Pros

It feels very approachable especially if you don't come from a graphic design background. The drag-and-drop tools make customizing templates simple and there are thousands of ready-made options for social media posts, presentations, posters and more. The interface is also clean and easy which makes the whole experience pleasant.

Cons

A few really helpful tools, like the background remover and many premium elements, are locked behind the paid version. I also wish it offered more Arabic font choices for users in the MENA region.

Pros

This tool has been one of the best graphic design platforms I've used because it lets a designer create almost anything. I can use it to make logos, customize resumes and even build simple landing pages without any trouble. Also, it's very beginner-friendly and comes with a huge template library that covers nearly every use case. Overall, I rate it very highly!

Cons

Covers all of my design needs so I really don't have anything to complain about. There's nothing I dislike about the tool and I rate it very highly.

Lately, it feels overloaded with AI this and AI that. It used to focus on the basics but now there's a flood of features that seem half-finished and that's how it comes across to me.

After using it for years and watching it evolve, I've seen all these new tools roll out. At first they seem like they might be useful but in my view, they really aren't worth it.

Pros

Designing with it feels approachable whether you're just starting out or already have experience. It comes with templates for almost everything, from social posts and presentations to posters, resumes and more. The real-time collaboration tools are also really useful and sharing designs with others is simple.

Cons

Once projects get bigger, the platform can start to lag or take longer to load. A lot of the stronger templates and design assets are locked behind the paid plan and vector exports like SVG are usually only available with premium access.

Before handing things off to someone more experienced, I was using it to put together brochures and illustration-style images for my posts. Over time, it has also added a wide range of useful tools for document management.

Cons

Exports gave me quite a few issues and I often had to reload pages which was a bit frustrating. Even with that, it hasn't really changed my overall opinion of the program.

Building visuals feels really simple with the stacked block system. When I don't want to spend a lot of time on a design, I can just pick from the hundreds of templates on the platform and tweak one to fit what I need.

Cons

The new interface hasn't been a good change for me and a lot of the added it tools feel unfinished. It also comes across like these updates are more about justifying a higher price.

Working across teams and time zones is a lot more manageable now which is a big deal for a busy marketing team like ours. We needed one place to keep all of our designs while still making them editable and this has done that really well. The newer AI features have also been a nice bonus, helping us cut down the time it takes to create assets for social media and other digital channels.

Cons

A few parts of the platform could still be more easy especially when it comes to organizing folders and making those options simpler to find. Resizing images could also be more simple.

Even though the platform is free, a lot of the templates, fonts and images are restricted on the free plan. The web version also depends on having a constant internet connection and while the app does offer offline use, those features are fairly limited.

This tool has been such a favorite of mine. I've used it to create flyers for events at my church and I'm currently putting one together for my husband's first song release.

Cons

It has been really good overall. A few templates and design elements do cost extra but there are still plenty of free options to choose from.

There's an incredible selection of just about every template you could imagine, plus an almost endless library of graphics, stock images, videos and more. The AI features are integrated exceptionally well too. It exceeded my expectations by a mile. Absolutely top-notch!

As a simple alternative to Photoshop, this works really well. If all you need is graphic creation and basic editing, it's an excellent tool for that.

It creates lots of beautiful images and has been a really helpful tool in the classroom, giving everyone a wonderful experience.

it's hard to point out any downsides because it simply works. The experience has been excellent not only for the staff but for the students too.

Putting together polished, professional boards is incredibly fast with this tool. Whether I'm pulling together a color palette, mapping out a layout concept or creating a presentation deck, it takes minutes instead of hours. I end up using it almost every day.

Cons

A few export features are limited unless you move up to a higher plan and the brand kit could be more flexible when it comes to using custom fonts and setting your own color guidelines.

Pros

Getting started took almost no effort at all. The WYSIWYG setup makes it very simple to use right away and being able to bring in brand assets made our recent rebrand much simpler. The variety of templates and format options consistently fits what I need.

Cons

There's barely anything to complain about since it reliably gets the job done. The only occasional downside is that the photo and graphics library can feel a little limited.
