“a must-have !!”
Pros
Right out of the gate, it has most of the tools you need ready to use when putting together materials for business communication. I've used it plenty of times and it's been really practical and convenient.
Cons
That said, the free version does come with some limits. A few features aren't available unless you upgrade and there are also restrictions around how you can export the designs you create.

“I like it !!”
Pros
Using it feels very simple and the range of templates is really extensive. The graphics look polished and professional even if you're not a designer. Overall everything is quick to work with.
Cons
At times though some premium content isn't included and certain advanced features feel a bit limited.

“Great experience”
Pros
It feels very simple to use and the preset dimensions for different social media platforms are really useful even when you're not relying on Canva's ready-made graphics.
Cons
From a graphic designer's perspective, I do wish it allowed you to upload your own licensed fonts.

“You should get it too”
Pros
This has made it simple to put together attractive designs that genuinely support my marketing strategy. I'm not sure what my marketing would look like without it at this point.
Cons
I do wish the AI were more accurate. I've had a hard time with the design feature and would love it to generate more realistic options.

“Amaxzing”
Pros
Being able to use it from any browser without installing anything is a big plus. Even when I switch to another device, all of my projects are still there saved which makes it really convenient.
Cons
One thing that bothered me was having to pay to unlock the premium features. It's especially frustrating when I use the search button and it shows all the pro elements I can't access.

“designing made easy”
Pros
This has been a really solid option for creating posters, logos, banners and all kinds of other designs. It includes a wide range of tools and I've tested quite a few of them although I mostly rely on it for document editing. It works especially well for building presentations from templates and putting together PDFs.
Cons
The lack of proper photo retouching was disappointing. It's more suited to arranging text and graphic elements and when it comes to photo editing, the only options I've really come across are basic filters.

“works really well”
Pros
Even as a free user, there's a lot you can do with it which is something I really appreciate. From OBS layouts to transition pages and plenty more, it has become the graphic design tool I keep coming back to.
Cons
There are so many menus to work through even with the tutorials trying to help.

“template library is huge”
Pros
Right from the start the interface feels user-friendly so creating designs doesn't take much effort. There are thousands of templates available for all kinds of purposes which makes it especially useful for social media posts, presentations and printed materials. The free version already comes with plenty of helpful features and being cloud-based is a big advantage since it lets you access your designs from anywhere.
Cons
One thing that can be frustrating is how aggressively premium elements are pushed in the free version. It also doesn't offer the same level of customization you'd get from more advanced design software. On lower-end devices, performance can slow down and some features depend on having a constant internet connection.

“feature-packed design toolkit”
Pros
This tool is fairly simple to work with and comes with a wide range of helpful features, along with plenty of templates and assets to choose from.
Cons
The free version restricts quite a few essential basic functions, such as exporting images with a transparent background or resizing documents. At times, parts of the editor also feel less simple than expected and some advanced options are missing especially for colors, gradients and backgrounds.

“Perfect for our team”
Pros
Using it feels very simple and the ability to collaborate live with a team is a big advantage. Two people can work on the same design at the same time which makes the whole process much more practical. The library of multimedia assets it provides is also very rich and useful.
Cons
One thing to watch closely is the multimedia library, including photos, graphics and similar assets. Those elements do not actually become your property inside the project since they are provided under a commercial license. If that is not planned carefully, it can create real problems in some situations. For instance, if they are used in a Kindle ebook, Amazon may stop selling it because you do not hold the actual rights to the graphics.

“I rely on it”
Pros
Whenever I need to make award certificates or refresh my resume, it is the tool I turn to. It's simple to adjust and customize and I really appreciate that it saves everything so I can pick up my work from anywhere.
Cons
A downside is that some premium options especially certain clip art images, still feel overpriced and come with extra costs even when you already have the premium subscription.

“Design anything with it!”
Pros
This has been incredibly versatile for both my personal and professional projects. It gives me a creative way to present data and share information which makes my work look much more engaging. While I really enjoy the Pro features, I also appreciate that the free version still offers plenty of tools to create impressive designs.
Cons
I wish it included is a free-hand drawing feature. That said, it's not a major problem since I can use another app for that part and then quickly bring the work into Canva afterward.

“Has a huge media library”
Pros
Getting started with this tool is very simple especially for beginners. It's user-friendly and gives you access to a huge range of images, videos, fonts and other design assets.
Cons
Because Canva is used by so many people some templates can come across as generic or overused so it can be difficult to create something that feels unique without putting in a lot of customization.

“quick social designs”
Pros
Putting together social posts and presentations feels incredibly simple with this. It speeds up the whole design process and keeps everything simple to use so creating polished content takes hardly any time. I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
There really isn't much negative to mention. If I'm being extra picky, a few of the tools would be nicer if they were included in the freemium model but that's a very minor complaint.

“easy to use”
Pros
Getting started with it feels very simple. The template selection is excellent and the built-in printing service for print projects is quick, fairly priced and delivers really nice-looking results.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints about it. If anything, there could always be even more templates available but I usually end up reusing the same ones anyway and just adjusting the colors and overall design.

“gives me room for creativity”
Pros
Packed with features and highly customizable, this tool makes the Pro version feel completely worth the price. It lets you create just about any kind of creative or design template even without having a graphic design background.
Cons
One limitation is the size restriction. There's no way to create a standee design because the height dimension has a cap so anything around 6 feet tall isn't possible.
