What I like most is how simple this is compared to other CMMS platforms I've tried. The customer support really stands out too. They get back to you quickly once you reach out.
Cons
The engineering team takes quite a while to resolve issues once they're escalated which can be frustrating when you need something fixed quickly. I'd also appreciate getting direct feedback about the specific problems I report instead of being left wondering about the status.

Their team really cares about helping you succeed with the platform. You can make it as simple or complex as your needs require. There are plenty of features available when you're ready to expand how you use the system. even people who aren't very tech-savvy find it convenient. They're constantly working on improvements and updates.
Cons
The initial setup meetings felt repetitive and could have been more simplified. The timeline for getting everything configured can be pretty tight especially if you're juggling other responsibilities and can't dedicate your full attention to the implementation.

What impresses me most is how quickly they roll out new features and improvements and there's always something getting better.
