We Want It, But They Won't Help Us!

Pros

Entering information is not an issue and the software is incredibly user-friendly.

Cons

I haven't come across any downsides yet. I utilized it daily during the trial period and was consistently satisfied with my experience.

Not Too Happy So Far

Pros

If the system functioned properly, I would be delighted with it. Unfortunately, at the moment, it is exasperating to work with.

Cons

I reached out to [sensitive content hidden] in customer service regarding the scrolling problem I'm facing. They brought it up at a "Bug" meeting three weeks ago. Unfortunately, I haven't seen a resolution or received an update. They provided me with a temporary workaround, but it's not ideal for my needs. Additionally, none of the technicians have been able to get the bookmark feature to function properly.
