“Impressive AI tools”
Pros
Right away, Canva felt very user-friendly and the variety of templates helped a lot. I was able to build my entire brand identity using the designs they provided. With Canva Pro, the AI photo editing tools have also been a really valuable addition because they let me modify images much more efficiently.
Cons
One thing it still lacks is a precise way to measure where objects or images are placed especially compared with more expensive design software. At times, I still have to rely on visual judgment to figure out whether everything is lined up evenly.

“packed with creative tools”
Pros
There's a wide range of tools and templates available and they really help speed up the development process.
Cons
What I liked least about it is that some important features are locked behind the free plan, like background removal and access to premium elements. File organization can also get confusing since there isn't an efficient folder structure especially when handling a lot of projects. I also noticed some slowness when working on more complex designs which can interrupt the flow of work. Also, depending so heavily on an internet connection is a downside because without a stable connection the tool becomes very hard to use properly.

“Plenty of templates”
Pros
It makes designing feel effortless thanks to its adaptive layout. It comes with a wide range of templates, design elements and useful features yet still stays very user-friendly. The drag-and-drop tools make the whole creative process faster and more convenient for both beginners and experienced designers.
Cons
Does have fewer advanced customization options than professional design software. Also some of the better templates and premium features are only available with a paid subscription.

“nice themes”
Pros
The functionality really stood out to me, along with how simple the application is to use. I also appreciated the variety of template options available, plus the flexibility to work with your own template if you prefer.
Cons
One thing that could be reviewed is the pricing model. In digital marketing, a lot of people are just getting started and can't afford the full amount. It would be much better to offer payment by access, for example letting someone pay for 1 day or 2 days of access.

“Loved it!”
Pros
Canva's templates for social media posters, images and videos are really useful because I can use them as references and then customize everything to match my specific design needs.
Cons
I don't really have anything negative to say about it although there's still room to improve by expanding the elements library and offering better recommendations based on what users search for.

“beginner friendly”
Pros
This software makes it possible for someone with no design background to create content and manage branding in a way that looks professional. It removes a lot of the struggle from the starting process and helps you get going quickly.
Cons
At times, it can feel a bit restrictive. Once you become more familiar with how it works though, it does get easier to use.

“i like the customizations”
Pros
It has been amazing for me. Whether I'm putting together flyers, invitations, to-do lists or even prints to frame, it makes the whole process feel simple and really lets me tap into my creativity.
Cons
Only downside is the subscription price. I'd love to have it but I just can't afford or justify spending $300 on it.

“Huge template library”
Pros
Getting started is simple and the massive collection of editable images and templates helps speed up the creation of projects.
Cons
The only con is that it isn't entirely free. People who can't afford to pay for it can end up at a disadvantage.

“reliable design tool”
Pros
I like it overall, it has been a pleasure to use because it feels simple, accessible, dependable and very practical for everyday design tasks.
Cons
Free plan could offer a few more features, like background removal and it would be nice if the free period lasted longer although I understand the platform also needs to generate revenue.

“Vast template variety”
Pros
Having access to such a wide range of templates has been incredibly valuable for my business and the platform is very simple to use.
Cons
I'd love the ability to select an object within a template and save it directly as its own image, instead of pasting it into a blank template first and then saving and cropping it afterward. I'm not sure whether that's possible already or if I just haven't come across that feature yet.

“decent designs”
Pros
Even with just a bit of creativity, this software lets me put together strong designs and at times some really impressive ones. One of the best parts is being able to take my work with me wherever I go.

It does have some limitations compared with programs like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop but that's pretty much expected.
