“packed with features”
Pros
It offers a wide range of elements and features which is especially impressive for a free tool and there's also the option to upgrade if needed.
Cons
At times, it was difficult to design something that didn't immediately look like it was made in this tool.

“tons of creative options”
Pros
There are so many features to work with even on the free plan. I do prefer the Pro version because it unlocks what feels like unlimited creative possibilities but the free tools have still never let me down when I want to make something really impressive.
Cons
Since I do a lot of designing on my phone, I've occasionally run into a glitch while editing fonts, random letters would show up that I didn't type or parts of words would suddenly disappear. It seems like those issues were resolved after a few app updates.

“It's good!”
Pros
Canva gives me a lot of flexibility with features like image enhancement, a wide range of style and formatting options, file conversion tools and even video editing capabilities.
Cons
Although it comes packed with plenty of tools and covers a lot of ground, most of those features don't go very deep. It works really well for general use but when it comes to finer details and advanced nuances, it starts to feel limited.

“all in one”
Pros
Works really well for creating marketing emails, office flyers, invitations and pretty much any kind of design you need to share with customers or coworkers.
Cons
Some of the design tools are locked behind a paid subscription which is a downside. That said, a lot of the free features are still quite good and useful.

“has a lot of options”
Pros
Having lots of choices makes a big difference and Canva really delivers on that. There are tons of templates and images available which makes it much simpler to create something polished and high quality. I also appreciate that other people share their work because seeing different styles and ideas helps when putting together your own design.
Cons
there's very little not to enjoy about it. It's genuinely a strong product. The only thing I wish was better is the document feature allowing more pages. I once made a document that went past 100 pages and it stopped me at that limit. I had to split the content into two separate documents to make it work. It wasn't a major problem but it would definitely be better if there weren't a page cap.

“effortless!!”
Pros
It gives me a ton of ways to design, decorate and create which is why I keep going back to it. There are so many different uses for it that it feels like the possibilities are endless. I also really love the templates because they spark ideas and make it much easier to figure out the layout.
Cons
One thing that still frustrates me in the software is lining up images on a page. Even a tiny movement can throw something out of place and then it no longer matches the alignment of the other images. I really wish there were better tools to lock images in position or make them match the exact same size and placement as the others.

“Incredible tool”
Pros
Canva has completely transformed image and video design into something much simpler. The huge variety of templates it offers for creating content is the best part.
Cons
What I've liked the least is how dependent the app is on an internet connection. Without internet, you really can't work and it also only lets you save projects in a limited number of formats.

“super easy to use”
Pros
Getting started with Canva doesn't take much effort and even someone new can pick up the software quickly. One of the best parts is the huge collection of stock images available to use without stressing about copyright concerns. I'm also impressed with their newer AI features which really push creativity further and open up more possibilities. It's a fantastic piece of software.
Cons
One part of it I'm not too fond of is the navigation panel since it can feel a little confusing at first for beginners. Another downside is that many of the better features and extras are locked behind a paid subscription. Also, the site can slow down a bit when handling larger projects.
