“saves so much time

Pros

My manager assigns tasks or I can request them, get approval and just focus on completing the work. No endless email chains or paperwork to deal with which saves so much time.

Cons

Sometimes the app crashes and I lose everything I've written, then it fills in "None" in all the boxes which is really frustrating.

“Quick WOs via mobile app

Pros

The mobile app makes adding work orders fast and convenient.

Cons

The CSV export and import feature can be unreliable. I've worked with CSV files plenty of times before but these don't seem to function correctly.

“easy documentation

Pros

Being able to attach photos through the mobile app is great. It makes documenting things so much easier when I'm on the go.

Cons

The recurring tasks feature is frustrating since they appear multiple times instead of just once.
