“features are great”
Pros
Getting started feels very simple thanks to the clear layout, the wide range of features and the large selection of really appealing templates.
Cons
At times, it can take a while to fully learn certain features, understand how they work or set things up exactly the way you want.

“ideal for us”
Pros
It really stands out to me for how much personalization it offers across all of its products. I can create just about any kind of digital product, whether I want to build it completely from scratch or start with one of the ready-made templates. Another thing I've enjoyed is that it also includes learning resources, along with branding tools and business-focused materials that are genuinely useful.

“creative freedom at no cost”
Pros
One thing I really enjoyed about it is that it lets you create unique designs without having to pay since many of its features are available for free.
Cons
I liked everything about it. It gives you the freedom to create and design however you want and you can also take advantage of the free trial mode.

“rich templates”
Pros
Using it feels very simple and the huge library of templates, images and graphic elements makes a big difference. It's extremely accessible so even someone without any design background can put together high-quality visual materials.
Cons
Even though it's an excellent tool, the free version does come with some limitations especially when it comes to access to certain advanced features and more specific customization options. I also think the Pro version could be priced a bit more affordably.

“canva pro keeps improving”
Pros
The Canva Pro has been part of my workflow for years and it somehow keeps getting better over time. The platform is very user-friendly and the massive collection of templates, images and design elements is something I rely on all the time. The newer AI tools are excellent as well, helping me create faster while giving me even more creative options. Also, there are lots of training materials available so picking up new features and building your skills feels very simple.
Cons
One improvement I'd really like is better filtering for images and videos so it's easier to find content from the same series. Right now, you can only browse other work by the same designer and that doesn't really solve the same need. Aside from that, Canva Pro has been an incredibly valuable tool for my work and I'd absolutely recommend it to others.

“Amazing !!”
Pros
Everything in it feels very simple to use and the interface is clean, responsive and pleasant to work with. It gives you access to thousands of flexible templates and elements that can be used without worrying about copyright issues. The poster designs in particular came out looking very polished and professional and the font options and text templates are excellent. it's the best graphic design software I've used.
Cons
A downside is that many of the templates are locked behind the Pro subscription which can be frustrating if you're using the free version. Another thing I noticed is that the mobile app seems to offer more interesting features than the desktop version.

“I would recommende”
Pros
This app has been a favorite for me. It comes with so many wonderful features and the image and video editing tools are amazing. The layout is very simple to navigate and there are templates for just about any occasion. Also, you can also create your own templates which makes it even better.
Cons
Pro version is a little expensive but it still feels worth the money. The app does freeze once in a while though it usually starts working again pretty quickly.

“Design creation made easy”
Pros
The platform makes it really simple to create all kinds of designs which helps merchants and designers organize their work and save time.
Cons
A downside is that most of the designs are part of the paid version although that feels fair considering how much the site helps and how much it simplifies the work.

“affordable and smart platform”
Pros
Getting around the platform feels very simple and the navigation is simple to follow. It also does a solid job with brand management and the pricing is much more affordable compared with other similar software.
Cons
One limitation is that it requires an internet connection to use so it is not an option when working offline.

“Awesome results”
Pros
Creating media and polished, high-quality graphics feels very manageable with this even for someone without a technical background. I've used it across a wide range of design projects and it has handled all kinds of creative work really well.
Cons
The free version is fine for basic tasks but if you plan to rely on it for all of your design needs, you'll eventually need to upgrade to the pro version.

“Frustrating support”
Pros
Running my small business is a lot more manageable with it because it gives me a simple way to create logos, ads social media posts and pretty much any other design I need.
Cons
Customer service with it has been terrible and the quality of their print services has gone downhill over the years. I'm also frustrated that without a Pro subscription, I lose access to the business fonts I uploaded myself.

“creative powerhouse with polished tools”
Pros
A few premium assets sit behind the Pro subscription but they feel worth paying for. It also doesn't offer the same level of advanced design functionality you'd get from something like Adobe Illustrator though that's pretty understandable for this type of platform.
Cons
Right from the start, the platform feels extremely easy and simple to work with, whether you're a beginner or already experienced. The interface is sleek, user-friendly and I haven't run into any bugs at all. There's a huge selection of high-quality templates and design elements and the flexible tools and layouts really help with creativity. Basic image editing is simple too, including background removal and it even supports video editing. Since it's cloud-based, it's convenient to use from anywhere at any time and the constant updates keep bringing in fresh features and improvements.

“simple to use”
Pros
One thing that really helps with it is the variety of starting points it offers. When you first begin creating something, whatever the project may be, Canva usually has a template ready to help you get started.
Cons
Creating videos feels a bit more challenging here compared with other apps. Some details and editing options also don't always behave the way their labels would lead you to expect.

“It's great”
Pros
Between the huge library of templates, graphics and design elements, it makes it simple to put together professional-looking content. The drag-and-drop editor feels easy and the built-in brand kits help keep everything consistent. There's also enough customization to stay flexible which makes it a really good fit for my team since we need polished, on-brand visuals quickly without having a design background.
Cons
It helps me turn out polished, on-brand content fast which is a big plus. The template selection is extensive, the customization tools are simple and the platform is easy enough that it saves a lot of time. I really don't have many complaints although managing files and folder organization could definitely be a little more user-friendly.

“makes work easier”
Pros
Really enjoyable to use. The interface feels easy and putting designs together is very simple. I mainly rely on it to create professional advertising banners with eye-catching visuals for my different social media pages and the drag-and-drop feature has been especially valuable because it saves me a lot of time.

“we love it !!”
Pros
Even without any formal design training, it makes design projects feel very manageable. I never studied design but this tool helps me create visuals for my company without much trouble at all.
Cons
I get that it wants people to pay for a subscription but it's still frustrating that there isn't a clear filter to show only free items when you're choosing elements.

“An all-in-one design tool”
Pros
Getting started with it felt very natural even as a beginner. The drag-and-drop setup is easy and the templates cut down my design time a lot. I also really enjoy being able to create planners, eBooks and Instagram posts all in one place while still ending up with professional-looking results.
Cons
There are moments when it loads a little slowly especially when my internet connection isn't strong. Also some useful premium elements are only available through the Pro subscription even though I only need access to a small number of those features.

“Great animations and value”
Pros
After using the free version for about a year, I eventually upgraded to the paid plan and found the price very reasonable. The customer support has been excellent and my favorite part is the video animations you can add. It's also very user-friendly overall.
Cons
there isn't much I can point to as a downside. Everything i used in it has worked without any real issues. The only small thing I noticed was that image editing felt a bit slow at times but that seemed more related to my system than Canva itself.

“amazing collage tools”
Pros
There's a lot to appreciate about the range of tools available for editing photos especially for collages and similar projects. It includes features I haven't really been able to find elsewhere and some of them match exactly what I need.
Cons
One thing I'm not too keen on is the ads that show up while using it especially on mobile. They can be a bit inconvenient though I get that the app has to generate revenue particularly with so many people using it for free.
