade tools we used before. That's been incredibly practical for us especially since it can be used from any phone, tablet, or PC. We were also able to have our Excel lists imported by the IT team which made the switch much easier.

Cons

Nothing to complain about yet. If we come across anything, we'll mention it here.

Creating QR codes, assigning them and managing asset assignments to a user or location all work really well in my experience.

Cons

The downside is that it can be slow to respond when changes are made while applying filters.

“Flexible workshop management experience”

From my perspective, both technical staff and commercial employees find using it easy. I've seen that keeping the data up to date takes very little effort and the software is flexible enough for different use cases. In the workshop, it gives me a very clear overview of machines, maintenance and repairs. Scheduling feels simple and I find the training management especially convenient, with really effective reminders.

Cons

Overall, we are completely satisfied with the software. Any functions we were missing were developed within just a few weeks or are currently already in development.

Getting reminded about maintenance well in advance has been really useful in my experience and I also find that being able to store the related files right there is a big plus.

Cons

One issue is that every employee who adds something tends to follow their own idea of how things should be structured, so the result can be a mix of different structures. Some guidance here would definitely help. It's also inconvenient that you can't create a regular object directly inside a container object and have to create it first before assigning it.

Booking has been incredibly fast and hassle-free in my experience which has really increased acceptance across the company. The service has consistently been quick and reliable and I've found that any feedback was always welcomed and appreciated.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind here. Every issue that came up was resolved.
