“Widely used”

Pros

Getting around the platform is very simple and the tools are simple to access whenever I need them. The range of colors and tool choices is excellent as well.

Cons

I'd still like to see more options included in the free version. I understand the site has to be maintained but adding more there could help a lot more people.

There are plenty of social media format options and the ready-made templates help a lot when getting a design started even if the process doesn't always flow that well.

Cons

Editing can feel complicated at times and I'm not fully satisfied with the overall design experience.

The app is very simple to use and it comes with a wide range of templates that work well for all kinds of projects.

Paid version could be a bit more affordable but overall I'm happy with what the free version offers.

Pros

It has become my favorite tool because it lets me handle everything in one place,designs, presentations, websites, brainstorming and even AI-generated content like visuals and ad copy. It's the best platform I've used and I've been a very happy customer since I first discovered it years ago.

Cons

There isn't anything I specifically dislike but one area that could be better is the availability of editable artist-made elements especially when it comes to colors. A lot of them can't be recolored and that becomes limiting when you're working within a specific brand or design palette.

Pros

A really practical software! And it offers an endless variety of tools that help both personally and professionally. Also, it includes image-based designs, animated videos and works very well as an image editor too. Overall, it feels very complete for a single app.

I can't really point to anything I liked least.

Designing feels very simple and it's simple to use on both mobile and desktop platforms.

Cons

The only downside for me is that it doesn't offer a downloadable source file format I can share directly without having to add someone to my team.

Beautiful templates that can even help someone new to graphic design get started and learn along the way.

Plenty of really attractive templates but many of them are locked behind a premium account and that premium option is only offered with monthly billing.

There's a nice range of editing features and the app is very simple to use.

It would be better if there were more free features, such as image resizing, along with a larger selection of free images.

So many templates are there for creating social media posts and just about anything else you might need and Also, there are hundreds if not thousands of elements, images and other design assets you can use to put together posts, graphics and more.

Cons

One thing I don't care for is that even on the free plan, you can use Pro elements but they still show the Canva watermark in the final design. I'd also really prefer having a one-time payment option for the Pro version instead of only being billed monthly.

The tool is very simple to handle and makes day-to-day use much more convenient.

Sometimes, it can take a while to open the editing mode for certain images.

Using Canva has helped me learn how to design website landing pages and I also appreciate that it offers a free version. Another feature I really enjoy is the image upscaling tool since it does a good job of improving image resolution.

A downside is that it puts many of its most important tools behind a paid plan.

Getting comfortable with the design options took a bit of time since I needed a while to figure out how to move through everything.

Having so many resources available in a single platform is really convenient and makes day-to-day work much more practical.

The new layout felt confusing to me and the pages now have a different format that takes some getting used to.

Only downside is that it isn't completely free but it is still very useful.

Really excellent overall! It's very simple to get started with and the templates and articles look really nice.

There are paid options but it's not a major drawback since the software works perfectly well even without paying for those extras.

Even without any design background, it's very simple to create something polished because there are tons of templates to pick from and everything comes out sized correctly.

At times moving an image or text box around the page can be a little frustrating because you have to click in just the right spot, otherwise it ends up resizing instead.

It still takes strong design skills to get the best results and it offers less customization than professional tools like Photoshop or InDesign.
