Their team cares about customers

Pros

The team behind this platform is absolutely incredible to work with. They genuinely care about building relationships with their customers and take real pride in constantly improving the product to meet our needs.

Cons

Updates can be inconsistent. They'll fix one problem but sometimes remove features I was actually using which is frustrating.

Terrible experience with their team

Pros

We didn't find it complicated since the structure is simple and basic. I also like their reporting tool that uses Google Looker.

Cons

The constant Friday updates are a nightmare. Something always breaks because they don't test properly beforehand. What really gets me is how they treat customers. I spent countless hours helping them develop new features for free, then when I needed assistance they basically told me to get lost. That's just poor business practice. The money they claim you'll save gets eaten up by frustrated techs, terrible rollback policies and lost billing revenue. We've already lost around $25,000 in revenue and billings because of these issues so we're definitely switching platforms.

easy to manage multiple facilities

Pros

Managing projects and tasks across multiple facilities has been easy with this tool. The way it handles different locations makes coordination much simpler than I expected.

Cons

Wish there were more customizable pricing options for different types of companies.

much better than the paper-based process

Pros

The work order functionality is great along with PM management and inventory control features. Being able to scan barcodes and attach equipment photos makes everything so much smoother. Our entire team across Maintenance, Production, Sanitation and Quality relies on this system daily. Creating work order notifications literally takes under 30 seconds which is such a huge improvement over our old paper-based process!

Cons

I really wish there was a proper workflow checklist feature. You know where you can create a checklist, work through it step by step, assign different parts to team members and they get notified to complete their sections and close everything out. It has some similar functionality but not quite what I'm after. Though to be honest I haven't found this exact capability in any other software either.

Lets me create work orders easily

Pros

I can easily set up tasks and work orders, plus the follow-up process is simple to manage.

Ability to see progress in real-time

Pros

Appreciate how easy it is to generate work orders and monitor them as they happen. Being able to see progress updates and completion times in real time has been a game changer for our workflow.

Cons

Sometimes work orders I create just vanish from my calendar view and my coworker has the same problem. The weird part is that the assigned technician can still see them just fine.

easy to understand

Pros

It replaced our old email-based maintenance ticket system perfectly. It's easy to understand which made training our technicians and requesters super simple. everything feels well-organized with tons of customization options to fit different organizational needs. I love how simple it is to submit tickets especially through the mobile app. The post-implementation support has been fantastic too. Brian consistently answers our questions quickly and efficiently.

Cons

During our setup the set up manager was absent for half the time and their replacement barely kept us in the loop which made things pretty confusing.

Useful parts inventory tracking feature

Pros

I really like how easy it is to generate work orders and plan out our weekly maintenance schedules. The parts inventory tracking feature has been useful for keeping everything organized.

Cons

Still getting used to it since we're new users. Figuring out the export/import features and learning how to create useful analytics reports that actually help our business.

mobile app is helpful for techs

Pros

Mobile app works really well for our field technicians. Once you start exploring it becomes easier to move around. Work order creation and setup is simple. You can generate them from multiple sections without constantly jumping between screens. I appreciate the adoption metrics in analytics since they're customizable to match our specific requirements. Their support team will help create custom reports if you can't find what your looking for. The checklist feature is great for technicians to ensure nothing gets overlooked during jobs. Parts and inventory management keeps improving and it integrates with other systems like NetSuite for tracking inventory costs. Customer service responds quickly and they're genuinely helpful. The company actually listens to customer feedback as you scale up. Definitely worth paying for premium support.

Cons

The PM export/import process could be smoother when creating bulk PMs. Updates should go through more thorough testing with customer support before rollout to avoid issues. The platform needs better consideration for different industry requirements though they're making progress there. Form customization options are pretty limited and could use improvement.

Wonderful support during setup

Pros

Having all the essential information right at our technicians' fingertips has been a game-changer for daily operations. The scheduling process for both preventive and reactive maintenance feels organized plus the analytics and reporting features are genuinely user-friendly. I love that I can build the system while simultaneously scheduling work. It makes implementation so much smoother for technicians who aren't familiar with CMMS platforms. made our tech team's job easier

Pros

After 13 years with our old system we explored several CMMS options and chose this one. As someone managing the platform for our techs, I focused on finding something that would actually make their jobs easier and it delivered. Our field teams love the mobile app and adapted to it quickly, even the crews who were still using paper forms. The web interface flows really well, adding new users is simple and the analytics dashboard works great for our LeAN initiatives. What impressed me most is the steady stream of updates and new features. They've made significant improvements just in the 9 months we've been using it. The AI checklist generator surprised me too. I was skeptical initially but it does solid work for standard industrial equipment. Support has been excellent throughout. Our account reps during migration and deployment were fantastic to work with, they actually listen to feature requests and keep us informed about update progress and bug fixes.

Cons

I've been surprised by the number of bugs and glitches I've seen which seems unusual for software that's been around for 8+ years. The purchase order functionality really needs work and it's been one of our biggest disappointments. There's no integration to link work orders or assets and inventory doesn't automatically update when items are received. The cycle count feature could also use some improvements. While I know not all platforms offer these functions we were hoping for better integration in these areas.
