Maintenance is carried out consistently and in my experience, device users have developed a stronger sense of responsibility.

Scheduling management is what I appreciate most. It gives me a very clear view of when the next planned loan is coming up and when the item will be available again.

Cons

A clearer overall display for the full inventory list would still be helpful, possibly with a timeline view.

Pros

Software feels very simple and can be handled by all employees without any trouble. The range of features is genuinely impressive, covering everything we currently need for digital inventory management and warehouse management. On top of that, it gives a great sense of future readiness, whenever requirements grow, the software already seems to have an answer in place. I'd confidently recommend it to companies of any size.

Cons

Haven't identified any serious issues. When small bugs do come up, the support team responds immediately. I honestly haven't seen that level of responsiveness from other providers.

Long-term inventory planning works well which helps prevent the same inventory from being assigned twice. It also improves our scheduling, so overall utilization can be optimized through better time management.

The mobile booking process for colleagues should be simpler, so items can be assigned to a person faster and with less effort.

Because we access it constantly through the browser, it can be a bit slow at times especially when our internet connection is already under heavy load. Maybe a proper app would improve that.

Right from the start, the software feels compact in its design and covers almost all the functions we need. It's user-friendly and mostly self-explanatory and the setup is quick enough that you can begin creating items immediately. The support team responds fast, the online videos are genuinely helpful and being able to scan with a phone means you always have the software with you. The check-out and return email notifications for employees are also a really useful feature.

Cons

A few of the terms used can be a bit confusing and the sorting functions are not quite ideal yet. That said, support has already mentioned that improvements are in progress.

Pros

Right from the integration phase, the IT team was there to help us set everything up correctly. Whenever any issues came up, we could always reach someone quickly. The software has allowed us to digitize our inventory which gives us a much better overall overview now. It also lets us record customer loaned items centrally which has been very useful. Another key point for us was making different assets bookable for employees, so internal allocation and coordination can be managed reliably.

Cons

When we chose it, the product was still very new. Since it kept being developed further, which was definitely a good thing in many ways, we also had to stay actively up to date all the time so we wouldn't miss any changes or new features.

Pros

Getting started with the software feels very simple. It can be customized extremely well and covers all the requirements that came up from the workflows we designed, including asset tracking, creating new inventories and lifecycle management. Conceptually, the tool fits our use case really well especially when it comes to assigning inventory to employees or rooms. The support during implementation was excellent. I also appreciate the co-innovation approach, error reports and improvement suggestions are actually taken seriously and often show up quite quickly in later releases. The product keeps evolving continuously and usually in noticeable steps forward.

Cons

There are many small changes and new features being introduced. Most of them add real value but from time to time they also lead to setbacks or bugs in the interface and usability. Data consistency has never been something to worry about, though. The actual price is a bit higher than some competing products and the handling of minor support cases could still be a little more reliable and binding.

Switching to it was quick, easy and perfectly supported for us. The look and feel stay consistent across desktop, notebook and mobile, even without a dedicated app on the phone. The interface is very simple and it also offers comprehensive export options to Excel.

Cons

At the moment, I don't really have any complaints. You just need to spend a little time working with the software and it becomes clear how everything fits together.

In a company environment, I've noticed that not every employee knows who is responsible for which work equipment, so this system saves a lot of time by identifying the right person automatically and notifying them. From what I've seen, employees don't need to know, for example which printer model they have or who they need to contact to reorder toner or ink. They simply submit a request for consumables in IT and that's it. Forms like receipt confirmations, handover documents, or delivery slips for work equipment become unnecessary. It shortens and simplifies a lot of process chains.

Cons

A document classification feature would still be helpful, because the files attached to inventory items currently seem to be visible to everyone. It makes sense that everyone should be able to view an attached operating manual but invoices, for example, should probably not be accessible to all users.

“fantastic overview for inventory and deadlines”

Pros

Keeping track of inspection dates and deadlines is much more manageable with this because everything is visible in one place and we get notified as soon as action is needed. The centralized overview is very well organized and the category structure is set up in a way that can be expanded endlessly. We can create separate categories and "rooms" for inventory and maintain our assets based on the relevant characteristics. For each inventory item, it's also possible to store individual files and documents in the management area and monitor how the inventory is being used. Really well done!

Cons

There are a few minor issues here and there, basically small bugs but it's worth mentioning that the software includes a live chat and problems are usually fixed very quickly. We haven't noticed any major errors or real shortcomings so far.

This software is very practical for day-to-day use and brings real added value to our internal processes especially when it comes to managing workflows and keeping track of deadlines. It's simple to use, so our staff didn't need much training to get started. Whenever something comes up, support is quick to respond, usually a phone call or email is all it takes.

Cons

When there is a very large amount of data, the overview list can occasionally load a bit slowly. After discussing it with IT, a solution is already being worked on.
