“easy to find assets
Pros
I can quickly find assets and parts when I need them. The automated work order generation for maintenance is really handy and saves me time.
Cons
Sometimes the system runs pretty slow which gets frustrating. The search function is way too quick and it starts searching before I can finish typing what I'm looking for so I don't always get the results I need.

Sometimes I'll get an "oops" error right after I've written up a work order and try to submit it which means I have to start the whole thing over again.

I love how simple it is to modify work orders, add inventory items and create QR codes. The whole process feels user-friendly and doesn't require much training to get the hang of.
Cons
The QR codes won't print properly on standard Avery labels which is frustrating. Also, when I get email updates about work order changes, there's barely any useful information included, just that something was updated without telling me what actually changed.

Its so user-friendly. The API is fantastic for pulling all our data out which works perfectly since we already have our own centralized reporting setup in place.
Cons
The only downside I can think of is that the user permissions setup could use more flexibility. What's there works fine but I'd love to see an advanced section where you could build custom permission levels.

The multi-user setup works really well and I appreciate how simple it is for everyone to jump in without dealing with passwords or usernames. Customization is flexible and nothing feels generic or one-size-fits-all. Being able to track work orders in real time as they're picked up, updated and completed has been a game changer for staying on top of everything.
Cons
The reporting customization isn't very simple though I might just need to spend more time figuring it out. On the plus side, the reports look really polished and are easy to read, plus they slide nicely into presentations when your tracking team progress.
