Pros

Great user experience

Pros

I really appreciate how user-friendly and smooth the interface feels when scrolling through different features.

Cons

uncomplicated setup process

Pros

Managing our preventive and corrective maintenance has become much more effective with this platform. It really helps organize time and human resources in the field and I've found it quite simple to use. The customer support team has been helpful and getting everything set up was uncomplicated.

Cons

Can't create work orders unless you have director-level access which is really frustrating.

More user-friendly compared to other CMMS solutions

Pros

What I like most is how simple this is compared to other CMMS platforms I've tried. The customer support really stands out too. They get back to you quickly once you reach out.

Cons

The engineering team takes quite a while to resolve issues once they're escalated which can be frustrating when you need something fixed quickly. I'd also appreciate getting direct feedback about the specific problems I report instead of being left wondering about the status.

Pros

Makes maintenance tasks convenient. Being able to document everything with photos is useful for keeping records.

Cons

Support during integration wasn't great and the scheduled preventative maintenance doesn't run automatically like it should.

Pros

The platform keeps our maintenance crew organized and on top of their assigned tasks. We can extract valuable data that helps our facilities director plan ahead and communication across the organization has noticeably improved since we started using it.

Their team is invested in your success

Pros

Their team really cares about helping you succeed with the platform. You can make it as simple or complex as your needs require. There are plenty of features available when you're ready to expand how you use the system. even people who aren't very tech-savvy find it convenient. They're constantly working on improvements and updates.

Cons

The initial setup meetings felt repetitive and could have been more simplified. The timeline for getting everything configured can be pretty tight especially if you're juggling other responsibilities and can't dedicate your full attention to the implementation.

Flexible for tracking and scheduling

Pros

Amazing how flexible the work tracking and scheduling features are. They adapt well to different workflows. The Purchase Order management works smoothly and handles everything I need. What impresses me most is how quickly they roll out new features and improvements and there's always something getting better.

Cons

There are occasional glitches when new features roll out though they usually get fixed pretty fast.

Pros

worth the investment

Pros

This maintenance platform has been a game-changer for keeping our team organized across 10+ business locations we manage. The way managers can submit requests through the system really simplifies everything and helps us distribute work orders to the right people based on priority. It's definitely worth the investment and learning curve.

Cons

The main downside is that communicating with managers who aren't paid subscribers requires too many workarounds. Makes simple communication unnecessarily complicated.

Pros

Lets me access years of maintenance history. The work order system really helps with accountability across the team. My supervisors find it simple to review equipment status and maintenance records.

Cons

Only thing I can think of is making sure we stay on top of entering data into the system to keep track of everything properly.

Cons

The software could really use some extra features particularly for material transfers. When we move parts between locations, it would be helpful to get notifications or alerts so our accounting team can keep track of everything properly.
