Tracks lifecycle of workorders

Pros

It tracks when work orders begin and wrap up. Makes it easy to see the timeline of everything we're working on.

Cons

Nicely organized, can't complain

Pros

can't view completed work orders

Pros

Quite simple to handle. Tracking our assets and managing work orders has become easier than before.

Cons

Can't view completed work orders when browsing through assets and checking their work order history. The platform feels like it could use some fine-tuning still.

doesn't work well with Firefox

Pros

The history feature is really helpful. Being able to pull up past information makes my job so much easier.

Cons

Unable to find current work orders sometimes. Firefox compatibility is pretty rough.

accessible when I'm out in the field

Pros

Being able to access the app while I'm out in the field is fantastic. I can check my work assignments and close tickets right from my phone without needing a computer nearby.

Cons

Occasionally I notice the updates take longer than I'd like them to.

Don't have to switch programs

Pros

Love being able to store and access tons of information on both my computer and phone without juggling different programs.

Cons

I'm still waiting for them to add a tabbed feature that would let me group similar products together instead of having everything scattered around.

Works well across all types of businesses

Pros

everything I need for work is right here including inventory, work orders, assets, analytics, you name it. All my information stays organized in one spot which is really convenient. I don't have to use multiple programs anymore to get things done. The flexibility is great too. I can make it as detailed or simple as I want depending on what I'm working on. It works well across different types of businesses.

Cons

Setting everything up initially takes quite a bit of time. You have to input all your locations, inventory and other details. Though I'll say the effort is definitely worth it in the end.

Well organized and easy to use

Pros

I really appreciate how well-organized everything is and how simple it makes my daily tasks.

Cons

Setting up users feels difficult and there's an issue where you can accidentally create duplicate entries for the same person.

Pros

Clean and organized dashboard, plus getting email notifications is useful.

Pictures make documentation clearer

Pros

Being able to attach photos directly to work orders is a plus. It makes documentation so much clearer.

Cons

Hard to find parts even when there in stock. The search function doesn't work well and makes locating inventory frustrating.

Pros

Valuable assistance from their team

Pros

The interface feels really clean and doesn't require much training at all. Whenever I need support, their team responds quickly and provides thorough assistance.

Cons

The only downside I can see right now is that some features are still in beta, though I guess thats also a positive since they're constantly improving things.

Runs well aross platforms

Pros

I really like how it runs smoothly across different platforms. The interface stays simple no matter which one you're using.

Cons

Lack of a PM option is frustrating. I've had to work around this by making work orders repeat and setting up checklists for each one which gets the job done until they release the actual PM module. What really bothers me is that I can't create one checklist and assign it to an asset.

comprehensive mobile app

Pros

Accessible across all my devices whether I'm on my Windows laptop, MacBook, phone or tablet, everything works perfectly through the browser. The asset management and maintenance features are comprehensive, giving me plenty of options to organize and implement new setups. What impressed me most is how simple the learning curve is, I picked it up quickly without much effort. The mobile app deserves special mention since it's user-friendly and includes nearly all the functionality from the desktop version. Being able to track everything happening with my assets in real-time has been incredibly valuable for my workflow.

Cons

The tool isn't fully mature yet and needs more development work to handle larger organizations effectively. While the reporting system works well, you can't edit reports once they're generated which is frustrating.

Quick to fix bugs

Pros

I'm impressed by how quickly they roll out new features and squash bugs. So userfriendly. Honestly you can jump right in without any training. Anyone on the team can create tickets, not just designated users. There's a wealth of tools for organizing and scheduling installations plus major maintenance work. I'm confident this platform will scale alongside our company and I expect they'll continue addressing issues and adding the functionality we need.

Cons

There are still some bugs scattered throughout that can mess up your planning or reporting.

convenient mobile app

Pros

We feel that the mobile app makes things simple for both techs and administrators.

Cons

Feels less developed than I anticipated. The parts and inventory module lacks the ability to request quotes from multiple vendors before creating purchase orders which is a significant workflow limitation. I really wish there was functionality to link multiple work orders for similar tasks. For instance, I manage 14 pumps that need identical monthly servicing by a contractor but currently I'm forced to generate 14 separate work orders to properly track everything. This creates unnecessary administrative overhead.
