This software has exceeded my expectations in many ways in my experience. What really stands out to me is how organized and clear our medical device management has become. All important information, from master device data and locations to maintenance deadlines and training records, is stored centrally and can be accessed at any time. That has saved a huge amount of time and given us a level of transparency we simply did not have before. A major benefit I've seen is the automatic deadline tracking. Maintenance and inspections are monitored reliably, so no appointments get missed anymore. That gives me a strong sense of security especially when it comes to audits and legal requirements. In day-to-day work, I find QR code access especially helpful because device information is available on site without having to search for it. The defect reporting feature is another real plus, my colleagues can report issues quickly and without complications which lowers the barrier to speaking up. At the same time, I receive all the relevant information in one place and can react immediately. On top of that, I've noticed the software has clearly improved teamwork. Responsibilities are easier to track, information no longer gets lost and everyone works from the same up-to-date status. Overall, it has noticeably modernized and digitized our processes, making them not only more efficient but also much safer. For me, it has become an indispensable tool that makes everyday work easier while ensuring a high level of structure and quality in medical device management.

Cons

Honestly, it is difficult to point to any real weaknesses because I am very satisfied overall and the software makes my daily work noticeably easier. If I could wish for one further improvement, it would be even better support for managing and documenting emergency kits and first-aid boxes. It would help if inspections in this area could be mapped in a more structured, simple and possibly more standardized way, for example through specially tailored checklists or simplified inspection workflows. That would make handling these important areas even easier and add extra safety and efficiency to everyday work.

This is an outstanding software solution for inventory and asset management in my view. I find the interface simple and clearly laid out, so it's very easy to find your way around without needing much time to learn it. What impressed me most is the complete overview of all company assets, along with the convenient management through QR codes and a smartphone. Maintenance workflows can be automated which saves a huge amount of time in day-to-day work. Customer support is friendly, knowledgeable and always quick to respond. Absolutely recommended.

Cons

At this point, there's really nothing to criticize. The software fully meets all requirements and the support team handles every issue quickly and reliably.

Right from the start, I've found the cloud-based setup and user-friendly interface make the platform very clear and simple to use. The onboarding during rollout and integration is also very thorough, with all features explained in detail and any open questions answered along the way. A wide range of assets can be organized in a structured, easy-to-follow way and linked directly to tickets whenever needed. When handing out assets to employees, signatures confirming receipt can be collected either immediately or later by email. That makes the location and full history of every asset completely traceable at any time. On top of that, I've found the support team responds very quickly and is consistently reliable when it comes to individual requests.

Cons

The only real issue at the moment is the app version (as of 04/26 on iOS) which still has a few minor design quirks. For example, the camera scan button which is a key function, feels a bit too small and there are occasional overlaps in how text fields are displayed. That said, the team is clearly receptive to feedback and is most likely already working on improving these points.

There are an incredible number of possibilities in this system in my experience and it can be adapted really well to almost any business. From appointments and tickets to criteria, training features and customizable user management, Timmy helps organize complex processes and saves a lot of work.

Cons

It would be helpful to have a menu where user access permissions could be configured independently which would also take some pressure off customer support.

Using it is very practical, quick and simple in my experience. There's no need for extra accessories to scan items since a phone is enough and each product sheet also includes a photo of the item.

Like with any inventory management software, you still have to enter all of the products, although the process is fairly simple and quick.

The software works really well for tool management in my experience. I also find it very useful that tools can be assigned to individual employees for day-to-day work. On top of that, there is a built-in ticketing system which adds even more value.

Every employee needs a short introduction or training before using it. The program itself is very simple and it also requires an internet connection since it runs in the cloud.

It's really useful for seeing how equipment is distributed across different job sites in my experience. I also find that the software lets us create a large number of items, users and resources which makes it very flexible for managing everything in one place.

Cons

The biggest drawback doesn't really come from the software itself but from how disciplined the users are and how comfortable they are with using computers.

Using it feels very simple in my experience thanks to the modern interface and I find browser access without installation a real advantage. It also handles a large number of users very well and I've found the advisors responsive and pleasant to deal with. Getting everything set up and using the software in practice was quick and efficient.

A few modules are still being developed especially signatures and the export/integration features for Excel and CSV.

Using this for our tools, machines and IT assets has noticeably improved my day-to-day workflow in my experience. I find the interface clean and simple and it gives me great visibility into who has what, plus when maintenance or inspections are coming up. The QR code feature works really well in the field and I've found the automatic reminders save a lot of time and hassle.

The reporting and export features already include a lot of options but a little more customization would make them even better. It would also be useful to have a simple in-app changelog to quickly see what's new in updates.

One thing I really appreciated about it is the flexibility it gives especially when it comes to creating and organizing items into categories without much effort. On top of that, I like that the feature allows retrieval and integration of barcodes or QR codes already printed on products which makes inventory tracking and management much more efficient.

Overall, it meets our needs very well. If there is one area that could be improved, it would be the interface on smartphones. Better mobile optimization would be a real plus and would make it even more practical for users who need to stay responsive while working in the field.

Right from the start, I've found the software fast and simple to use. Assets are mapped and managed in a way that makes sense and is easy to follow. The resource inventory feature especially with the QR codes, creates excellent conditions for keeping track of countless assets without losing oversight, even in a very busy environment.
