“Helps with my work”
Pros
From small campaigns to supporting medium-sized businesses, Canva has been part of my work for my entire career and it has consistently felt worth paying for. It really helps me function like a one-person team while still keeping up with broader initiatives and I genuinely enjoy the range of features it offers. It's helpful for working out the right graphic dimensions making edits to existing images and I especially love the color tools that let you match colors directly to a design.
Cons
I haven't run into any major problems. On the rare occasions something did come up, the customer support team was fantastic. They guided me through the needed changes and also helped troubleshoot the export issues I ran into.

“Strong support”
Pros
Getting started with it feels very simple. The video editing works really efficiently and having both online and offline access is something I genuinely appreciate. Customer support has also been very helpful whenever needed. Also,it comes with a lot of impressive features and makes image editing simple to handle.
Cons
A few parts could still be better. The template selection can feel somewhat limited and the restricted file format options are frustrating. I'm also not a fan of the watermark added on the free plan and the pricing can feel a bit expensive since it may require a subscription.

“fantastic templates for social content”
Pros
This app has been really helpful for designing social media content. It's simple to use and the templates are excellent for just about any type of content you want to create.
Cons
Upgrading your content does cost extra but overall it's still a very helpful app for creating unlimited content.

“Amazing!!”
Pros
Creating content for social media feels very simple with this app. It's simple, user-friendly and does a really effective job for putting posts together. There are also plenty of different options to work with which makes it even more useful.
Cons
The only downside is that you need to pay if you want higher-quality photo creations but aside from that, I really don't have any complaints about the app. It works well for creating content.

“Excellent software overall”
Pros
It's a very creative app with a wide variety of both free and paid resources and it has helped me a lot when it comes to exploring and developing my skills as a designer.
Cons
On a few occasions, downloads can be slow so I have to retry or close the app. Also, depending on the type of content or theme you want to work with some features or resources require payment to use.

“I am satisfied”
Pros
Putting together a business pamphlet is very simple and being able to update it whenever needed makes this a really valuable service.
Cons
I hoped there were more free design choices or at least a one-time payment option instead of a subscription. The brochure layouts could also be a bit clearer although the final result still came out well.

“Loved all designs”
Pros
It is incredibly simple to pick up and staff can start using it almost immediately. At the same time, it also supports projects that can become quite advanced which gives it a unique place as a highly adaptive tool with a lot of potential.
Cons
I wish the app performed as well as the website though I understand that hardware limitations likely play a role. I'd also like to see more options for profile customization.

“a Goldmine of designs”
Pros
Creating designs doesn't take much effort which is something I really enjoy. The templates save a lot of time and also help spark inspiration and new ideas.
Cons
A number of elements and features are only available on the paid plan. At times, custom designs can also feel a bit limited.

“fantastic templates”
Pros
It has been a very user-friendly platform for me, with plenty of templates to pick from and really impressive collaboration features. Those tools make it an even better option for online design work and creating professional-quality videos.
Cons
The AI feature still needs some improvement and many of the designs seem to rely heavily on the built-in templates. The graphic quality at higher resolutions could also be improved further.

“Smooth experience”
Pros
Feels incredibly user-friendly and it makes collaborating on designs much better than a lot of other platforms. The templates are really helpful for inspiration and give me a strong starting point to build from and I'm consistently happy with how the final product turns out. The resize tool is a total game changer too especially when I need to adapt one project into different formats.
Cons
I've noticed that the free version has gotten more limited over time so it doesn't feel as accessible as it once did. That said the experience on the paid plan is worth it to me.

“A decent tool”
Pros
My biggest help is this tool when I need to put together slides and class content quickly without relying on a designer. It saves me a lot of time and has also improved the way I present educational material so the content looks better and feels more organized.
Cons
With more complex educational presentations it can start to feel slow. If I do not customize things enough, the final result can sometimes look too template-based and since it depends on the internet, there are moments when it runs slowly or even fails.

“canva is my go-to”
Pros
It has become my go-to tool for all kinds of work. I use it across so many parts of my job, from marketing and design for upcoming construction projects to creating merchandise and I absolutely love having it for all of that.
Cons
One thing I'd really like added is the ability to organize and edit uploaded content by project instead of having everything sit together in one large collection of photos and files.

“drag-and-drop design freedom”
Pros
The drag-and-drop layout is very user-friendly and the huge library of free templates and elements gives beginners plenty to work with. It makes creating polished, professional-looking graphics feel approachable especially for social media and really opens up design to people without much experience.
Cons
At the same time it can be limiting when more precision is needed. Things like detailed layer management, finer typography control such as exact kerning adjustments or building complex vector graphics from scratch can be hard to do.

“Made designing simpler”
Pros
Canva's biggest strength for me is how much you can customize even on the free plan. I'm still able to put together high-quality posters, cards, brochures and plenty of other materials without feeling limited. The number of templates is basically endless and there really is a style or design option for just about any need. It also helps that the platform is very user-friendly so you don't have to be a professional graphic designer to create something that looks polished.
Cons
The part I'm least enthusiastic about is the amount of AI Canva has built into the platform. For something that's meant to encourage creativity and individuality, relying on AI feels like it takes away from that personal creative element.

“saves a lot of my time”
Pros
Such a convenient tool for saving both time and effort. I really enjoy using it because it gives me a template to start with and then I can edit it however I need.
Cons
Even though it's still my first choice the free version doesn't offer enough template options. It would also be better to include more scientific templates so researchers could use it more often.

“fun drag-and-drop design”
Pros
The drag-and-drop interface is one of its strongest points making the design process feel simple and enjoyable.

Pros
Anybody can use it and it's well worth the money. It's a fast way to create professional-looking collateral without needing a graphic designer especially when you need something turned around quickly.
Cons
The music selection could be better in terms of variety especially for social media. That said that's just my personal opinion.

Pros
Being able to quickly adjust templates and adapt them for different platforms is something I really appreciate. It saves a lot of time especially when handling regular product promotions and social media updates.
Cons
