“perfect for on-brand marketing”
Pros
This one has been a fantastic tool for our team. It's very simple to use and lets the marketing team create content on our own without constantly relying on the creative team, while still keeping everything aligned with the brand.
Cons
The photo editing side feels fairly limited. The background remover is a feature I really enjoy but making other edits to images can be difficult.

“modern templates and editing power”
Pros
After a few months of using it, I've been really impressed by how user-friendly it is, along with the variety of image editing tools it offers and its modern-looking interface. The image editing features are solid and the large selection of unique templates really helps it stand out from other options.
Cons
To be honest, there aren't many downsides I've noticed with it. The newer AI feature could use a bit more refinement but aside from that, it still gets the job done.

“our design hub!”
Pros
Across our different teams, we rely on it to put together corporate marketing materials. It's been very simple to work with and the features have been really impressive.
Cons
At this point, I haven't run into any issues. It really delivers when it comes to giving professionals a collaborative workspace to create designs without needing expert-level design skills.

“perfect for us”
Pros
Canva Premium is something our team uses every single day and we take full advantage of the paid features and added perks that come with it. It's simple enough that everyone on the team can get comfortable with it quickly which makes collaboration a lot easier. We also rely on it to handle image editing at the corporate level for all of our branch offices.
Cons
To really get the full value from this tool, it helps to know the platform well. That said, there are still plenty of basic things you can do without needing a lot of experience.

“I liked design options”
Pros
It has been really versatile for me especially since I can upload my own designs or ones I've bought from places like Etsy. Editing everything is simple and great
Cons
One thing I'd still want is a few more free choices even though I do feel the premium content is worth the cost. Every now and then, when I need something very specific, it seems like only the premium version is available.

“Dependable!”
Pros
At 15 euros a month, it offers a lot for the price. Before switching to Canva, I was relying on several different tools some free and some paid so having everything in one place has been really worthwhile.
Cons
It keeps adding different apps to the platform. Some of them are very well made but others add very little value, like the spreadsheet feature.

“My review..”
Pros
Creating our company newsletter with Canva has been incredibly helpful. It lets us be creative and have fun while still keeping everything polished and professional in a workplace setting.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is that most of the elements are locked behind payment which leaves only a pretty limited selection of free items when you want more customization.

“Keep it up”
Pros
If you create new graphics from scratch... it would be the simplest with this tool.. It gives me a lot of flexibility when editing project documents. The interface is clean and simple so even someone new can move around the platform without any trouble. It has been consistently reliable for photo editing and I can use it on both mobile and desktop without missing anything. All the features remain available and work well.

“Canva pro is great”
Pros
Compared with traditional graphic design software, Canva feels much more accessible and simpler to work with. The Pro plan gives me access to hundreds of logo and banner templates along with plenty of free resources. I also don't need to rely on removebg anymore.
Cons
Most of the time, editing and downloading work without any trouble but during long editing sessions it's still possible to lose progress because of connection issues.

“clean visuals in minutes”
Pros
Canva helps create polished visuals without needing any design background. It's a really practical option for putting together quick presentations social media posts and simple graphics. The templates cut down a lot of the work and the drag-and-drop editor feels very simple. Collaboration is also reliable when multiple people need to make changes to a design.

“Made our work easier”
Pros
Really good value overall and the platform is very simple to use. Sharing designs with team members is quick and convenient which makes collaboration much better. The brand kit features also make it really convenient to create different design pieces without much effort.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is a wider range of image editing tools. There may already be some kind of link to Facetune or Photoshop but I'm not sure. Also, printing directly through the platform is pretty expensive.

“Awesome!!”
Pros
Being able to tweak and customize so much is a big plus and I really appreciate all the professional-looking premade templates that educators can use for free. Instead of building everything from the ground up, I can start with a polished template and adapt it to what I need. The platform is also very simple to move around in and going back to edit previous projects is convenient.
Cons
I need a larger selection of free slideshows for educators that better match my needs. As a high school librarian, there currently aren't many free options with information that's actually useful for my work. Having more available, maybe something similar to a Teachers Pay Teachers-style database, would make it even better.

“great for training decks”
Pros
Putting together slide decks for internal training and client work in the field has been much more manageable. It gives us plenty of creative freedom and the functionality fits exactly what we need for these kinds of projects.
Cons
There is a slight learning curve when getting started with it but they also provide a wide range of tools and resources that make it easier to learn the product and understand how to use it well.

“quick graphics for social posts”
Pros
Loved it, it works really well when I need to put together graphic designs quickly, whether it's for social media or even something for print. It feels quite similar to Adobe Express in the way it works.
Cons
Something I'd still like to see is more design assets included in the free version. Right now, a lot of the designs are locked behind a paywall.

“fun templates that spark ideas”
Pros
Designing graphics with it feels fun and approachable. There are thousands of templates that make it simple to get an idea started and they're also flexible enough to customize into something that feels like your own.
Cons
For certain projects, the Pro version ends up being necessary which does mean an added cost

Pros
The AI has turned into one of Canva's best features. It really helps spark creativity and it's amazing to have software that actually feels designed with users in mind. My projects have become much more original and authentic because of it.

“impressed with it”
Pros
Being able to add both documents and videos into a Canva presentation is really useful. It also makes working with other people on the same presentation pretty simple which is a big plus.
Cons
This is more of a personal preference than an issue with it itself but I prefer how similar Google Slides and PowerPoint feel. Building a presentation in it works differently from PowerPoint so there's definitely a bit of an adjustment at first.

“feature-packed value”
Pros
Its really an efficient app to use. It's simple to navigate, packed with features you'd usually expect across several other applications and the interface feels light instead of cluttered. That clean design also helps it run exceptionally fast. Considering everything it offers, the value for the money is more than satisfying.
Cons
One thing I've noticed with this tool is that when I'm working on videos, getting to the timeline can sometimes be a bit frustrating. It doesn't happen all the time but since I create and edit a lot of videos, it's something noticeable to me.

Pros
The tool stands out to me because the design interface feels simple, there's a huge range of templates and it lets me put together professional-looking visuals fast even without any previous design experience.

“A favorite !!”
Pros
This became one of our go-to tools because it works for so many different parts of the business. We use it for marketing materials soPs, logos, flyers and business cards and it handles all of that really well. Even our brand design team enjoys working in the software which says a lot about how useful and flexible it is.
Cons
I'm not a fan of using it on an iPad. I'd much rather design on my phone or on my Mac since the overall look and workflow feel much more manageable there.
