“limited tools for pro design”
Pros
Definitely a tool that lets you put together graphics in just a few minutes which can save a lot of work on low-budget projects where a high level of professionalism isn't really required.
Cons
Coming from professional design software like Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, I'd almost feel restricted using this because there are too few tools available to design anything that looks truly polished or professionally made.

“template-rich”
Pros
The template selection is a big plus. It pretty much always has whatever I need for the kind of work I'm doing.
Cons
One thing it's missing is more editing flexibility. It really needs additional customization tools especially something like layer control.

“a reliable tool”
Pros
Canva's flexibility really stands out, along with the strong set of tools available. I also appreciate the variety of projects which keeps the work more dynamic and interesting.
Cons
A downside is that many of the tools aren't free and that can make certain jobs harder to complete.

“awesome!!”
Pros
The best parts of Canva is the huge selection of preset templates it comes with. It's also really useful that you can customize those templates however you want or just begin with a blank canvas and build exactly what you have in mind. Also, Canva makes it simple to collaborate with other people on your team.
Cons
Working with it can get pretty frustrating when a design has lots of fonts, photos, backgrounds and other elements layered together. When you try to move something, it can be very sensitive and you often end up selecting the wrong layer by mistake. Then you have to undo what you moved and go back to find the exact asset you were actually trying to adjust.

“Great visuals for business”
Pros
This software gives me a practical way to handle visual communication for my business, letting me create different kinds of content like logos and templates with really impressive versatility.
Cons
Ffree version is a bit more limiting because the range of available options is smaller and the app really needs the paid plan to keep the full quality of the interface.

“recommended from my side”
Pros
Something I really enjoy about Canva is that I can work on my designs not only from my PC but also from my smartphone and the results still turn out amazing. In a short amount of time, I can create almost anything without trouble and the whole process feels very convenient.
Cons
A downside is that when I work on very large projects from my smartphone, it can sometimes start to slow down. If a glitch happens, the app may also close on its own automatically which can be frustrating.

“could be better”
Pros
Getting started with the product is simple and its simplicity makes it very approachable for basic users.
Cons
Support has been a major frustration. The agents and teams don't seem to communicate well with each other so the information they provide is often conflicting or just incorrect. Everything is handled through email, with no option to speak to someone directly and the response times can seriously impact project deadlines.

“canva makes designs shine”
Pros
It has been a huge help for someone like me who isn't a designer but still wants to create polished, attractive content. It offers tons of tools and design options that make it possible to put things together in a way that looks really professional.
Cons
Up until recently, I was using Canva's free version and while it includes plenty of features, the paid options are all mixed in with the free ones. That made it frustrating to pick fonts, colors or styles and then realize that many of the choices weren't actually available without upgrading. Using the paid plan is definitely a much better experience.

“all my branding in one place”
Pros
This program is very simple but it still lets you do quite a lot. I've already used it to create plenty of Instagram posts and I'm planning to redesign my business cards in it as well. From a business standpoint, having all of my design work and branding pieces together in one place is incredibly useful.
Cons
