Templates are great

Pros

Being cloud-based is probably my favorite part of it. It makes sharing projects and collaborating with several people on the team really convenient. The app also works very well and the templates are enjoyable to use and helpful when putting designs together.

Cons

There are honestly so many options in this tool. A lot is happening on the screen and there's a huge amount to choose from which can feel overwhelming at times. Coming from Photoshop, it can be a bit much to take in.

plenty of templates to choose

Pros

Having access to so many templates was a big plus for me. It took a lot of the stress out of designing since I could simply pick the template that best matched the kind of graphic I wanted to create.

Cons

One thing that can get in the way is how much it relies on an internet connection and that becomes limiting whenever my network is down. It's not really Canva's fault but an offline version would be a game changer.

Pros

This is the one I enjoy using most because it helps me create beautiful videos and gives my edits a professional look. Everything feels very smooth in the app which makes the whole process even better.

amazing design tool for teams

Pros

It helps our team put together everything from business cards and flyers to event promo materials in a short amount of time. The drag-and-drop editor is simple and the collaboration features make the whole design process faster when multiple people are involved.

Cons

One frustration is that some work has to be recreated or duplicated because shapes and other elements do not always carry over properly between pages. Resizing can also be inconvenient since it scales every element which is not always what you want when adjusting dimensions or aspect ratio. Also, the color palettes sometimes get mixed up.

canva brings lots of value

Pros

Working with Canva on a PC feels very simple and the free version gives you a lot to work with. I use it to make calendars organize ideas with bullet points and handle simple graphic design for my business.

Cons

Getting started on mobile is a little more confusing. At times it makes it seem like I need to pay even though for smaller projects I usually don't have to.

Love the graphics

Pros

IT has been a favorite of mine for graphic projects because the quality of its graphics and templates is genuinely impressive. I've spent time using both the free and paid versions and each one brings a lot of value depending on what I need.

Cons

What I'd still like to see is stronger integration with platforms like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator which would make the creative workflow feel more connected and allow for a more advanced design process.

Absolutely worth it

Pros

This tool has been a favorite of mine. It's very simple to use, there are tons of design options to pick from and upgrading feels completely worth the cost when you decide to do it.

Cons

I honestly don't have any real complaints about it. After spending a little time in the app and trying different things, it starts to make sense and becomes even easier to navigate.

Makes design effortless

Pros

It feels very simple right from the start. The drag-and-drop tools, ready-made templates and graphics help you put designs together quickly without any stress even if you have no design background. It's a really convenient way to create polished, professional-looking content in just a few minutes.

Cons

A few features and design elements are only available with the Pro subscription and when working on more complex projects, it can feel a bit limited compared with advanced design software.

affordable tool!

Pros

The software works really well for both solo projects and team use because the subscriptions are reasonably priced, the interface is user-friendly, the image editing tools are simple and the customer support has been genuinely helpful.

Cons

One downside is that you need to upgrade to unlock more resource types and higher-level options which can be a little confusing for new users to sort through. It also doesn't offer the same level of detailed design control and advanced features that more professional software provides.

Great design control

Pros

For us, this has completely transformed the way I work. I don't have to hire designers anymore for posters, flyers, booklets, invitations and similar materials. It's the most simple and user-friendly software I use. My favorite part is having full control over every design detail and it makes it simple to create polished, professional-looking work, especially with helpful touches like the little purple line that shows when an item is perfectly centered.

Cons

Nothing to report as a negative!

creative freedom all along

Pros

Whether I want a starting point or prefer to build something from my own ideas, it lets me create on the spot with plenty of flexibility. Since design is far from my area of expertise, the professional templates and built-in guidance make a huge difference and help me put things together much more confidently.

Cons

An area that still needs work is the AI functionality. I appreciate that it is clearly trying to improve it but at the moment it feels like those features are still lagging behind other AI tools and platforms.

clear interface for team collaboration

Pros

A clear interface and simple instructions make it very simple to work with. Switching from Visio to Canva for our company structure made the whole process much more manageable and also gave our team better ways to collaborate.

Cons

The subscription approach that so many companies use is frustrating and it often makes you wish you could just purchase the software outright although that issue definitely isn't unique to it.

Incredible AI

Pros

It is still my go-to for personal projects, university assignments and even tasks at work and now that it includes AI, it offers even more design possibilities.

Cons

Some of the better features are still locked behind a subscription period but that's understandable so it's not really a dealbreaker.

Good experience

Pros

Feels very user-friendly and I really enjoy that you can start with one of their ready-made document or format options or just build your own from scratch.

Cons

One thing I don't love is having to pay for the professional version of Canva although I do understand the reason for it. It would be nice if more features or products were included in the free plan.

works well

Pros

Having ready-made templates makes putting presentations together much easily now since the design is already set up and all you really need to do is add your content.

canva's ai is fantastic

Pros

Canva's content has improved a lot lately and the added AI features make it much easier to get exactly what you want done without any hassle.

Cons

Before the AI features were added, it could feel a bit overwhelming to navigate and create a logo that matched exactly what you had in mind but the AI assistance has completely taken care of that.
