“Perfect”
Pros
Designing with it feels really convenient. Having stock icons and images built in is a big plus and being able to resize designs for different needs saves a lot of time. The social media scheduling feature is also really useful and adds even more value.
Cons
The interface can feel a little dated at times particularly when switching between different image files.

“quick designs”
Pros
It comes with excellent templates and a simple drag-and-drop editor which makes it ideal for creating posts, presentations and posters even if you don't have any graphic design experience. You can also start designing right away without needing to enter a credit card.
Cons
Although Canva works really well for everyday design tasks, it can feel a bit restrictive when you're trying to create something very detailed or highly customized.

“free tools with handy downloads”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy about it is that a lot of its features are available for free and it also lets you download your projects which is really convenient.
Cons
The part I like the least is that it isn't entirely free so you still need a premium plan to access certain features.

“It powers my business”
Pros
Canva feels like a secret weapon for creating professional-quality content in just a few clicks. It's made design accessible enough that I've been able to use Canva by itself to build an entire business.
Cons
What I really wish it had is a bulk download option. We often need to download 20+ PDFs so being able to select everything and grab it all at once would be a huge improvement.

“effortless to use”
Pros
To use this tool has been my favorite part of the design process because it feels incredibly adaptive and simple to use. Even without any design experience, it's very approachable and simple.
Cons
This is an excellent tool overall but it does have a few limitations. At times, the customization features can feel somewhat limited when compared with more advanced design programs like Adobe Illustrator.

“Amazing!!”
Pros
Using it feels very simple and the library is well stocked with plenty of images available to work with.
Cons
The only real downside is that it depends on an internet connection since you need to be online to use it. Other than that, nothing to report.

“Great even for beginners”
Pros
Right from the start, the template library was one of my favorite parts. I can search for almost any kind of template, whether it's for an invitation, a birthday design or something else and it gives plenty of options to choose from. Also, those templates can be customized however we want which makes the whole process really convenient. In India, a lot of social media influencers use it because it's beginner-friendly and accessible even for people who are just starting out.
Cons
One major downside is that too many features are locked behind the premium plan. For example, there isn't an option to create multiple videos in a single day unless you're a premium user. That feels limiting especially since the premium version is not affordable for everyone.

“simple to use!!”
Pros
Really simple to use even for beginners. There are plenty of templates available and it works very well for collaborating with others.
Cons
Too many important features are locked behind the paid plan. There also aren't enough resources available if you stay on the free version.

“feature-packed”
Pros
There are tons of features and templates that make creating work materials really simple. I can swap in my brand photos or colors quickly and customize the designs to fit what I need.
Cons
I do wish the home page made it easier to organize things with my folders since it can feel a bit cluttered and disorganized at times.

“beginner-friendly templates”
Pros
Getting started with this platform feels very approachable especially for someone with no design background. The drag-and-drop setup and ready-made templates make creating designs really convenient.
Cons
The downside is that image editing doesn't feel advanced enough for professional needs and the available editing settings are pretty limited.

“Boosts my creativity”
Pros
There's so much variety here and it really feels like you can create just about anything with it.
Cons
A huge number of tools can feel overwhelming at times. I just wish they offered a dedicated course for each one, like how to make a book, how to use every feature, how to design a logo and more.

“It's easy to learn”
Pros
I was hesitant to switch to Canva after spending years working full-time with another major design platform but I really appreciate how user-friendly it is. At the very least, it feels far more learnable, and even teachable, than those other well-known programs.
Cons
One thing I still wish were better is how quickly I can find or create gridlines. There are times when locating the center is tricky and it usually takes me a while to get gridlines or rulers in place.

“Keep things moving”
Pros
Canva has been incredibly useful for putting together quick visuals for reports, whether I'm mocking up visual summaries or creating annotated samples for quality checks. Being able to drop in a garment photo, highlight issues and label everything clearly without depending on the design team saves a lot of time. It helps keep things moving while still leaving room for a bit of humor.
Cons
It's not the right tool for pixel-perfect work or anything that needs CMYK for print so we still rely on Illustrator for production-level edits. Folder organization and permission settings can also become a real headache when multiple departments are involved.

“awesome templates and value”
Pros
The templates, interface and color schemes are all fantastic and the pricing is the best part.
Cons
At times, the huge number of options can feel a bit overwhelming. It might help if the interface were organized with drop-down columns when choosing boards that have already been created.

“super simple and totally free”
Pros
Getting started with it takes almost no time at all. It's incredibly simple to use and you can learn the basics in an hour or even less. Pretty much anyone could pick it up without trouble and that's a huge reason I enjoy using it. Also, it's free which makes it even better.
Cons
Only one issue on my side that i faced lately...it is a lot of Canva features have been moved behind a paid plan. Other than that, I haven't run into any problems at all.

“reliable for presentations”
Pros
It has been a dependable option for me and works well for just about anyone. It's simple to use, offers plenty of useful features for free and I turn to it most often for making presentations rather than for graphic design work.
Cons
At this price, I expect it to provide more dependable tools beyond just templates and color options. Right now, the templates feel like the main thing that really justifies what it costs.
