I really appreciate being able to schedule preventive maintenance work for the whole year through the PM triggers plus having a dedicated account manager who's genuinely focused on customer care and stays hands-on with our needs.
Cons
Online chat support doesn't really help much. The responses I get are pretty generic and don't actually address my specific issues. The knowledge level of the support team seems inconsistent so I often end up more frustrated than when I started.

I really appreciate how this was built with both managers and technicians in mind. That dual focus makes a huge difference. The combination of user-friendly design and comprehensive features creates incredible versatility for maintenance operations. Setting up at our new location could have been a nightmare but the transition ended up being surprisingly smooth. What really stands out is how the customer support has remained consistently excellent even months after we went live.
Cons
It's tough to pinpoint specific weaknesses since the support team has been very responsive to our feedback. Whenever we've faced minor issues or suggested improvements, they've addressed them quickly so there really aren't any major downsides to mention.

The improvements flow in weekly which shows they're always working to make things better. It's modern and pretty user friendly overall. Support responds quickly and gets you sorted out fast. After being on the platform for a while, I've barely needed support, maybe once recently that I can remember. My technicians use the mobile app and after some time, they really get the hang of using it efficiently.
Cons
Would be nice if everyone could access the chat features on work orders not just certain users.

Pros
Mobile service support really stands out compared to other CMMS platforms I've used. It makes things much easier for my team and keeps them available for production support when needed. I also appreciate the deep analytics capabilities. Being able to dive into trending data and KPIs has been valuable.
Cons
I wish you could group scheduled maintenance for similar assets into a single work order while still keeping track of each individual asset for searching later.

I find it really simple to use on a daily basis. It does a great job storing all our information in one place. When I need to look up past history on something, the search function works well. Adding new equipment to the system is pretty convenient too. They also offer navigation training which has been helpful for getting everyone up to speed.
Cons
Loading times are pretty slow when I'm trying to pull up information. It feels a bit overwhelming when you're first getting started with everything. The cost is also on the higher side.

I've been using this at two locations recently and it's working well for our team. After trying several different platforms, this one really clicks with our technicians. The mobile features have been particularly helpful. We're getting much more detailed work orders and asset documentation with photos included.
Cons
Filtering system takes some getting used to since there are so many options available. I've had to train several technicians to clear their filters completely, probably because they saved previous search results. Besides that issue, I really like how the interface works and it fits our locations perfectly.
