“Makes design easy”
Pros
This is a wonderful platform for us because it lets us build projects exactly the way we want. The tools are simple to use and having saved project templates available really helps spark ideas whenever we're not sure what to create.
Cons
it's difficult to find much to dislike about this tool. The only thing I'd really want improved is the pricing since it would be better if the paid plans were more affordable.

“creative templates and customization”
Pros
Having a selection of templates to pick from really helped me brainstorm the outline for my project. I also appreciated the wide range of shapes, lines and colors available which made it possible to customize the project the way I wanted.
Cons
Exporting my project was a bit challenging and I also ran into some issues with the text options but overall it's still a really good software to use.

“Fantastic tool”
Pros
One thing I really love about it is how quickly I can create business cards, logos and edit images with just a few clicks. Also, I can also make posters and presentations for social media and the final results still look polished and professional.
Cons
I have nothing negative to say.. I'm happy with everything it offers and I would definitely recommend others to give it a try.

“Helps with editing”
Pros
What I enjoy most is the huge variety of editing options, whether it's for videos, photos, campaigns or even business cards. It also makes everything very simple to put together which helps a lot.
Cons
There are quite a lot of ads but other than that I really don't have much to complain about or say I disliked since the platform is very well organized.

“creative designs in minutes”
Pros
This is a really good tool for creating creative CVs, flyers, posters and web pages. The pop-up tutorials make it very approachable so it doesn't take long to figure things out and start designing right away. It feels quick to use and works well for almost anyone even without much prior experience.
Cons
Coming from more advanced design programs, it can feel a bit limited in terms of functionality and available options. There are some features that would be useful during project creation but they just aren't offered on the platform. That said, it's clearly not intended to be full photo-editing software which is understandable.

“fantastic fit with free QR codes”
Pros
Really simple to use, it does exactly what I need it to do and the extra features like free QR code generation are a brilliant bonus. Being free for non-profit organizations is also a huge plus.
Cons
There aren't any real downsides. It just takes a bit of time to get familiar with it and once that clicks, everything works really well.

“Awesome!!”
Pros
There's a really wide range of marketing materials you can create and having access to photos and templates makes it much more enjoyable to put together eye-catching designs.
Cons
At times, arranging everything can feel a little fiddly especially when boxes start overlapping. It's also frustrating that the items I've co-created don't appear alongside my other projects.

“creative templates”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy is the graphic design side of it,the templates, the wide range of editing options and all the creative layouts available. They help make my work look polished and distinctive, whether I'm creating posters or greeting cards. I even used it to design a greeting card for my girlfriend and it turned out really nice.
Cons
Biggest downside is the premium content. Even though there are lots of creative, high-quality and unique formats available, most of the best ones are locked behind the premium version.

“boost creativity”
Pros
What I really enjoy about it is how its wide range of built-in features and resources makes the creative process much more manageable, whether I'm putting together content for social media or creating idea mockups.
Cons
The only downside with it is that many of its tools don't offer much customization so they can feel too basic when you're trying to achieve more advanced results with greater interactivity.

“I liked it”
Pros
Putting together designs with this tool has been really convenient. The interface is very user-friendly and I appreciate that everything is saved to my account so I can open my work from anywhere. It handles almost everything I need it to do.
Cons
There are still a few editing limitations. It doesn't include an image trace feature like Illustrator and some other programs so I'm unable to recolor imported vector artwork or modify text as a shape.

“time-saving support for new users”
Pros
Getting started feels very manageable because the support they provide works really well for first-time users. It saves a lot of time since much of the work is already available so you mainly just add what you need to the work you want.
Cons
I haven't come across any issues yet but with more time using it, I may eventually notice something and be able to describe it better in my review.

“nice AI boost”
Pros
Being free and accessible is a huge plus. It feels like a simpler version of Photoshop and now that AI can help with how to use it, the whole experience feels even more approachable.
Cons
One thing I'm not thrilled about is how limited some elements have become after the premium features were added. There barely seem to be any decent free gradient elements left anymore.

Pros
Getting started with it was very simple and I appreciated that there were free options available so you don't have to pay for absolutely everything. It's a fun program to explore, learn and use.
Cons
there wasn't much I disliked. The only downside was that a few features require payment to access which was a bit of a letdown.

“polished graphics”
Pros
Now I can handle graphics myself without going back to marketing for every single one. I just upload the photos, adjust the text a little and the end result looks polished enough to send out.
Cons
It took a little time to understand how the folders and team sharing work. There are still moments when I'm not completely sure where a file ended up.

Pros
I really like it.. there are almost endless ways to customize your projects which makes the software feel very flexible. The overall design is user-friendly and doesn't take long to learn.

“affordable templates for teams”
Pros
There's a strong range of templates and useful features included for a very low price and getting it set up and used with teammates is pretty effortless.
Cons
A few features don't work quite as well as they should which can make the editing side feel more complicated. The auto-aligning objects are especially frustrating to deal with.

“amazing”
Pros
No matter your skill level with more advanced design software, it is by far the fastest way I've found to create high-quality designs for either print or digital projects. Tasks that used to take me around 30 minutes in an Adobe app now take about 10 minutes in Canva and the final quality still holds up just as well.
Cons
Its organization features feel pretty limited. The folder system is very basic and the search function isn't very advanced although it is nice that it can search for content inside a design. I really wish there were a way to tag files.

“A good tool”
Pros
Using it feels very adaptive and the fresh design options work well for any occasion. I can create different designs for each area of my business and tailor them to every service I offer.
Cons
The only downside is that the best-looking designs are part of the Pro plan. Other than that, I really don't see any major issue although it would be nice if they included some of those Pro designs for free.

“Makes designing easy”
Pros
Putting together basic social media designs feels very simple and having access to graphics, images, videos and more through the Premium library makes the whole process even better.
Cons
It works really well for graphics and video projects but it's not as strong for print materials. Without guides or margins, lining up text, spacing everything properly and getting a document ready for print can be difficult.
